ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
LIMITED WarranTy
OSP Designs Warrants, to the original purchaser its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days. Defects
and damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of OSP
Designs is not covered. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential
damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
To make a warranty claim, contact Customer Service, provide model number, sales receipt and description of the problem. It is the customer’s
responsibility to prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. OSP Designs will pay return freight on components covered under
terms of warranty.
Our quality standards are among the highest in the industry. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, there are times when hardware is missing.

1. Do not use this product unless all screws and bolts are securely
tightened.
2. Check that all screws and bolts are tight every three months or as
needed.
3. Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic cover as
head covering. It may cause suffocation.
4. Do not use this product as a stepladder.
5. Use this product for its intended purpose only.
6. Intended for residential use only

Insert two Wooden Dowels (10) into Left Side Frame (B), attach and secure Slide Spacer (S) to Left Side
Frame (B) using two Screws (7). FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS (7).
Seperate Slides (15). Secure base of one Slide (15) to Left Side Frame (B) using three Screws (6).
FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS (6).

Insert four Wooden Dowels (3) into top of Left Side Frame (B). Attach seven Cam Bolts (1)
to Left Side Frame (B). FULLY TIGHTEN CAM BOLTS (1). Cover holes in Left Side
Frame (B) using three Plastic Caps (17).
Insert four Wooden Dowels (3) into top of Right Side Frame (C). Attach nine Cam Bolts (1)
to Right Side Frame (C). FULLY TIGHTEN CAM BOLTS (1). Cover holes in Right
Side Frame (B) using three Plastic Caps (17).

Insert two Wooden Dowels (3) into edge of Middle Shelf Divider (G), secure
remaining base of Slides (15) to Middle Shelf Divider (G) using three Screws (6).
FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS (6). Flip Middle Shelf Divider (G) over and insert
two Wooden Dowels (3) into edge and attach one Cam Bolt (1) to Middle Shelf
Divider (G). FULLY TIGHTEN CAM BOLT (1). Insert four Wooden Dowels (3)
into edges of Short Divider Panel (H). Attach one Cam Bolt (1) into Right Front
Panel (I) and insert two Wooden Dowels (3) into edges.
Attach Middle Shelf Divider (G), Short Divider Panel (H) and Right Front Panel (I) together,
secure assembly using two Cam Locks (2). FULLY TIGHTEN CAM LOCKS (2).
Cover holes in Shelf Divider (G) and Divider Panel (H) using two Plastic Caps (17).

Insert six Wooden Dowels (3) into edges of Long Divider Panel (F). Insert two Wooden
Dowels (3) into each edge of Middle Shelf Panel (D).
Secure Middle Shelf Divider (G), Short Divider Panel (H) and Right Front Panel (I) assembly
to Middle Shelf Panel (D) using nine Screws (7). FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS (7).

Insert two Wooden Dowels (3) into edges of Back Panel (K), attach two Cam Bolts (1) to Back
Panel (K). FULLY TIGHTEN CAM BOLTS (1). Insert four Wooden Dowels (3) into edges
of Lower Shelf Panel (E).
Attach Lower Shelf Panel (E) to Back Panel (K) and secure using two Cam Locks (2).
FULLY TIGHTEN CAM LOCKS (2).

Attach Left Side Frame (B) to assembly and secure using seven Cam Locks (2). FULLY
TIGHTEN CAM LOCKS (2). Cover holes using seven using seven Plastic Caps (17).
Attach Right Side Frame (C) to assembly and secure using nine Cam Locks (2). FULLY
TIGHTEN CAM LOCKS (2). Cover holes using seven using nine Plastic Caps (17).

Attach both Tablet Supports (J) to bottom of Top Panel (1) using three Screws (8) for each Tablet Support
(J). FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS (8). Attach ten Cam Bolts (1) to bottom of Top Panel (1). FULLY
TIGHTEN CAM BOLTS (1).
Carefully place Top Panel (A) onto assembly and secure using ten Cam Locks (2).
FULLY TIGHTEN CAM LOCKS (2). Cover holes in rear of assembly using four
Plastic Caps (17).

Secure one inner part of Slides (15) to both Left Drawer Side (L) and Right Drawer Side (M)
using three Screws (6) for each Slide (15). FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS (6).
Secure Left Drawer Side (L) and Right Drawer Side (M) to Drawer Back (P) using two
Screws (7). FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS (7). Secure both Flat Hinges (11) to
Drawer Bottom (Q) using three Screws (5) for each Flat Hinge (11). FULLY TIGHTEN
SCREWS (5).

Insert six Wooden Dowels (4) into Drawer Bottom (Q). Attach drawer assembly to Drawer Bottom (Q) and
secure using six Screws (7). FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS (7).
Secure Handle (12) to front of Drawer Face (N) using two
Screws (14). FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS (14).
Insert two Wooden Dowels (10) into Drawer Face (N),
secure Drawer Front (O) using two Screws (9). FULLY
TIGHTEN SCREWS (9). Secure both Magnet
Plates (13) to Drawer Front (O) using one Screw (5)
for each Magnet Plate (13). FULLY TIGHTEN
SCREWS (5).

Secure drawer front assembly to drawer assembly using six Screws (5). FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS (5).
Carefully place Tablet (R) onto assembly. Carefull slide drawer into assembly.
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS AND BOLTS ARE SECURELY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT.
