Checklist before using S20
' You require a Router/ modem with internet and W¡-Fi access.
' Check DHCP settings in your router or modem, make sure
it is enabled. Contact your internet supplier or ref er to your
router/ modem instructions to check DHCP settings on your
router or modem.
' Your smart phone or tablet device must have an up-to-date
operating system.
' Your smart phone or tablet device must have access to APP
STORE, GOOGLE PLAY or QR code scanner.
' Your smart phone or tablet device must be able to connect to
he router/ modem with internet and W¡-Fi access.

1.2 Apple users: search and install "WiWo" from APP STORE.
1 .3 Android users: scan the QR code, download and install
into smart phone or tablet device.

3.2 Press and hold S20 ON/OFF button for 5 seconds
until it changes to rapid flashing BLU E LED.
3.3 Go to your smart phone or tablet device settings.
3.4 (Necessary step only for IOS users) Go to your smart
phone or tablet device's WiFi settings, and select "WiWo-
s20."
3.5 Go Back and open the App"WiWo."
3.6 Tap "ffi" symbol.
3.7 Tap "more".
3.8 Tap "AP configuration".
3.9 Select the specific WiFi router/modern that your S20
is desired to connect to.
3.10 Enter password of the desired Wi-Fi router/modem.
3.11 Tap "OK".
3.12 S20 will connect to your desired Wi-Fi
router/modem.
3.13 After your S20 button turns stable RED, go back to
[Device List] and tap"+", then tap" Search" to find the S20.
Once the search is completed(it should only take a few
seconds) and the S20 appears on the list, select it. Now,
your S20 is ready to use!

. lf S20 fails to set up in your smart phone ortablet
device.
1 . Unplug S20 f rom the power point.
2. Wait for 1 minute and repeat the above section3 steps
again.
. To add extra S20 onto yourWiWo APP,please repeat
the above APPLE or ANDROID user steps.
. Changing location, router or modem, please delete
device on the WiWo APP (see section 8),reset S20 in
factory setting (see section 9) and repeat the above
APPLE or ANDROID user steps.

Please connect your smart phone or tablet device to the
SAME router or modem with internet and Wi-Fi access.
E Modify your S20 name
5.1 Tap "Socket" on the APP screen.
5.2Tap "E'los¿ted top right hand corner.
5.3 Tap "Edit" and then "Socket" to rename S20,
when finish press "DONE" on the smart phone
or tablet devíce keyboard.

You can only modify S20 system info when your smart phone
or tablet device is connected to the SAM E router or modem
with S20. You cannot set timing and count down when you are
outside the SAM E router or modem Wi-Fi network.

5.4 ln the "Edit" screen tap "Lock" to lock and unlock S20. Lock
function protects against undesired remote access into S20.
Remote password
5.5 ln the "Edit" screen tap "modify remote password to set up
S20 access password, for protecting undesired local and
remote access into S20.

6.1 Tap "Timing" "Socket" on the APP screen.
6.2Tap um " located top right hand corner.
6.3 Tap "Timing" and then "+" located top right hand
corner, to set Tdays programmable ON/OFF timer
function. A maximum of 10 programmable timing function
can be set.

You can only set timing and countdown when your smart phone
or tablet device is connected to the SAME router or modem
with S20. You cannot set Timing and Count Down when you are
outside the SAM E router or modem Wi-Fi network.

phone or tablet device WiWo APP.

Reset f actory settings
Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds until
you see a rapid flashing RED LED light, now 520 is in
factory setting mode.

