WHAT IS A LOWPRO INFILL? INSTALLATION GUIDE

SELECT YOUR LOWPRO
The LowPro range covers trenches up to 1200mm.
Select the appropriate LowPro cover below & use the Infill strip to connect a series of trench
covers together and remove trip hazards between boards.
The Infill is available for the LowPro 12/8 (in long or short sizes) & LowPro 15/10 (in long or short sizes). Use the long or short
size of Infill depending on how you orientate the LowPro over the trench. The LowPro 11/11 does not have an Infill as it is
designed to sit close to the ground (height = 18mm).

Installation Steps
Enough LowPro 12/08 or LowPro 15/10
to safely span the length of the trench.
Use 1 LowPro Infill between 2 LowPro
Trench Covers. Infills are connected
by hand without additional tools.

LowPro 12/8 is a 1 person lift.
LowPro 15/0 is a 2 person lift.
1. Assess the surrounding surface where
the rubber edges will be resting.
4. Insert the 2nd plate in the bolt hole
on the long or short side.
7. Ensure the LowPro is sitting on the
plate at both ends.
Ensure your LowPro is clean & check
the surface & Flexi-edges for signs
of damage. Do not use damaged
LowPros.
2. Unscrew the plate and bolts at each
end of the Infill.
5. Place the LowPro with the plates
inserted over the trench.
8. Place the Infill between the LowPros
& secure with 2 bolts at either end.
Always conduct a Site Safety Risk
Assessment before working. LowPros
have anti-slide Flexi-edges, however
they can be bolted down if the SSRA
warrants it.
3. Insert the plate underneath the
LowPro through the bolt hole.
6. Place the next LowPro in line with the
first over the Infill plate.
9. Continue placing LowPros over the
trench & attaching Infills until the trench
is fully covered.
