EINFÜHRUNG
Zweikanaliger Trennübertrager (Line Isolator). Ausgestattet mit Cinch Ein- und Ausgängen ist die Line Isolation Box
enz speziell für den Anschluss von Notebooks und Soundkarten an Mischpulte u.Ä. konzipiert. Mit Hilfe des Ground
Li-Schalters zum Trennen der Masseverbindung von Ein- und Ausgang beseitigen Sie Brummschleifen und andere
Störsignale, die beispielsweise von Computern verursacht werden können.

ANSCHLÜSSE UND BEDIENELEMENTE
1. INPUT LEFT / RIGHT
Unsymmetrischer Stereo-Line-Eingang mit zwei Cinch-Buchsen. Verwenden Sie ein abgeschirmtes Stereo-
Audiokabel, um beispielsweise ein Notebook an der Line Isolation Box anzuschließen.
2. OUTPUT LEFT / RIGHT
Unsymmetrischer Stereo-Line-Ausgang mit zwei Cinch-Buchsen. Verwenden Sie ein abgeschirmtes Stereo-
Audiokabel, um die Line Isolation Box an einen unsymmetrischen Stereo-Eingang eines Mischpults oder
Audio-Interfaces anzuschließen.
3. LIFT / GND
Schalter zum Trennen der Masseverbindung von Ein- und Ausgang (Ground Li). In der nicht gedrückten
Position ist die Masseverbindung getrennt, die Verbindung besteht bei gedrückter Position. Die Fähigkeit,
mit Hilfe des Ground Li-Schalters eine Brummschleife zu verhindern, hängt von der Erdung der angeschlos-
senen Geräte ab. Es besteht daher die Möglichkeit, dass sowohl die eine, als auch die andere Schalter-
position in der Lage ist, ein Brummen wirkungsvoll zu reduzieren bzw. zu beseitigen.
ACHTUNG: Das Anschließen von Signalkabeln kann zu erheblichen Störgeräuschen führen. Achten Sie
darauf, dass Eingangskanäle von Mischpulten und Audio-Interfaces usw. bei Steckvorgängen stumm
geschaltet sind. Andernfalls können Pegel von Störgeräuschen zu Schäden führen.
HINWEIS: Starke Magnetfelder können Brummen verursachen. Positionieren Sie die Line Isolation Box daher
nicht in der Nähe von starken Magnetfeldern (z.B. Netztrafo).

INTRODUCTION
Two-channel separator (line isolator). Equipped with RCA inputs and outputs, the Line Isolation Box enz is specially
designed for connecting notebooks and sound cards to mixers, etc. Use the ground li switch to disconnect the
ground connection from the input and output to eliminate hum loops and otherinterference signals that can be
caused by computers, for example.

CONNECTIONS AND OPERATING ELEMENTS
1. INPUT LEFT/RIGHT
Unbalanced stereo line input with two RCA (cinch) sockets. Use a shielded stereo
audio cable, for example to connect a notebook to the Line Isolation Box.
2. OUTPUT LEFT/RIGHT
Unbalanced stereo line output with two RCA (cinch) sockets. Use a shielded stereo
audio cable to connect the Line Isolation Box to an unbalanced stereo input on a mixer or
audio interface.
3. LIFT/GND
Switch for disconnecting the ground connection from the input and output (ground li). In the non-pressed
position, the ground connection is disconnected; the connection is established when the switch is pressed.
The ability
to prevent a humming loop using the ground li switch depends on the grounding of the connected
devices. It is therefore possible that both one and the other switch
position is able to eectively reduce or eliminate humming.
ATTENTION: Connecting signal cables can cause a lot of noise. Make sure that input channels from
mixers and audio interfaces etc. are mutedduring plugging. Otherwise, noise levels may
cause damage.
PLEASE NOTE: Strong magnetic elds can cause humming. Therefore, do not position the Line Insulation Box
near strong magnetic elds (e.g. mains transformer).

INTRODUZIONE
Separatore di linea a due canali (Line Isolator). Dotata di ingressi e uscite RCA, la Line Isolation Box enz è proget-
tata appositamente per il collegamento di notebook e schede audio a mixer e simili. L'interruttore Ground-Li per
interrompere il collegamento a massa dall'ingresso e dall'uscita consente di eliminare i ritorni di terra e altri segnali
di disturbo che possono essere causati, ad esempio, dai computer.

CONNESSIONI ED ELEMENTI DI COMANDO
1. INPUT LEFT / RIGHT
Ingresso di linea stereo non bilanciato con due prese RCA. Utilizzare un cavo audio stereo
schermato per collegare, ad esempio, un notebook alla Line Isolation Box.
2. OUTPUT LEFT / RIGHT
Uscita di linea stereo non bilanciata con due prese RCA. Utilizzare un cavo audio stereo
schermato per collegare la Line Isolation Box a un ingresso stereo non bilanciato di un mixer o
di un'interfaccia audio.
3. LIFT / GND
Interruttore per scollegare la connessione di terra dell'ingresso e dell'uscita (ground li). Se non premuto,
il collegamento a massa è scollegato; il collegamento è presente quando è premuto. La capacità
di prevenire un loop di ronzio usando l'interruttore Ground Li dipende dalla messa a terra
dei dispositivi collegati. Pertanto, è possibile che sia l'una che l'altra posizione dell'interruttore
siano in grado di ridurre o eliminare ecacemente il ronzio.
ATTENZIONE: Il collegamento di cavi di segnale può causare un notevole rumore. Assicurarsi
