4’x4’ Poly Panel Assembly Steps
Remove all Poly boards (A) from wrapping. Lay out each 1’x4’ board parallel to each other face down. Spacing
between each board is approximately ⅝”. Spacing will be pre-determined by the hole placement in the Stringer
Angle (B).
Place Stringer Angle (B) onto the deck boards (A), align the holes in the Stringer Angle with the pre-drilled holes
on the Poly Boards. Each Stringer Angle is roughly 11 ¾” from the Poly Board edge.
Secure each Stringer Angle with M5x25mm Pan Head Screws (C).
Optional Deck Lockers:
PN10867 - Deck Locker (4) Pack secures the 4’x4’ Poly Panel
onto the Patriot Dock frame by rotating the tab clockwise.
