Assembly Instrucons
Required Tools: 9/16” and 3/4” Wrench or Socket, Philips Screwdriver, Cordless Drill, 1/8” Drill bit
Assembly Hardware:
(16) 3/8”x 2” Bolt (frame assembly)
(16) 3/8”x 2.5” Bolt (Installing Jacks)
(8) 3/8”x 3-1/2” Bolt—may be plasc (mounng bumpers)
(40) 3/8” Nut
(8) 1/2”x 2.5” Bolt and Nut (Secures Drop Leg bases)
(16) Pan Head Screws (secure Bunk Pads)
Parts List:
(4) Li Tube (1.5”x 3.5” x 54” long)
(4) Stringer Tube (1.5”x 3.5” x 54” long)
(4) Mending Insert (1.25”x 3.25” x 24” long)
(8) Poly Bunk Pad / Glide Plate (10”L x 1-1/2”W x 1/2”H)
(4) Aluminum Screw Jacks
(4) Aluminum Backer Plate, 5-1/2”x 4”
(4) Blue Jack Fenders
(5) (4) Drop Leg Assembly

Helpful Tips:
The Aluminum Jacks are operated using a cordless drill or impact driver and 3/4” socket. The Jacks should be operated
at a slow speed or in low gear. Raise or lower each jack a couple inches at a me, working your way around the li, op-
erang each jack evenly to prevent the unit from binding.

Assembling the frame:
Two Li Tubes are joined together using the Mending Insert, secure
using 3/8”x 2” bolt. Repeat this step for the other Li Tubes as well
as for the two pair of Stringer Tubes. This will create the 9’ frame
pieces.
The Stringer Tubes are then secured to the Li Tubes using the pre-
drilled mounng holes and 3/8”x 2.5” bolts.
Aluminum Jack:
Each aluminum jack is mounted using
a Backer Plate and four 3/8”x2-1/2”
bolts. All the jack supports should be
orientated toward the entrance of
the li (as pictured).
Typically, the jack is mounted using
the very boom set of mounng
holes in the ange. For deeper water
applicaons the unit can be mounted
higher, creang a higher starng
point.
The drop leg base is comprised of
two pieces, bolt the vercal tube to
the at base then insert the vercal
into the jack and set desired height.
The jack fender is installed last using
two 3/8”x 3-1/2” bolts.
Glides are installed aer
frame has been assembled.
Mark the locaon where
the Glide will be installed
and pre-drill 1/8” pilot
holes. Use included
mounng screws to secure
the Glides.
