connectors,allowingittobeusedinmorecustomscenariosthantheTrackerOne.

BydefaulttheMonitorOneusestheinternalcellularandGNSSantennas,butcanbeswitchedto
usingtheexternalconnectorsinsidetheenclosure.
Thecellular(1)andGNSS(4)antennasarenotconnectedinternallyatthefactory.Inordertouse
theexternalconnectorsyoumustopenthecase,disconnecttheinternalantenna,andinstead
connecttheU.FLconnectorfortheexternaljack.
TheMonitorOneisequippedwith2external-facingSMAbulkheadconnectorsforbothcellularand
GNSSbutaredisconnectedinternally.Thehardwareisreadyforusewithexternalantennasgiving
theabilitytoconnectawidevarietyofapplication-specificantennas.Itisrecommendedthatthe
userperformrequiredRFcertificationswiththeselectedantennainstalledastheMonitorOnehas
onlybeencertifiedforuseinselectregionswiththeinternalantennas.
CONNECTORS

Mounting
TheMonitorOneisintendedtobemountedintheorientationshownatthetopofthepage,with
theconnectorsfacingdown.Youcanalsomountitwiththemountingplatemountedonaflat
surfaceastheGNSSantennaisangledtoallowittoworkineitherorientation.
WhenusingexternalcellularandGNSSantennasyoucanorienttheMonitorOneinother
directions.

Themountingplatecanbestrapmountedthroughthetwoslots(2).
Themagnetsdonotneedtoremovedtousescrew,bolt,orstrapmounting.
