Click - Press once in 1 second intervals. Double Click - Press twice in 1 second
intervals.
To Power On - Slide the POWER switch to the on “M” (vibrate) or “N” (beep)
position.
To Power Off - Slide the POWER switch to off (“

”) position.
Receiving Messages at “N” (Audible Alert) Position - Press the POWER switch
to stop the alert. Press the POWER switch to view messages longer than
12 digits. Press the POWER switch to review remainder of message.
Receiving Messages at “M” (Silent/Vibrate/Muted) Position -

To Save a Message – While the message is displayed, double click the
POWER switch and the save message indicator () flashes. Click the
POWER switch to save. Up to 6 messages can be saved.
To Delete a Message - While message is displayed, double click the POWER
switch the save message indicator ()appears. Double click again and the
delete message indicator (

)flashes. Click to delete or double click to
cancel. Saved messages can also be deleted.
Deleting All Messages -From standby click the POWER switch until memory
used screen appears. Double click the POWER switch, ALL DELETE will
flash in display. Click the POWER switch to delete or double click to
cancel.
Reviewing Messages - From standby, click the POWER switch to view latest
message. Click the POWER switch repeatedly to view earlier messages.
The last screen will show memory used. The time in the upper left hand
corner shows the elapsed time between the message being received and
the message being viewed. Continue to press the POWER switch to view
messages, if a message came in on a different channel, then the channel
number will display in the upper left hand corner instead of the elapsed
time.

Setting the Clock:
1) Set the POWER switch to the OFF position.
2) While holding in the POWER switch, slide the POWER switch from
OFF to the “N” position. When the alert tones stop, release the
POWER switch.
3) Press the POWER switch button one click inwards to change the
month setting. Double click the POWER switch to save your
selection.
4) Press the POWER switch button one click inwards to change the day
setting. Double click the POWER switch to save your selection.
5) Press the POWER switch button one click inwards to change the
hour setting. Double click the POWER switch to save your selection.
6) Press the POWER switch button one click inwards to change the
minute setting. Double click the POWER switch to save your
selection.
7) Press the POWER switch button one click inwards to save all
settings and automatically return to Standby.
Setting the Alarm - To activate, from standby double click the POWER switch
and AL On appears in display. Follow clock setting from step 5 to set time.
To deactivate, from standby double click the POWER switch, AL On
appears in display. Double click again and AL OFF appears in display.
Click the POWER switch to select OFF, click again to deactivate and return
to standby.
Setting Auto On/Off - Double click the POWER switch until AUTO On
appears. Click the POWER switch to pull up OFF time, set time, continue
and set ON time. To deactivate, double click until AUTO OFF appears, click
the POWER switch to select off.
Setting LPA (Long Period Alert) - From standby, double click the POWER
switch continuously until “LPA“ appears in display. Click the POWER
switch, “On“ appears, click again to activate or double click to deactivate
(OFF will appear).
Setting Alert Type - From standby, double click the POWER switch until
“bEEP“appears. Click to display and hear beep options. Double click to
scroll choices, single-click to select choice.
Setting Channel - Press and hold the POWER switch until the LCD displays
the message “On ch1”, the display will begin to scroll through the 3
channels available (if so programmed). When the display begins to scroll,
release the POWER switch. Press the POWER switch once to select the
desired channel when it appears on the LCD display.
