1. INSTALACIÓN DEL MANILLAR-STEM: (Figura 1)
Coloque el manillar (handlebar stem) en el tallo tenedor (fork stem), y asegurarse de que la potencia del
manillar(handlebar) llega a la línea de inserción mínima y después fijarla apretando el tornillo expansor (expander
bolt) en el tallo (stem).
2. INSTALACIÓN DEL MANILLAR: (Figura 2)
Instale el manillar (handlebar) en la parte superior del tallo (stem), y alinear el centro del manillar(handlebar) con
respecto al centro del tallo (stem), a continuación, apriete el tornillo (expander bolt) para asegurarlo.
3. INSTALACIÓN DE LA RUEDA FRONTAL: (Figura 3)
Coloque el eje (axle) de la rueda delantera en la parte superior del extremo frontal, y alinear el centro de la rueda
con respecto al centro del tenedor frontal (front fork).
A continuación, coloque una arandela de retención (retaining washer) mediante la inserción en el agujero de
seguridad del front-end, a continuación, asegurar y apretar la tuerca (nut)simétricamente con el equilibrio a lo
largo del eje (axle).
4. INSTALACIÓN DEL V-FRENO DELANTERO: (Figura 4 y 4-1)
Al instalar el freno delantero, colocar un extremo del cable de freno fijado a la palanca de freno (brake lever) y
apretar el otro extremo del cable de freno (brake wire) a través del agujero, y luego arreglarlo por apretar el
tornillo fijo (fixed screw).
Tenga en cuenta que el alambre de freno (brake wire) debe ajustarse a la longitud apropiada a fin de hacer así la
función de freno.
INSTALLATION OF HANDLEBAR-STEM: (FIGURE 1)
Place the handlebar stem in the fork stem, and make sure the handlebar stem reach the minimum insertion line,
then secure it by tightening the expander bolt on the stem.
INSTALLATION OF HANDLEBAR: (FIGURE 2)
Install the handlebar on top of the stem, and align the middle of the handlebar with respect to center of the stem,
then tighten the bolt to secure it.
INATALLATION OF FRON WHEEL: (FIGURE 3)
Plance the front wheel axle on top of the front end, and aling the middle of the wheel with respect to the centre of
the front fork.
Then place a retaining washer by inserting it into the safety hole of the front-end, then secure and tighten the nut
symmetrically with balance along the axle.
INSTALLATION OF FRONT V-BRAKE: (FIGURE 4 & 4-1)
When installing front v-brake, place one end of the brake wire fixed to the brake lever, and pinch the other end of
the brake wire through the hole, then fix it by tighten it in the fixed screw.
Note that brake wire must be adjusted to appropriated length in order to make the brake function well.

5. MONTAJE DEL MARCO FRONTAL, CHASIS TRASERO Y CADENA: (Figura 5 y 5-1)
1.Deslice el final de la parte trasera del chasis (rear chassis) en el extremo del bastidor delantero
(front frame), y asegúrese de que los cuatro agujeros de los tornillos en los extremos están muy
igualados, a continuación, insertar cada uno de los cuatro pernos en los agujeros de los tornillos en
el extremo, y estabilizar temporalmente tanto frontal y extremo posterior.
2.Coloque la cadena (chain) a través de la rueda de cadena (chain Wheel) y la rueda libre (free
Wheel) del eje trasero (rear axle).
3.Reajuste el chasis trasero (rear chassis) moviendo hacia atrás para que la cadena perfectamente
siente entre la rueda de la cadena (chain wheel) y la rueda libre (free Wheel). Luego atornille cada
uno de los cuatro tornillos a los extremos de cerca por atornillar de forma simétrica, y asegúrese de
que los tornillos están seguros.
