Troubleshooting
1. Check the fuses.
2. The overheating protection may have tripped:
Find the cause. After the cause has been found and corrected, the overheating protection must be reset
- Remove protective cover, see Fig. 1 below.
- Press the reset button on the junction box, see Fig. 2 below.
- Replace protective cover.
3. Check that the ow monitor is preset at a minimum ow rate of 90 l/min.
4. Set the thermostat to a higher temperature.

Start
1. Fill water into the pool up to the right level.
2. Start the pump for the pool water circulation.
3. Make sure that water circulates normally in the system before the power to the heater is turned on. The heater will start only
when the system is emptied of all air.
4. The heater functional test:
Turn the thermostat knob back and forth and check that the thermostat switch is turning on and off.
The ow monitor is checked by switching off the ow through the heater with a shut-off valve, and check that the contactor is
switching off.
5. Set the desired pool temperature by turning the knob to the desired temperature.
6. The heater shall now heat the pool water to the desired temperature.
Operation
When ushing and cleaning the lter, turn off the heater power. In case of freezing, switch off the power and drain the heater of
all water.

Ensure good operation and long life of the electric heater by following water quality limit values below.
Chlorine content: max 3,5 mg/l (ppm)*
pH value: 7,2 - 7,6
Alkalinity: 60-120 mg/l (ppm)
Calcium hardness: 100-300 mg/l (ppm)
Iron: max 0,1 mg/l (ppm)*
Copper: max 0,2 mg/l (ppm)*
Manganese: max 0,05 mg/l (ppm)*
Phosphorus: max 0,01 mg/l (ppm)*
Nitrate: max 50 mg/l (ppm)*
Incoloy
Chloride (salt) content: max 250 mg/l (ppm)
Titanium
Chloride (salt) content: max 35 000 mg/l (ppm) * according to EN 16713-3
If water quality limit values are not met, the product warranty is not valid.
