1. Special Conditions for Safe Use
Warning identifies conditions and procedures that are
dangerous to the user.
Caution identifies conditions and procedures that can cause
damage to the Product or the equipment under test.
Warning
To prevent injury, only assemble and operate high-pressure
systems if you know the correct safety procedures.
High-pressure liquids and gases are hazardous and the energy
from them can be released without warning.
To prevent possible electrical shock, fire, or personal injury:
• Read all safety Information before you use the Product.
• Use the Product only as specified, or the protection
supplied by the Product can be compromised.
• Do not use the Product around explosive gas, vapor, or in
damp or wet environments.
• Do not use and disable the Product if it is damaged.
• Remove the batteries if the Product is not used for an
extended period of time, or if stored in temperatures above
70 ℃ . If the batteries are not removed, battery leakage can
damage the Product.
• Replace the batteries when the low battery indicator shows
to prevent incorrect measurements.
• The battery door must be closed and locked before you
operate the Product.
Caution
To prevent possible damage to Product or to equipment under
test:
• The display flicker when the pressure source is above the
Product range limit. The pressure source must immediately
be removed.
• Do not apply more than the maximum torque specified.
Maximum torque specified is 20 Nm = 15 ft-lb.
2. Special Conditions for Safe Use
A. Misuse
If the Product is exposed to overpressure or sudden
physical shock (such as being dropped) examine it for
damage that can cause a safety issue. If necessary, send
the Product for examination to PDK. Refer to below to
contact PDK.
Warning
To prevent possible fire, or personal injury:
• Do not use the Product with flammable substances.
• The Product is intended for installation only in locations with
protection against the entry of solid unwanted objects or water
that can compromise safety.
B. Maintenance
How to Clean the Product
Clean the Product with a soft cloth dampened with water or water
and weak soap.
Caution
To prevent possible damage to the Product, do not use solvents or
abrasive cleansers.
Caution
For safe operation and maintenance of the product:
• Repair the Product before use if the battery leaks.
• Remove batteries to prevent battery leakage and damage to the
Product if it is not used for an extended period.
• Be sure that the battery polarity is correct to prevent battery
leakage.
• Have an approved technician repair the Product.

5. Size and Front-Panel Features
① Display : Digital pressure display
② : Power / Menu key
- Turn On/Off the power
- Push the key for 2 seconds to go to Menu mode.
③ : Zero / Up key
- Push the key for 2 seconds set zero.
- Clear Peak(Hi/Low) values in Peak mode.
- Using Up key when menu set.
④ : Display backlight/ Enter key
- Display backlight turn On/Off.
- Using Enter key when menu set.
⑤ Captive screw on the battery door :
Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the captive screw on the
battery door then remove the battery door to replace battery.

6. How to setup the product
A. Setup
① Push key on front panel to power on.
② Function set up can set in PV mode or Menu mode.
③ Push key for 2 seconds to go to Menu mode in PV mode and
push key again to move the menu.
B. Menu Setup
① Auto Zero
PV mode
Zeros the display.
To Zeros the display, push key for
2 seconds in PV mode.
Open pressure port to atmosphere to
set zero.
※ Available to set zero when pressure
value is within ±10% of Full scale.
② Engineering Units
PV mode
Changes engineering units.
To change Engineering units (bar, mbar,
psi, kPa, MPa, mmH
2
O, mmHg, inHg,
kgf/cm
2,
atm), push and keys
together in PV mode.
※ When display range is over,
automatically changed and showed
next unit.
③ Display Backlight
PV mode
Display backlight turn On / Off.
To turn on Display backlight key in
PV mode. Push again to adjust
brightness and turn off.
④ Peak
PV mode
Minimum and maximum pressure values indicates.
Push and keys together to
show maximum value (Hi). Push again
to show minimum value (Lo) indication
then push again to go to PV mode.
※ To clear max min values, push
key again to go to PV mode.
⑤ Overpressure Alarm
PV mode
Pressure value flickered when overpressure.
When entry is above the upper limit
(110%) of allowable range, pressure
value flickered.
※ To prevent possible damage to
product, do not apply pressure source
that it is above the range limit.
⑥ Sample Rate
Menu mode
(Push key for 2 seconds)
Set sample rate.
Push key to set sample rate.
1-S : 1 sample/second
2-S : 2 samples/second
5-S : 5 samples/second
7-S : 7 samples/second
10-S : 10 samples/second
Push key to move next Menu
mode.
Select YES to go to PV mode when
END mode.
⑦ Auto Power Off
Menu mode
(Push key for 2 seconds)
Set auto power off.
Push key to set Auto power off.

⑧ Factory Reset
Menu mode
(Push key for 2 seconds)
Set initial factory set values.
Double push key to go to factory
reset menu.
