1. This Manual is considered as an integral
part of the machine and should be carefully
looked after for subsequent reference.
2. Remove the machine from packaging
and ensure it and all its accessories
and attachments, are present and in
perfect condition. Contact the place of
purchase immediately in the event of any
discrepancies.
3. WARNING Read the instruction manual
before using this machine and use only as
described in this manual.
4. WARNING This machine is not suitable
for picking up hazardous dust.
5. WARNING Do not use this machine in
wet conditions.
6. CAUTION This machine is for indoor use
only.
7. CAUTION This machine must be stored
indoors only.
8. CAUTION Do not obstruct exhaust vent.
9. CAUTION Do not allow to be used as a
toy. Close attention is necessary when used
by or near children.
10. CAUTION Do not put any object into
openings.
11. CAUTION Switch machine off before
removing the battery pack to prevent
unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is
in the off-position before connecting to the
battery pack.
12. CAUTION Do not carry the appliance with
your nger on the switch as it could cause
an accident.
13. CAUTION Use extra care when cleaning
on stairs.
14. CAUTION Use appliances specically
designated battery packs. Use of any other
battery packs may create a risk of injury or
re.
15. CAUTION Do not use a battery pack or
appliance that is damaged or modied.
Damaged or modied batteries may exhibit
unpredictable behaviour resulting in re,
explosion or risk of injury.
16. If the machine has been dropped, damaged,
left outdoors or has been exposed to liquids,
return it to an Authorised Pacvac Service
and Warranty Agent for a safety check.
17. Keep the machine, battery pack and battery
charger away from heated surfaces.
18. Do not expose the machine and battery pack
to high heat for extended periods.
19. Do not handle the machine, battery pack or
battery charger with wet hands.
20. Remove the battery pack from the machine
when not in use, before servicing or before
changing lters and attachments.
21. Do not pull or carry the machine by the
battery pack.
22. Store in an appropriate place after use to
prevent tripping accidents.
23. This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the machine
by a person responsible for their safety.
24. Use only the manufacturer’s recommended
attachments and / or replacement parts.
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed.
