RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS (RESETTING AND PAIRING)
1. Please place both TWS into the charging case and close the lid (about 3 seconds).
2. Please open the lid of the charging case, and long-press the reset button inside the
case(about 8-12 seconds), please note that you need to release your hand as soon as all 4
white lights above the reset button are on.
3. Then you will see the light blinking slowly in the right or left touch area (Two sides flash
quickly for about two seconds, and then the right/left side flashes slowly.), which means
SportSound has been reset and is ready for pairing.
4. Please continue to keep the lid open, then go to Bluetooth settings and select "Palovue
SportSound" on your Bluetooth audio device.
- Once successful, there are two prompts: "pairing successful" and " connected".
- Once reconnected, there is a prompt "connected".

CHARGING
The TWS will start charging once they are placed into the charging case and the lid closed.
The charging case LED will indicate the charging status:
· Charging: Solid red light on case.
· Fully charged: Solid green light on case.
* To shortly press the button on the charging case, it will indicates the power of the case.
Step 1: Place the earbuds into your each ear, like picture 1.
Step 2: Whirl the earbuds to be comfortable, like picture 2.
Step 3: Put on the ear hooks and adjust to fit your ears, ensure the Mic 1 align with mouth, like
picture 3.
To achieve the most comfortable fit and sound for your TWS, take time to test out the various tip
sizes to find the best fitting size. It is normal to use differently sized tips in each ear.
The Palovue® TWS App lets you do the following:
· Customize the touch control of your SportSound TWS Earbuds.
· Update your earbuds when new features and improvements are available.
· Open/Close the Noise Cancelling Mode.

WARM TIPS：
If there is any questions or issues, please contact with PALOVUE Support Team, we will respond to
you in 24 hours.
1. After you get the product, please pick up the earbuds and remove a film between the
charging pins and earbuds(The film is used to prevent the battery from running out during the
shipping process), and then put the earbuds back into the charging case for charging, which
can ensure that the product can be used effectively. Then, please reset it before use.
2. Please clean the earbuds and charging post's pogo pins regularly to avoid poor
contact due to dirt.
3. SportSound earbuds can be set in the SportSound APP to turn on/off the noise-reduction
mode, and the first call after setting will take effect. (Note that the settings during the call
cannot take effect immediately)
1. When there is no sound on one side of both earbuds or not being able to pair: please charge
for one hour first and follow the above steps to factory reset, and then ignore the SportSound
earbuds (if any) from the Bluetooth list of the phone and re-pair it.
2. When PALOVUE SportSound APP can not be used normally: please uninstall, and then
re-download it.
3. If the other party finds your voice too low during the call or about wearing problems: please
try to replace the ear-tips of different models, and then please follow the above-mentioned
wearing style to wear and try to adjust the wearing position to get the best comfort.

1. 2つのTWSを充電ケースに入れて、蓋を閉めてください（約3秒）。

ケース内の4つのホワイトライトが全部点滅したら、すぐに手を離してください。
3. 左右のタッチ部分でライトがゆっくりと点滅するのが見えます(両サイドで約2秒間速く点滅
し、その後、右側または左側でゆっくり点滅します)。。これは、SportSoundがリセットさ
れ、ペアリングの準備ができたことを意味します。
4.お使いの Bluetoothオーディオデバイスでは、 Bluetooth設定に入って「Palovue
SportSound」を選択します。
- 成功すると、「ペアリング成功」と「接続済み」のメッセージが表示されます。
- 再接続後、「接続済み」と表示されます。
* 通話中にMICが有効になると、イヤホンのLEDが点滅します。

充電
TWSは、充電ケースに入れて蓋を閉めると充電を開始します。
充電ケースのLEDで充電状態を表示します:
充電中：ケースが赤く点灯します。
フル充電: ケース上に緑色のランプが点灯しています。
* 充電ケースのボタンを短く押すと、ケースの電源が表示されます。
ステップ1: 写真1のように、イヤホンを両耳に装着します。
ステップ2：写真2のように、イヤホンを回転させて快適な状態にします。
ステップ 3: イヤーフックを装着し、耳に合わせて調整します。写真3のように、マイク1が口
に合うようにします。
TWSの最も快適な装着感とサウンドを実現するために、様々なチップサイズを試して、最適な
サイズを見つけてください。両耳で異なるサイズのチップを使用するのが一般的です。
Palovue® TWSアプリでは、以下の操作を行うことができます。
- SportSound TWS イヤフォンのタッチ操作をカスタマイズできます。
- 新しい機能や改善点があれば、イヤホンをアップデートします。
- ノイズリダクションモードのオン/オフ。
