When using electrical appliances, to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock, and/or injury to persons, basic safety precautions
should always be followed, including the following:
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE MACHINE.
2. Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponding
to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance. For
Mainland China, standard electrical outlet is 220V~50Hz.
3. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
4. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury to persons, do
not immerse cord, plugs or machine in water or other liquid.
5. Close adult supervision is necessary when this appliance is used
by or near children.
6. Unplug from outlet when coffeemaker is not in use and before
cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts and
before cleaning the appliance.
7. Remove plug from outlet to disconnect appliance.
8. Do not move the appliance when it contains hot liquids.
9. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or
after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any
manner. Contact authorized Oster service centers.
10. The use of accessory attachments are not recommended or it
may cause hazards or injuries.
11. Do not use outdoors.
12. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot
surfaces.
13. Do not place this appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner
or in a heated oven.
14. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
15. Use on a hard, flat, level surface only to avoid interruption of airflow
underneath the appliance.
16. Do not remove mug from base while liquid is dripping from
basket. Allow basket to cool before removing it from coffeemaker.

IMPORTANT: Clean Your Oster®MyBrewTM Coffee
Brewer Before Use!
Wash stainless steel mug, mug lid and permanent brewing basket in water with
mild detergent.
Rinse them with water thoroughly. Follow steps below (using water only) to clean
the inside of your coffee brewer.
BREWING COFFEE
1. Open the top cover.
2. Fill the water reservoir with fresh tap water up to the MAX (500mL) indication.
Do not overfill.
3. Place mug on the platform.
Oster coffee mug has a maximum capacity of 500mL.*
*OsterTM coffee mug can work with Oster®MyBlend blender (BLSTPB series –
sold separately ) blending iced coffee drinks. To prevent Oster®MyBlend blender
from being damaged, DO NOT fill the coffee mug exceed the MAX (430mL)
marking indicated inside the coffee mug. The MAX marking is applicable for the
coffee mug being used for blending only. Do not use the OsterTM coffee mug to
blend other than coffee drinks.
NOTE: To avoid risk of scalding or other injury, do not brew coffee using other
container.
4. Fill permanent filter with coffee ground. The permanent filter can contain
approximately 25g of coffee ground. The amount of coffee ground may vary
depending on the fineness of coffee ground.
5. Close top cover.
6. Press the Power ON switch "I" to switch on the appliance. The Power switch
will illuminate to indicate that brewing process has started. Let the coffee
passes through the filter into the mug. the coffee maker will automatically
shut off when brewing is completed. During brewing cycle, you can always
unplug to stop brewing.
NOTE: The Oster®MyBrewTM Coffee Brewer can also be used to heat up water
for instant food and beverages.
Oster
TM stainless steel coffee mug is designed for
containing coffee only. To ensure taste of coffee, do not use the stainless steel
coffee mug to contain foods or other drinks.
NOTE: Do not place anything other than water in the water reservoir. Before
making hot water, clean the permanent filter basket (see “Cleaning Instructions” on
Page 7).
NOTE: To brew a second mug of coffee, let the appliance cool down
completely. Fill the reservoir with water to shorten the cool down time. It takes
about 30 seconds to cool down the appliance.

Cleaning Instructions
Your coffee brewer must be cleaned when you observe large amount of steams or
prolonged brewing time.
Clean your coffee brewer every month, the frequency of cleaning depends on the
hardness of water. The following table indicates suggested cleaning intervals.
UsE whitE ViNEgar as PEr iNstrUCtioNs as follows:
1. Mix 1/2cup of undiluted white household vinegar and 1/2 cup of tap water into
the cup. Pour the water/vinegar mixture into the water reservoir.
2. Place the mug on the platform and press the ON switch.
3. Let all the water/vinegar solution flow through then discard the solution.
4. To flush all traces of vinegar, fill reservoir with tap water, place cup on the
platform and press ON switch.
5. Discard water and repeat steps 4 and 5.
Unplug the Oster®MyBrewTM Coffee Brewer before cleaning the exterior. The
permanent brew basket may be washed in soapy water and rinsed or washed
in the top rack of your dishwasher. The exterior of the Oster®MyBrewTM Coffee
Brewer can be wiped with a damp cloth.
ClEaNiNg of thE mUg:
To remove the inner stainless steel mug for cleaning. Rotate to unlock the bottom
rim, take out the inner stainless steel mug (see the mug drawing on Page 4).
Wash the outer plastic layer and inner mug with water and mild detergent. Rinse
and wipe with a damp cloth and ensure the mug is completely dry. Insert the
inner stainless steel mug into the plastic mug and close it with the bottom rim.

