Lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor der Installation und Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig durch.
Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung zum späteren Gebrauch in der Nähe der Anlage auf.
Die mit [Fachmann] bezeichneten Kapitel richten sich ausschließlich an den Fachhandwerker.
1Montage der Isolierung [Fachmann]
Die Montage der HeatBloC-Isolierung sollte in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge ausgeführt
werden, um die Isolierung nicht zu beschädigen.
Achtung: Bringen Sie zuerst den Pumpenstecker an der Pumpe an.
Eine andere Montagereihenfolge kann zur Beschädigung der Isolierung führen.
1. Gemischter HeatBloC:
Führen Sie bei dem gemischten HeatBloC
das Kabel des Stellmotors durch die
Isolierschale hindurch.
2. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Führen Sie die Isolierung von unten am
Pumpenkabel vorbei.
3. Gemischter HeatBloC:
Achten Sie beim gemischten HeatBloC auf
den Stellmotor, der aus der Öffnung der
Isolierschale hängt.

4. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Kippen Sie die Isolierung schräg an, so
dass die untere Kante der Isolierschale
über den Verteiler gleitet.
5. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Drücken Sie vorsichtig den unteren Teil der
HeatBloC-Isolierung in die hintere
Isolierschale, bis sie einrastet.
6. Gemischter HeatBloC:
Rasten Sie beim gemischten HeatBloC den
Stellmotor auf dem Stellknopf auf. Achten
Sie darauf, dass die Stellung von Mischer
und Stellmotor zueinander passen.
7. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Schieben Sie die vordere und hintere
Isolierschale zum Verteiler zusammen, bis
sie einrastet.

Die Montage der Isolierung ist abgeschlossen.

Die Demontage der HeatBloC-Isolierung sollte in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge ausgeführt
werden, um die Isolierung nicht zu beschädigen.
Achtung: Der Pumpenstecker kann nur bei entfernter unterer Isolierschale des HeatBloCs
abgenommen werden! Andernfalls wird ggf. die Isolierung beschädigt.
1. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Ziehen Sie die vordere Isolierschale des
Verteilers ab.
2. Schieben Sie die hintere Isolierschale so
weit es geht nach hinten.
3. Gemischter HeatBloC:
Ziehen Sie bei dem gemischten HeatBloC
den Stellmotor vom Mischer ab.
4. Der Stellmotor ist noch durch das Kabel mit
dem HeatBloC verbunden.

5. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Ziehen Sie den unteren Teil der Isolierung des
HeatBloCs nach vorne. Fassen Sie dabei links
und rechts an den Seiten der Isolierschale an.
6. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Kippen Sie die Isolierung schräg an, so
dass die untere Kante der Isolierschale
über den Verteiler gleitet.
7. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Ziehen Sie die Isolierung nach unten am
Pumpenkabel vorbei.
8. Gemischter HeatBloC: Achten Sie beim
gemischten HeatBloC auf den Stellmotor, der
aus der Öffnung der Isolierschale hängt.
9. Ungemischter / Gemischter HeatBloC:
Der Pumpenstecker kann nun entfernt
werden.

Carefully read these instructions before installation and commissioning.
Save these instructions in the vicinity of the installation for future reference.
The chapters called [specialist] are intended for specialists only.
1Mounting of the insulation [specialist]
The mounting of the HeatBloC insulation must be carried out in a specific sequence
in order to avoid damages of the insulation.
Attention: Connect the pump plug to the pump first.
Another mounting sequence can cause damage to the insulation.
1. Mixed HeatBloC:
Pass the cable of the actuator through
the insulating shell of the mixed HeatBloC.
2. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
Pass the insulation from below
along the pump cable.
3. Mixed HeatBloC:
Observe the actuator which hangs out
of the opening of the insulating shell of
the mixed HeatBloC.

4. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
Incline the insulation such that the
lower edge of the insulating shell
glides over the distribution manifold.
5. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
Carefully press the lower part of the
HeatBloC insulation into the insulating
back shell until it snaps into place.
6. Mixed HeatBloC:
Mount the actuator on the adjusting knob
of the mixed HeatBloC. Make sure that
the position of the mixing valve and of
the actuator correspond to each other.
7. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
Push the insulating front and back shell
of the distribution manifold together until
it snaps into place.

The mounting of the insulation is now completed.

The dismounting of the HeatBloC insulation must be carried out in a specific sequence
in order to avoid damages of the insulation.
Attention: The pump plug can only be removed if the lower insulating shell of the HeatBloC
has been taken off before! Otherwise there is a risk of causing damage to the insulation.
1. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
Remove the insulating front shell
of the distribution manifold.
2. Push the insulating back shell
backwards as much as possible.
3. Mixed HeatBloC:
Remove the actuator from the
mixing valve of the mixed HeatBloC.
4. The actuator is still connected
to the HeatBloC via the cable.

5. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
Pull the lower part of the insulation of
the HeatBloC forward by holding the
insulating shell on the left and right side.
6. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
Incline the insulation such that the
lower edge of the insulating shell
glides over the distribution manifold.
7. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC: Pull the
insulation downward along the pump cable.
8. Mixed HeatBloC: Observe the actuator
which hangs out of the opening of the
insulating shell of the mixed HeatBloC.
9. Unmixed / mixed HeatBloC:
The pump plug can now be removed.

