Produktbeskrivning
För pooler upp till 100m3.
Värmaren levereras med ställbar termostat med temperaturområdet 0–45°C, överhettningsskydd med maximal brytnings-
temperatur på 60°C samt en ödesvakt som bryter spänningen när vattenödet understiger 90 l/min.
Manteln är av armerad termoplast, kort (3, 6, 9kW) eller lång (12, 15, 18kW).
Värmaren nns i två olika utförande: med elpatron av Incoloy 825 eller titan. Titan används i aggressivt vatten, saltvatten eller i
pooler med klormaskin/saltklorinator.
Anslutningarna är av PVC för invändig limning mot PVC-rör Ø50 mm.

Installation allmänt
Värmaren skall installeras minst 200 mm under normal vattennivå i poolen, se exempel.
Anslutning skall göras med PVC-rör Ø50mm (inv. Ø42mm) med minst 200mm rak längd före och efter värmaren.
Montera värmaren liggande så att den alltid är helt vattenfylld.
Om värmaren placeras mot brännbart material, skall en brandsäker skiva eller liknande placeras mellan värmare och vägg.
Skivan skall täcka 10 cm utanför värmarens yttre mått. Värmaren får ej övertäckas.
Installationen vara så utförd att värmaren kan tappas på allt vatten.
Värmaren skall installeras på returledningen till poolen efter ltret. Installera ej avstängningsventil mellan värmaren och poolen.
Om ventil erfordras, installera en backventil.
Dosering av klor, syra eller liknande skall göras EFTER värmaren för att undvika korrosion.

Elinstallation
Efter färdig rörinstallation ansluts värmaren elektriskt. Den skall anslutas över två kontaktorer, se kopplingsschema.
Den elektriska installationenen får endast utföras av behörig elinstallatör.
Installationen skall utföras så att värmaren ej kan slås på utan att anläggningens lterpump är i funktion (manöverströmmen till
värmarens kontaktor styrs över pumpens motorskydd).

Felsökning
1. Kontrollera säkringarna.
2. Överhettningsskyddet kan ha löst ut:
Undersök orsaken. Efter att orsaken är klarlagd och åtgärdad återställs överhettningsskyddet genom att
- Tag bort skyddshuven, se bild 1 nedan.
- Tryck in återställningsknappen på kopplingsboxen, se bild 2 nedan.
- Sätt på skyddshuven igen.
3. Kontrollera ödesvakten som är förinställd på ett minimiöde av 90 l/min.
4. Ställ om termostaten till en högre temperatur.

Start
1. Fyll vatten i poolen till rätt nivå.
2. Starta pumpen till poolvattencirkulationen.
3. Kontrollera att vattnet cirkulerar normalt i anläggningen innan strömmen till värmaren slås till.
Först när systemet tömts på all luft startas värmaren.
4. Funktionsprova värmaren:
Vrid termostatratten fram och tillbaka och kontrollera att termostatens kontaktor slår till och från.
Flödesvakten kontrolleras genom att stänga av ödet genom värmaren med en avstängningsventil och kontrollera att
kontaktorn slår ifrån.
5. Ställ in önskad pooltemperatur genom att vrida ratten till önskad temperatur.
6. Värmaren skall nu värma poolvattnet till önskad temperatur.
Handhavande
Vid backspolning och rengöring av ltret skall strömmen till värmaren slås ifrån.
Vid frysrisk skall strömmen slås av och värmaren tömmas på allt vatten.

Product description
For swimming pools up to 100m3.
The heater comes with an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range 0-45° C, overheating protection with a maximum
refractive temperature of 60° C and a ow switch that breaks voltage when the water ow is less than 90 l/min.
Casing is made of reinforced thermoplastic, short (3, 6, 9 kW) or long (12, 15, 18 kW).
The heater is available in two different versions: Incoloy 825 or with a titanium power cartridge. Titan is used in aggressive
water, salt water or in pools with chlorine machine/salt chlorinator.
Connections are made of PVC for internal attachments to PVC pipes Ø50 mm.

General installation instruction
The heater should be installed at least 200 mm below normal water level in the pool, see example.
Connection must be made with PVC tube Ø50mm (int. Ø42mm) with at least 200 mm straight length before and after the heater.
Mount the heater so that it is always full of water.
If the heater is placed against combustible material, place a reproof disc or a similar object between the heater and the wall.
The disc should cover 10 cm outside the heater external wall. The heater must not be covered.
Install the heater in such a way that it can be drained of all water.
The heater must be installed on the return line to the pool after the lter. Do not install a shut-off valve between the heater and
the pool. If a valve is required, install a check valve.
Chlorine, acid or the like dosing should be done AFTER the heater to avoid corrosion.

Electric installation
After a complete pipe installation, the heater is electrically connected. It must be connected over two contactors, see the
connections diagram.

Installation must be performed so that the heater cannot be switched on without the system lter pump being in operation
(the operating current of the heater contactor is controlled over the pump’s motor protection).

Troubleshooting
1. Check the fuses.
2. The overheating protection may have tripped:
Find the cause. After the cause has been found and corrected, the overheating protection must be reset
- Remove protective cover, see Fig. 1 below.
- Press the reset button on the junction box, see Fig. 2 below.
- Replace protective cover.
3. Check that the ow monitor is preset at a minimum ow rate of 90 l/min.
4. Set the thermostat to a higher temperature.

Start
1. Fill water into the pool up to the right level.
2. Start the pump for the pool water circulation.
3. Make sure that water circulates normally in the system before the power to the heater is turned on. The heater will start only
when the system is emptied of all air.
4. The heater functional test:
Turn the thermostat knob back and forth and check that the thermostat switch is turning on and off.
The ow monitor is checked by switching off the ow through the heater with a shut-off valve, and check that the contactor is
switching off.
5. Set the desired pool temperature by turning the knob to the desired temperature.
6. The heater shall now heat the pool water to the desired temperature.
Operation
When ushing and cleaning the lter, turn off the heater power. In case of freezing, switch off the power and drain the heater of
all water.

pH value: 7,2 - 7,6

If water quality limit values are not met, the product warranty is not valid.