Frequently asked questions
Q1: How do I know whether the Orvibo smart socket is
configured successfully?
A1 : lf it is configured successfully then the backlight will be on
constantly (red or blue).
Q2: What can I do if the easy configure option fails?
A2:There are several reasons as below
1) lf your smart phone or tablet is Android, please make sure the
software version is 2.3 or above.
2) During configuration, the WiWo app will automatically locate
the name (SSID) of the wireless network, if the app cannot find
your SSID please check your smart phone and WiFi connection.
3) Please check if you have entered the WiFi password correctly.
4) Please check that your router can support wireless
I EEE802. 11bl gl n standard.
5) Please make sure you enter the correct WiFi network name
(ss rD ).
6) Please make sure your router security is WEP,WPA-PSK or
WPA2-PSK, we recommend WPA/WPA2.
7) Please make sure you have available lP addresses for the
router, if not you will need to disconnect other devices and try
again.
8) lf none of the above apply, then please retry configuring after
unplugging and plugging in the smart socket.
Q3: Why does the smart socket backlight slowly flash (red or blue)
after configuring?
A3: lease check as below:
1 ) Please ensure your router does not have any specific
setting, such as security protection, MAC address filtering or
requires user name and password for connection.
2) Wrong password
3) Router DHCP is closed.
4) The Router is preventing the smart socket connecting.
Q4: What is the difference between configure and search?
A4: Configure is only when the smart socket is connected to
WiFi network first time, allowing a smart socket to connect to the
WiFi network from your wireless router.Search is used when the
smart socket is already connected to a network, for adding new
sockets to your smart phone app (such as when family members
need to share sockets already configured) or if you delete a
socket by mistake and need to add it again.

Q5: What is the [AP configure]?
A5: AP configure is an auxiliary way to connect smart sockets to
the WiFi network if Configure mode fails.
Q6: How does the smart socket connect to the WiFi netwotk if
router or SSID is changed?
Q6: Please re-configure each smart socket with the new WiFi
network SSID and password.
Q7: Can the smart socket only be controlled at home by smart
phones while connected to the same WiFi network?
A7: No, smart phones can control the smart socket from anywhere
as long as the smart phone has an internet connection.
Q8: Why does the smart socket show offline sometimes?
A8: Please check if WiFi is disconnected or not available, and try
to restart router if required.
Q9: What kinds of home appliances can be used with the smart
socket?
A9: The smart socket Max current is 10A, and Max power rating
f or 240Y is 2400W f or 110V is 1100W, so any home appliances
with power lower than 2000W and current lower than 10A can be
powered by the smart socket.
Q10: How can I be certain the status of sockets shown in the
WiWo app is true?socket?
A10: The WiWo app supports bidirectional feedback from
registered smart sockets.Smart sockets which are displayed
under devices are successfully connected and status is confirmed
(smart sockets which cannot connect to internet will not be
d isplayed )
Q11 : May I control several smart sockets at the same time?
A11 : Yes, the WiWo app can support up to 50 different smart
sockets with the permission of router.
Q12: How can I find out the smart socket which I want from
several registered smart sockets?
A12 You can set a name or sign for each socket for easy
recognition from the settings page in the WiWo app.

Q13: What is the [ock] function for in device settings?ket which
I want from several registered smart sockets?
A13: When the socket is Locked, it is locked to one smart phone
(WiWo) app and no other family members may see the smart
socket in their device Iist.
Q14: What is [modify remote password] for?
A14 When smart socket remote password is modified, other
family members cannot remote control this smart socket
anymore.
Q15: How many timing tasks can I set for each smart socket?
A15: Each smart socket can support up to 10 timing tasks.
Q16: Why does it not work when I set a timing task?
A16: Timing tasks require the smart socket to always be powered
on. lf the smart socket is disconnected from power, the timing
task cannot switch it back on.
Q17: What is [countdown] for?
A17: Countdown can be used to set the power status of the smart
socket after a defined period of time.
Q18: ln countdown, what is the difference between [after creation]
and [once opened]?
A18: "after creation" means the countdown begins immediately
after activated."once opened" means countdown will be activated
only after smart socket is switched on.
Q19: What can I do if smart socket configure is failure and
backlight keep fast blinking?
A19: Disconnect smart socket from power and reconnect before
trying to configure again.

3. When maintaining appliances connected to the controller
isolate by switching off and unplugging prior to carrying out
