Das OLM-056 Modul ist ein stabförmiger LED-Strahler
mit integriertem Akku. Auf der Platine befinden sich sechs
UV-LEDs. Jede LED hat eine Glaslinse, die das Licht in
einem Winkel von ca. 20° bündelt. Für eine effiziente
Kühlung sorgt ein Aluminium Kühlkörper, welcher sich
direkt hinter der LED-Platine befindet. Mittels
gedrücktem Power-Button auf der Oberseite des Moduls
lässt sich dieser Strahler bequem in Betrieb nehmen und
die Ziel-Oberfläche für die gewünschte Zeit bestrahlen.
Dieses gebrauchsfertige LED-Modul ist die ideale Lösung
für ein breites Anwendungsspektrum in Forschung,
Entwicklung und Industrie, beispielsweise:
Phototherapie und andere medizinische
Anwendungen
Oberflächen-Desinfektion
Fluoreszenzanregung
Photo- und Biochemie
Die Auslegung des Systems ermöglicht die schnelle
Inbetriebnahme und Anwendung im Laborbetrieb oder

The OLM-056 Module is a rod-shaped LED radiation
source with an integrated battery. The module contains
six UV-LEDs. Each LED has a glass lens that focus the
light at an angle of about 20°. For an effective cooling an
aluminum heat sink is used underneath the LED-plate.
Pressing the power button on the top will turn on the
LED Module and allow you to irradiate the surface area
you aim at for a desired time. This easy-to-use LED
Module is the best possible solution for various
applications in research, development and industrial
applications, for example:
Phototherapy and other medical applications
Disinfection of surfaces
Florescence excitation
Photo and bio-chemistry
The system is designed for a fast implementing and
usage in laboratory or for medical issues.

Das LED Modul enthält einen integrierten Temperatursensor.
In Verbindung mit der Steuerelektronik wird das Modul bei
einer Temperatur von 55°C abgeschaltet bis die Temperatur
wieder unter 45°C liegt und ist somit vor Übertemperatur
geschützt.

and therefore protected against over temperature

Während des Betriebes nicht direkt in die LED
schauen
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie und alle Personen in der
Nähe geeignete Schutzbrillen, ausreichenden
Gesichtsschutz und Hautschutz (z.B. Handschuhe)
nutzen, wenn die Strahlung der LED nicht
anderweitig abgeschirmt ist

Inbetriebnahme
Lesen und beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise
dieser Beschreibung
Durch den Drucktaster (6) wird das Modul an- bzw.
abgeschaltet. Die Ringbeleuchtung zeigt den Betrieb
des Moduls an
Bei Übertemperatur schaltet das Modul ab und die
Kontroll-LED (5) leuchtet rot
Die Kontroll-LED (5) blinkt gelb, wenn der Akku
geladen werden sollte. Leuchtet die LED-Anzeige (5)
durchgehend gelb, so ist der Akku vollständig
entladen und muss umgehend geladen werden, um
eine Tiefentladung zu vermeiden.
Außerbetriebnahme
Wenn das LED-Modul in den nächsten 24 Stunden nicht
verwendet wird, trennen Sie nach dem Betrieb die Batterie von
der elektronischen Steuerplatte, um eine Tiefentladung zu
vermeiden. Andernfalls ist der Akku in wenigen Tagen defekt,
ohne dass eine Reparatur möglich ist.
Bringing into service
Read carefully the operating manual and the safety
instructions
The press button (6) turns module on / off. The ring
illumination indicates the operation of the module
At over temperature the module will be switched off
and the control LED-display (5) will turn red.
The Control LED-display (5) will blink yellow to
indicate that the battery should be recharged. In case
the LED-Display is permanently yellow, the battery is
empty and has to be charged immediately to prevent
deep discharge.
Shutting down
After operation if the LED Module is not going to be used in
the next 24 hours, disconnect the battery from the control
electronic plate to avoid deep discharge. Fail to do so will
make the battery in a few days out of order without a
possibility for repair.