6. INSTALACIÓN DE LA RUEDA TRASERA: (Figura 6 y 6-1)
Este paso se aplica a las dos ruedas traseras. Hay 3 agujeros (hole) en el centro. Fijar los agujeros a 3
pines (pin) en el eje (axle). En primer lugar la rueda derecha y luego la rueda izquierda. Por último,
con seguridad atornillar las tuercas (nuts). Recuerde, no sobre-enroscar la tuerca, de lo contrario el
rodamiento será dañado durante la colisión cuando la rueda está girando.
ASSEMBLY OF FRONT FRAME, REAR CHASSIS AND CHAIN: (FIGURE 5 & 5-1)
1.Slide the end of the rear chassis into the end of the front frame, and make sure all four bolt holes
on the ends are closely matched, then insert each of the four bolts into the bolt holes on the end,
and temporarily stabilize both front and rear end.
2.Place the chain across the chain wheel and the free wheel of the rear axle.
3.Readjust the rear chassis by moving backward to make the chain perfectly lay between the chain
wheel and the free wheel. Then screw each one of the four bolts to the ends closely by screwing
symmetrically, and make sure the bolts are safety secure.
INSTALLATION OF THE REAR WHEEL: (FIGURE 6 & 6-1)
This step applies to both rear wheels. There are 3 holes on the hub. Fix the holes to 3 pins on the
axle. First place the right drive wheel then the idle wheel on the left. Last, securely screw the nuts.
Remember, do not over-screw the nut, otherwise the bearing will be damaged during collision when
the wheel is spinning.

7. INSTALACIÓN DEL PEDAL: (Figura 7 y 7-1)
Montar el pedal con la cara marcada "R" en el lado derecho de la manivela (crank), lo mismo se aplica al pedal
con la cara marcada con "L" a la izquierda y el lado izquierdo de la manivela (crank).
8. INSTALACIÓN DE LA BANDA DE FRENO TRASERO: (Figura 8 y 8-1)
Fije el cable del freno (brake wire) en un extremo de la palanca del freno (brake lever) e inserte la puntilla
(spring) desde el otro extremo. Deje que el cable del freno (brake wire) pase por el orificio del tornillo fijo (fixed
screw) del freno y apriete para asegurar el tornillo fijo (fis screw). Tenga en cuenta que el alambre del freno
(brake wire) debe ajustarse a la posición adecuada para que el freno funciona correctamente.
9. INSTALACIÓN DEL SILLÍN: (Figura 9)
Inserte la tija del sillín (seat post) en el tubo de bastidor(frame tuve), asegúrese de que la tija del sillín (seat
post) llega a la línea de mínima y apriete para asegurar el cierre rápido de la tija del sillín (seat post).
10. INSTALACIÓN DE LA CESTA: (Figura 10)
Coloque la cesta (basket) sobre el chasis trasero (rear chassis), a continuación, busque dos tiras de hierro (iron
strps) en el fondo de la cesta y asigne los agujeros de la tira a los orificios del chasis trasero (rear chassis).
Apriete y asegure el tornillo.
7. INSTALLATION OF PEDAL: (FIGURE 7 & 7-1)
Mount the pedal with a labeled letter “R” on the right hand side of the crank and secure it, the same applies to
the pedal with a labeled letter “L” on the left and side of the crank.
8. INSTALLATION OF THE REAR BAND BRAKE: (FIGURE 8 & 8-1)
Fix the brake wire on one end of the brake lever, and insert the sprig from the other end. Let the brake wire go
through the fixed screw hole of the brake, then tighten to secure the fix screw. Note that brake wire must adjust
to appropriate position to have the brake working properly.
9. INSTALLATION OF SADDLE: (FIGURE 9)
Insert seat post into frame tube, make sure the seat post reach the minimum line, then tighten to secure the
quick-release on the seat post.
10. INSTALLATION OF BASKET: (FIGURE 10)
Place the basket evenly on the rear chassis, then locate two iron strips on the bottom of the basket and assign
the holes on the strip to the holes on the rear chassis. Tighten and secure the bolt.
