We recommend a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio
of coffee concentrate to water or milk.
For example, if you measure out 2 oz/60 mL of concentrate,
you would dilute it with 4–6 oz/120–180 mL of water or milk.
NOTE: All coffee is different! This recipe and the bean
marking on the brewing container are great starting points,
but depending on the roast you use, you might want to
add more or less ground coffee the next time you brew.
OXO Paper Filters can be used for a secondary level of filtration.
Bottom of brewing container twists off for thorough cleaning.
After cleaning, press bottom valve to release excess water.
Carafe is dishwasher safe; hand wash all other parts.
All parts nest for compact storage.

濃縮コーヒーの作り方
5注ぎ出しが終わったら
コルクキャップを 取り付
けて冷蔵庫で保管(冷蔵
庫で約2週間保存可能)
1粗めに挽いた
コーヒー粉を
タンクに入れる
豆のマーク部分まで入れ
たら、レインメーカーを
タンクの 上 にセットする
※ 漏 れ を 防 ぐ た め 、タ ン ク 上 下 の
マー クが きちんと合っていることを
確 認 してください 。
4抽出が終わったら
ガラスカラフェに
タンクを乗せる
自動で濃縮コーヒーが
ガラスカラフェに注 ぎ
出される
2700mlの水を
レインメーカーへ
注ぐ
ガラスカラフェを 使う 場 合 は 、
白い丸印までの量を2杯分
入れる

3常温または
冷蔵庫で抽出
フタをかぶせ、常温で12～24時間、
冷蔵庫で20～24時間抽出する

濃縮コーヒーと水(またはミルク)の比率は1:2もしくは1:3がおすすめです。
例）濃縮コーヒー60mlに対し、水またはミルク120～180mlを加えます。
コーヒー豆の種類や焙煎度合いにより、濃縮コーヒーの濃さや風味は異なります。
まずはおすすめレシピで抽出してから、次回 以降はコーヒー粉の量を増やしたり
減 ら し た り し て 、お 好 み の バ ラ ン ス を 見 つ け て く だ さ い 。
市販の紙フィルタ(丸形/もしくは丸形に切ったもの)を併用すれば、
よりクリア な 濃 縮 コ ーヒー を 抽 出 することが で きます。
タンクの 下 部 は 回 して 取り外 し可 能 で す。洗 った 後 は バ ネ 式 の バ ルブ を 押して
中に残った水を出し、十分に乾燥させます。 ガラスカラフェは食器洗い乾燥機が
ご使用いただけますが、その他のパーツは手洗いしてください。
カラフェをタンク内に入れてフタをかぶせてコンパクトに収納できます。
