To tighten up the rack, please
screw in the bolts/nuts
securely using the appropriate
tool.

crossbar in to the foot

To tighten up the rack,
please screw in the
bolts/nuts securely using
the allen wrench tool.

Check after 50KM and 500KM

Ensure there is no
movement at the Foot.
Tighten the lateral
adjustment bolt in order to
lock bar into the Foot

After tightening parts,
slide the cap onto the
bar/foot and lock the
cap in place Check

Test that front and rear
crossbars are securely installed
by pulling vigorously in all
directions.

Ensure each Foot is mounted
correctly on the roof rail and
each Metal Bracket is aligned
correctly bottom of the rail.
