Your Paw Brothers® Pro Hydraulic Grooming Table features a removable table top for easy
cleaning and a “Z” shaped base that eliminates wobbling and tipping. The all metal frame is
strong and long lasting. An antistatic baked epoxy finish adds style and durability. The remov-
able top is made with Belgian poly-board covered by a premium non-slip rubber surface. The
outstanding quality Italian style hydraulic pump mechanism allows the table to adjust from 19”
to 40”, with a maximum lifting capacity of 200 lbs.
In the unlikely event your table should need repair the following replacement parts are availa-
ble:

Initial Inspection
When your Paw Brothers® Pro Hydraulic Grooming Table arrives, check immediately for signs
of shipping damage. If you notice damage, save the shipping carton for claim purposes, and
immediately report the problem to your supplier and to the shipping company. Also, save the
carton for shipping in case your product ever needs repair at a remote location.
Tools Required for service: #2 Phillips Head Screwdriver
Allen wrench
Set of metric wrenches or sockets
Pliers

Service Instructions
Caution: The hydraulic table is heavy. Two people are be required for these procedures.
Hydraulic Pump Replacement
Step 1: Remove the table top from the frame assembly, and set it aside. Remove the gr ooming ar m.
Turn the entire frame assembly upside down and place it on a protective surface to avoid marring the epoxy
finish.
Step 2: Using an Allen wrench, remove the foot lever by loosening the two set screws on either side of
the hydraulic pump. Note the position of the foot lever and how it goes through the slot in the frame assembly.

Step 3: Remove the cotter pin and r etaining bolt fr om the fr ame assembly. See Figur e 1.
Step 4: Remove the two bolts from each side of the hydr aulic pump holder. See Figure 2.
Step 5: Lift the hydraulic pump up and out of the fr ame assembly.
Step 6: Remove the screw holding the plastic cover for the hydr aulic pump.
Step 7: Remove the four nuts and washers holding the hydraulic pump to the pump holder. Remove the lock
washers located under the holder.
Step 8: Attach the pump holder to the new hydr aulic pump, making sur e the lock washers are installed
under the holder. Put on the four washers and nuts. Tighten each nut. Re-install the pump cover.
Step 9: Place the hydr aulic pump and holder into the fr ame assembly and r e-install the two holder bolts.
Note: Make sure the hydraulic pump is in the correct position for the foot lever to be attached.
Step 10: Re-install the cotter pin and the retaining pin. Turn the table upright, and install the foot lever.
Tighten both set screws for the foot lever. Re-install the table top and the grooming arm.
The cotter pin and retaining bolt hold the
top portion of the hydraulic pump to the
frame assembly.

Statement of Limited Warranty
Warranty Period
Your hydraulic table is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, to the original
purchaser, after the date of purchase, for six months for parts only. During the warranty period components
that do fail may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of G & G Distribution, Inc. Any warranty claims
must be accompanied with a copy of the original purchase invoice. For warranty service call 1-800-525-7387.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover failures or damages resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, unsuitable
physical or operating environments, acts of nature, transportation damages, or improper maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances is the supplier liable for third party claims against you for damages, special, inci-
dental, or indirect damages, or for any economic consequential damages, or lost profits, business revenue,
goodwill or anticipated savings. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of inci-
dental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