Lisez attentivement toutes les instructions de la présente notice avant de procéder à
l'installation et à la mise en service. Gardez cette notice à proximité de l'installation
pour vous y référer ultérieurement.
Les chapitres avec la désignation [Expert] sont destinés uniquement au personnel qualifié.
1Montage de l'isolation [Expert]
Le montage de l'isolation du HeatBloC doit être effectué dans un ordre précis
afin d'éviter l'endommagement de l'isolation.
Attention : Branchez d'abord la fiche de la pompe dans la pompe.
Un autre ordre de montage peut causer l'endommagement de l'isolation.
1. HeatBloC mélangé :
Dans le cas d'un HeatBloC mélangé,
passez le câble du servomoteur
à travers la coque isolante.
2. HeatBloC non mélangé / mélangé :
Passez l'isolation par le bas à côté
du câble de la pompe.
3. HeatBloC mélangé :
Faites attention au servomoteur pendant
qui sort de l'ouverture de la coque isolante
du HeatBloC mélangé.

4. HeatBloC non mélangé / mélangé :
Inclinez l'isolation de manière à ce que
le bord inférieur de la coque isolante
glisse sur le collecteur.
5. HeatBloC non mélangé / mélangé :
Poussez prudemment la partie inférieure de
l'isolation du HeatBloC dans la coque
isolante arrière jusqu'à ce que cette
dernière s'enclenche.
6. HeatBloC mélangé : Montez le servomoteur
sur le bouton de réglage du HeatBloC
mélangé. Veillez à ce que la position de la
vanne mélangeuse et celle du servomoteur
correspondent l'une à l'autre.
7. HeatBloC non mélangé / mélangé :
Appuyez les coques isolantes avant et
arrière du collecteur l'une contre l'autre
jusqu'à ce qu'elles s'enclenchent.

Le montage de l'isolation est terminé.

Le démontage de l'isolation du HeatBloC doit être effectué dans un ordre précis afin d'éviter
l'endommagement de l'isolation.
Attention : La fiche de la pompe peut uniquement être retirée si la coque isolante inférieure
du HeatBloC a été démontée ! Sinon il y a un risque d'endommagement de l'isolation.
1. HeatBloC non mélangé / mélangé :
Retirez la coque isolante avant
du collecteur.
2. Poussez la coque isolante arrière
le plus possible vers l'arrière.
3. HeatBloC mélangé :
Retirez le servomoteur de la vanne
mélangeuse du HeatBloC mélangé.
4. Le servomoteur est encore raccordé
au HeatBloC par le câble.

5. HeatBloC non mélangé / mélangé :
Tirez la partie inférieure de l'isolation du
HeatBloC vers l'avant. Pour ce faire, prenez
la coque isolante aux côtés gauche et droit.
6. HeatBloC non mélangé / mélangé :
Inclinez l'isolation de manière à ce que
le bord inférieur de la coque isolante
glisse sur le collecteur.
7. HeatBloC non mélangé / mélangé :
Tirez l'isolation vers le bas à côté
du câble de la pompe.
8. HeatBloC mélangé : Faites attention au
servomoteur pendant qui sort de l'ouverture
de la coque isolante du HeatBloC mélangé.
9. HeatBloC non mélangé / mélangé :
La fiche de la pompe peut maintenant
être retirée.

Lea cuidadosamente este manual antes de la instalación y puesta en servicio.

Los capítulos identificados con [técnico] están dirigidos exclusivamente a instaladores
especializados.
1Montaje del aislamiento [técnico]
El montaje del aislamiento del HeatBloC debe ser realizado en un orden determinado para
no dañar el aislamiento.
Atención: Primero enchufe el conector de la bomba en la bomba.
Un otro orden de montaje puede provocar daños del aislamiento.
1. HeatBloC mezclado:
Pase el cable del accionador del HeatBloC
mezclado por la cápsula aislante.
2. HeatBloC no mezclado / mezclado:
Pase el aislamiento de abajo ladeándolo
detrás del cable de la bomba.
3. HeatBloC mezclado:
Preste atención al accionador del HeatBloC
mezclado, que cuelga de la abertura del
aislamiento.

4. HeatBloC no mezclado / mezclado:
Ladee el aislamiento transversalmente de
modo que el borde inferior de la cápsula
aislante desliza por el distribuidor.
5. HeatBloC no mezclado / mezclado:
Presione con cuidad el parte inferior del
aislamiento del HeatBloC en la cápsula
aislante trasera hasta que encajen.
6. HeatBloC mezclado:
Encaje el accionador del HeatBloC
mezclado al botón de selección.
Preste atención que el mezclador y el
accionador tienen la misma posición.
7. HeatBloC no mezclado / mezclado:
Junte la cápsula aislante delantera y
trasera en el distribuidor hasta que encajen.

El desmontaje del aislamiento del HeatBloC debe ser realizado en un orden determinado para
no dañar el aislamiento.
Atención: El conector de la bomba debe ser desenchufado sólo en caso de cápsula aislante
inferior quitada. Por el contrario se puede dañar el aislamiento.
1. HeatBloC no mezclado / mezclado:
Remueva la cápsula aislante delantera
del distribuidor.
2. Empuje la cápsula aislante trasera lo
más posible hacia atrás.
3. HeatBloC mezclado:
Retire el accionador del mezclador del
HeatBloC mezclado.
4. El accionador está todavía conectado con el
HeatBloC mediante el cable.
