3STARTING UP
3.1 Loading
Before first using, the GPS Tracker should
be charged for approx. 8-12 hours. Connect
the supplied charging cable to the charging
port of the GPS tracker. Then attach the USB
port to the socket adapter. If the GPS tracker
is connected to the power source, charge it
until the red LED turns off.
The POWER Finder offers you a running
time of approx. 40 days without charging!
However, it should be noted that the
duration depends on the load. The more
PAJ's POWER finder is moved and the
more alerts are sent, the higher the
utilization.

3.2 Activation
To use the POWER Finder by PAJ it must be
activated online first.
Please go to
start.finder-portal.com
and follow the instructions.

3.3 Turning on
If the activation was successful, you can
turn on the POWER Finder by pushing the
switch behind the protective rubber to the
right. Subsequently, the LED lights are
activated. As soon as you have got a GPS
reception, the blue LED flashes.
Recommended first step: To receive the
best GPS signal place the POWER Finder
outside and make sure it is not covered.
Avoid garages, basements and similar.

3.4 Use
Once successful, you can place the FINDER
in a location of your choice and take a look
at the FINDER´s location by using a
smartphone, tablet or PC. Use our app or go
to the following website:
www.finder-portal.com
The FINDER-portal will introduce
you to its functions step by step.

By not observing them serious injuries can
be a result.
Note! If your property might be in danger

Intended Use
Please read the safety notes for the POWER
Finder, in the following parts called GPS-
Tracker, carefully to use it properly. The

intended use of the GPS-Tracker, as
described in this manual, is to locate an
object or a living thing. Make sure that
supervising third parties without their
consent is indictable. Using the GPS-
Tracker in another way than described in the
manual can cause property damage and
personal injuries. Please notice that a GPS-
Tracker is not a toy.
There are various laws on the digital
positioning and location of persons, animal
and/ or objects in other countries and
regions.
Note! The manufacturer and distributor are
not legally responsible for any damage
caused by not appropriate use.

Safety
WARNING! DANGER!
Faulty electrical installation or excessive
main voltage can lead to electric shock.
Before use compare the main voltage of
the socket with the information given on
the type plate.
Connect the power supply easily
accessible, in case of a malfunction the
cable can be disconnected from the
mains as soon as possible.
Do not use the GPS-Tracker or charger
if you notice any damage.
Only use the supplied original parts of
the device. If the charging cable is
damaged, replace it only with original
manufacturer`s accessories.
Keep the device away from fire or hot
surfaces.
The Tracker is not protected against
moisture and water. Please keep and
use the device only in a dry area.

Do not bend the charging cable or
expose to moisture. Only for indoor use.
Do not open the housing of the GPS
Tracker.
Any repair must be done by qualified
professionals. If you connect the GPS
Tracker improperly or operate it
incorrectly, liability and warranty claims
are excluded.
Battery operation
WARNING! EXPLOSION AND FIRE HAZARD!
In the following part information and notes
about how to handle the battery are given to
you:
The GPS-Tracker is running with a
lithium-polymer-battery. It is not
exchangeable and must not be opened
or removed.
Keep the GPS-Tracker away from high
temperatures and ignition sources e.g.
solar radiation in a car. Ignoring this

safety note can lead to battery damage,
overheating, explosion and fire.
Only use original accessories to charge
the device. If not charged properly, it
might come to fire and explosion.
Protect the Tracker from mechanical
damage. Do not burn or drill through it.
Do not remove the battery with sharp
or pointed objects, drop or modify it.
If the battery is swallowed by a child,
immediately search for medical help!
If you want to have the battery
replaced, then please contact our
support.
WARNING! ACID BURN HAZARD!
Batteries, which are leaking because of
damage, can cause an acid burn when
touching skin. Do not open the battery. If the
battery leaks please wear protective gloves.

Please follow the instruction and safety
notes and immediately switch off the GPS-
Tracker in danger zones just as in case of
disorders. Also, it should not be used nearby
medical devices, petrol and chemicals and
in explosive areas. Interference might cause
disorders with mobile devices which can
reduce the power. Transformations und
powerful magnetic fields must be avoided
otherwise deviations in the transmission
can result. Not following the safety notes
can lead to disorders or damage to the GPS-
Tracker.
Cleaning
WARNING! DAMAGE RISK!
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents,
brushes with metal or nylon bristles,
sharp or metallic cleaning items such
as knives, metal sponges, and similar.
This can damage the surfaces.
Never put the FINDER into water and do

not use a steam cleaner for cleaning.
Otherwise, the FINDER can be damaged.
Do not use a dishwasher or similar to
clean the FINDER it would destroy the
device.
Correct cleaning:
1. Wipe the surface with a slightly
wet towel.
2. Afterwards, the Tracker must be
wiped completely dry.
Note! Improper use can cause damaging.
Danger for children and people in need
This FINDER should not be used by
physically handicapped persons or with
limited mental abilities unless they have
been instructed how to use the FINDER for
their own safety by a person in charge.
Please keep children away from small parts
(e.g. accessories) they could be swallowed
and cause choking. Inform your child about

dangers and show how to use the GPS-
Tracker.
Storage
If the GPS-Tracker is not used for a while
turn it off. Put it back into the original
package or in a box of the same seize.
Protect the Tracker from dirt and moisture
and keep it away from children.

Disposal of packaging
Dispose of the packaging
according to type. Put paper and
cardboard to paper waste, foil into
the recyclable waste collection.
Disregard of these instructions may
shorten the life of the built-in battery or
cause damage to the GPS tracker in
general.