Oster®MyBrew™Coffee Brewer can work with Oster®MyBlend blender (BLSTPB
series - sold, separately). Enjoy a cup of Frappuccino, simply do it in a few steps.
Frappuccino
1. Put 130mL of water into the water
reservoir (water level mark 130mL)
2. Put 15g (3 scoops) of coffee ground into
the permanent filter brew basket.
3. Press the power on switch, brew the
coffee until the brewing cycle ends.
4. Put 250g of ice (around 4/5of the stainless
steel mug) into the drinking mug with hot
brewed coffee.
5. Put 55mL of milk and 2 teaspoons of
sugar into the drinking mug. Put 2
teaspoons of chocolate syrup for better
taste.
6. Fasten the MyBlend blending blade
assembly on the open end of the drinking
mug and blends for 20 seconds using Oster®
MyBlend blender.
7. Replace the blade assembly with the Oster®MyBlend drinking lid.
8. Enjoy your frappuccino!!
Notes:
1. Do not fill Oster™ Coffee Mug with ingredients exceed the MAX marking
indicated inside the Coffee Mug.
2. Oster™ Coffee Mug is designed for blending coffee drinks only.
After brewing coffee is completed, unplug the appliance.
NOTE: The coffee is very hot, do not drink coffee immediately. Let it cool down
for a while before drinking.
WARNING
FRESHLY BREWED COFFEE IN BREW BASKET IS VERY HOT. HANDLE WITH
CARE TO AVOID SCALDING. IF IT OVERFLOWS OR FAILS TO DRAIN INTO CUP
DURING BREWING CYCLE, DO NOT TOUCH BASKET. UNPLUG COFFEE BREWER
AND LET THE APPLIANCE COMPLETELY COOL DOWN.

If your Coffee Brewer does not function properly, consult the table below. If you are
unable to solve the problem, please contact an authorized Oster Service Centre.

TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR COFFEE BREWER

13 . 切勿将咖啡机置于热气体或电炉的上方或旁边，或者将咖啡机置入灼热
的烤箱中。
14 . 切勿将此咖啡机用于其预定之外的用途。

重要提示：使用之前，请清洁Oster®
MyBrew™咖啡机。
请将不锈钢杯、杯盖、以及永久冲煮篮子放入加有中性洗涤剂的水中清洗。
用水彻底冲洗它们。按照以下步骤（仅限饮用水）清洁咖啡机的内部。
冲煮咖啡
1. 打开顶盖
2. 往水箱加入新鲜的纯净水至最大水位（500毫升）标示线位置。切勿加
过多的水。
3. 将杯子放在底座上。
Oster ™ 饮用杯的最大容量为500毫升*。
*Oster ™ 饮用杯可以和Oster® MyBlend (BLSTP系列 - 另售)搅拌器搭配使
用, 用以制作冰冻咖啡饮料。为了避免Oster® MyBlend搅拌器造成损坏, 请
确保放入的食材不要超过不锈钢饮用杯内的最高水位线"MAX" (430毫升)。
此最高水位线只适用于把饮用杯用作搅拌冰冻咖啡时用。切勿将此Oster ™
饮用杯用来搅拌其他饮料。
注意：为了避免烫伤或其他人身伤害，切勿使用其它容器煮咖啡。
4. 往永久过滤网中加入咖啡粉。永久过滤网可装入大约25克咖啡粉。由
于咖啡粉的颗粒度不同，装入咖啡粉的份量可能会有差异。
5. 合上顶盖。
6. 按下电源开关“I”，打开咖啡机的电源。电源开关灯会亮起，表示已
开始煮制咖啡了。让咖啡通过过滤网流入杯子中。当咖啡煮完时，咖
啡机会自动关闭。要随时停止煮制咖啡，请拔掉咖啡机的电源插头。
注意：Oster®MyBrew ™ 咖啡机也可用于烧水，用于泡制方便食品和饮
料。Oster ™ 不锈钢饮用杯只可用于盛载咖啡，为确保保留咖啡原味，切勿
用此Oster ™ 不锈钢饮用杯盛载其他食物或饮料。注意：除水之外，切勿往
水箱中加入任何其它物质。在烧开水之前，请清洁永久过滤篮子（参考第
13页的“清洁说明”）。
注意：如果再次另煮一杯咖啡，请彻底冷却咖啡机。往水箱中加水，缩短

