OUTPUT SETTINGS
The output chart below is applicable for the following countries: UK, France,
Italy, Spain, Finland, Belgium, Greece, Portugal, Czech, Latvia, Lithuania,
Malta, Romania, Slovenia and Austria. For other countries see the sizing
charts at the end of these instructions.
To adjust, switch off the power, open outer cover using key provided. Using
the edge of the key, rotate “Ozone Output” control to the required setting
for the theoretical room size as indicated in the chart below. The theoretical
room volume is obtained by multiplying the actual room volume by the AC
Factor.
Example:
- Actual Room Volume = 28 m³, No. of Air Changes per hour = 6.
- 6 Air Changes per hour the AC Factor = 2
- Theoretical Room Volume = 28 x 2 = 56m³ therefore use line 30–59 (Set
the unit output to Low).
The actual ozone level reached in a room will depend on the room size,
temperature, humidity, the number of air changes, the operating time and
the output setting. Using these setting guidelines ensures that the ozone
level does not exceed the EU normal workplace levels of 0.1 ppm (in other
countries different levels may apply).
If you require a safety data sheet or more information please contact your
supplier.
5

Once the room volume and correct output settings have been
calculated they should be recorded on the adhesive label provided. The
completed label should then be adhered to an easily readable surface on
the product so the output settings can be checked when the unit is being
serviced.
SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE
Although the OZOFRESH AURA requires only minimal routine servicing it is
important that the unit is maintained in accordance with these instructions

• Replace the ceramic plate.
• Check fan for function and replace if damaged or not rotating
freely.
• .
• Clean the interior and exterior of the unit and remove any build up
of contaminants within the unit as described in Servicing (Pg. 7)
SERVICE FREQUENCY REQUIREMENT
Service intervals should be ideally every 3 months in optimum conditions.
In environments that are damp, dusty or polluted or in which contaminant
build up is accelerated the service frequency will need to be increased.
It is the responsibility of the owner/user of the equipment to establish the
appropriate service frequency in each individual location.
ensure that subsequent service intervals match site conditions.

front cover must be in the closed locked position.
In order for the OZOFRESH AURA (Product code: OZO-0008)
to operate its internal battery must contain some charge. If the unit has
been out of service for some time its internal battery may be discharged.
Unlock the front cover and observe the LCD display of the Timer. If the
LCD is blank this indicates that the internal battery is discharged. If so
connect the unit to a supply and, with the front cover closed, allow 15
minutes for the battery to receive some charge and check that characters
are visible on the LCD. It may be necessary to press the small round
reset button (see page 14).
Diagnostic Procedure
1. Check that the green indicator on the front cover of the unit is
illuminated. If not check that the switch on the wall outlet or switched
spur, is switched on.
2. If the green indicator is not illuminated as step 1 above check the fuse
must be approved to BS 1632 and rated 5 A.
4. Switch off the electrical supply, unlock and lift the cover.
5. Check the fan assembly is properly located (Fig. 2 - Page 7).
6.
the correct orientation and that electrical contact is made by the spring
contacts (Fig. 3 - Page 7).
7. Close cover and switch on the electrical supply. Check that the fan
is working and that the ceramic plate is operating, i.e., that a light blue
corona discharge can be seen on the plate.
