Operating instruction
Step 1: Attach an included antenna to your OV-TV-03.
Then, connect the OV-TV-03 to your Android device.
There are two antennas included with OV-TV-03.
1.1 Telescopic antenna

1.2 Magnetic base antenna
Step 2: Download the “Air DTV” app from Google Play
Store. Install the app on your device and run it by
clicking the corresponding icon.
Go to “Settings”, and then click “Scan Channels”.
Choose your country and click “Scan”.
Step 3: Checking DVB signal. The list of available TV
channel appears on the screen.

Step 4: In order to watch TV in HD you need to change
the decoding system:
4.1 Start any program in the list. Then click the
“Settings” icon (1) and choose “VideoDecoder” (2)
4.2 Select “Hardware Decoder”.

Krok1. Podłącz OV-TV-03 do swojego urządzenia
Android z podłączoną anteną do OV-TV-03. W
zestawie z OV-TV-03 znajdują się dwie anteny.
1.1 Antena teleskopowa

1.2 Antena z magnetyczną podstawką
Krok2. Proszę z Google Play Store. pobrać
aplikację Air DTV. Zainstaluj aplikację a następnie
uruchom klikając na ikonkę aplikacji.
Wybierz „Settings” (Ustawienia)” Następnie wciśnij
"Scan Channels" (skanuj kanały). Wybierz
państwo i naciśnij "Scan".

Krok3. Sprawdzanie sygnału DVB. Pojawi się lista
kanałów.
Krok4. Do poprawnego oglądania kanałów w
rozdzielczości HD należy zmienić sposób
dekodowania programów przez program.
4.1 Uruchom dowolny program z listy, wejdź w
opcję (1) i wybierz funkcję VideoDecoder (2)
4.2 Wybierz opcję Hardware Decoder.

Instructiuni de operare
Pasul 1: Atasati antena inclusa la OV-TV-03. Apoi,
conectati OV-TV-03 la dispozitivul Android. Sunt doua
antene incluse cu OV-TV-03.
1.1 Antena telescopica

1.2 Antena magnetica
Pasul 2: Descarcati aplicatia “Air DTV” din Google
Play Store. Instalati aplicatia pe dispozitiv si rulati-o
facand clic pe pictograma corespunzatoare.
Mergeti la “Setari” si apoi faceti clic pe “Scanare
programe”. Alege tara ta si clic “Scanare”.
Pasul 3: Verificare semnal DVB. Lista cu posturile TV
disponibile apare pe ecran.

Pasul 4: Pentru a viziona TV in HD trebuie sa schimbati
sistemul de decodare:
4.1 Porniti orice program din lista. Apoi faceti clic pe
pictograma “Setari” (1) si alegeti “VideoDecoder” (2)
4.2 Selectati “Hardware Decoder”.