警告

清洁说明
当咖啡机中有大量蒸汽冒出时或者煮咖啡的时间过长时，必须清洁咖啡机。
每个月都需对咖啡机进行清洁。清洁的次数取决于水的硬度。推荐的清洁间
隔时间如下。

按照以下说明，使用白醋清洁咖啡机：
1. 在杯子中倒入半杯未稀释的家用白醋和半杯自来水，进行混合。将水/
白醋混合溶液倒入水箱。
2. 将杯子放在底座上，然后打开电源开关。
3. 当水/醋混合溶液流入不锈钢杯，将此混合溶液倒掉。
4. 为了冲洗全部醋溶液痕迹，请往水箱中加入自来水，将杯子放在底座
上，然后打开电源开关。
5. 将水倒掉，然后重复步骤4和5。
在清洁Oster®MyBrew ™ 咖啡机的外部之前，请拔下它的电源插头。可将永
久冲煮篮子放入肥皂水中清洗，然后放入洗碗机的顶架上冲洗或清洗。可以
使用一块抹布擦拭Oster®MyBrew ™ 咖啡机的外部。
杯子清洁方法：
如果要取下内部的不锈钢杯子进行清洁，请旋转底 盖 将其取下，然后将内部

咖啡机故障排除
如果咖啡机无法正常工作，请参考以下表格。如果问题仍然无法解决，请与
Oster的授权电器服务中心联系。

咖啡机不工作，电源
开关灯没有发光
●插入电源插头，打开咖啡机的电源开关。
●确保咖啡机上标示的电压与当地的市电电压一致。
●往水箱中加入。
● 在每次咖啡冲煮完成时，如果您想要另煮一杯咖
啡，请往水箱中加水，让咖啡机冷却大约30秒，
然后再打开电源开关。
咖啡机中有水泄漏。 ●往水箱中加水时，不要超过最大水位线。
咖啡机需要长时间冲
煮咖啡
●请清洁咖啡机（参考“清洁说明”章节）。
在煮咖啡的过程中，
咖啡机产生大量噪音
和蒸气。
● 确保咖啡机没有被污垢堵塞。如果有必要，对咖
啡机进行清洁（参考“清洁说明”章节）。
咖啡从过滤网中溢
出。
● 咖啡粉太多, 切勿在过滤网中加入过多的咖啡粉
(不要超过25克)
● 咖啡粉太细腻, 不能停留在过滤网内。

过滤网中加咖啡粉之前，水箱中的水量合适。
● 确保过滤网没有损坏。
● 咖啡粉太细腻。
● 切勿在过滤网中加入过多的咖啡粉。永久过滤网
可装入大约25克咖啡粉。
咖啡口味太淡。 ●检查水和咖啡份量的比例。
●确保开始煮咖啡之前，杯中没有水。
咖啡口感不好。 ●切勿将装有咖啡的杯子放置太长时间。
咖啡的份量比我期盼
的要少。
● 一部分水被咖啡粉吸收了。往水箱中多加一些

内部不锈钢杯外层出
现水渍。
● 请按照底盖上标示旋转底盖至锁定位置。
