OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1AND 2SW 1 AND SW 2 WITH LED INDICATOR
These heavy-duty footswitches trigger the remote switching signal
of channels 1 and 2. When they are engaged the corresponding LEDs
light up to indicate that the channel is active.
3AND 7CLOSED / OPEN
These sliders select either normally open or normally closed relay
switching to individually match the PF2SW’s channels to the device
to be controlled. Refer to the device’s manual for its switching
type, or simply try each position for the best result.
4AND 6LATCH / PULSE
These sliders select either a latching (contact closure) control
signal or momentary electronic pulse to switch the connected
device. Most classic amp designs, for instance, utilize the
latching type for reverb and tremolo on / off switching. Refer
to the device’s manual for its switching type, or simply try each
position for the best result.
5MASTER
THIS 3-POSITION SLIDER SELECTS EITHER FOOTSWITCH AS A MASTER SWITCH
to simultaneously control both channels with a single stomp. In
the OFF position, the PF2SW operates in dual mode with each foot-
switch controlling its own channel.

These are the PF2SW switching signal outputs. Use a quality
instrument cable with 1/4” jacks to connect the remote switching
output to a device’s footswitch input.
NOTE: A device’s footswitch input format may require a dedicated
cable such as 1/4” to RCA. Devices with a 1/4” TRS footswitch input
controlling two functions can be connected using a 1/4” TRS to dual
