Installation Manual
Step.01 Assemble the Panel and the H_bracket
1. Place the panel back up on the workbench (DONOT DAMAGE OR PLACE THE
FRONT SILICONCELLS ON SHARP OBJECTS). Screw 3pcs M6 hexnuts with 3pcs
M6*10 bolts into the clamp sheet(make sure the nuts edges have the same direction. ) Then
place the clamp sheet under the panel, nuts up.

2. Assemble the Plug T_branch andPlug T_branch bracket to the H_bracket (The bracket is
pre-installed with controller). Then place the bracket at the central back of the panel. Adjust
the its location, making the four tenons fallinto the holes on the panel. Move both clamp
sheets to align the nuts with the holes on the bracket, insert the hexbolts (3 pcs on each
side), tighten with a Spanner M6(DONOT FORCE TOOMUCH TO AVIOD
DEFORMATIONOF THE ALUMINUM FRAME). At this point, assembly of the
H_bracket and the panel is complete.

Step. 02 Drag Out Wires and Assemble the Adapter
1. Throught the front T_opening, drag the controller load wire out from the central hole of
H_bracket.
2. Drag the load wire through the connecting base hole, then through the sleeve union, til
it is out from the adapter smoothly. Because the load wire is thick (diameter Ø9.5), the adapter
can be seperated into two parts for draging the wire, and be re-assembled after.

3. Place the adapter at the center of the H_bracket. Holes on the base and on the sleeve must
align. Insert 4pcs hexagon bolts M10 * 30 and M10 flat washers, then 4pcs M10 nuts to the
boltbehind the bracket, tighten with a spanner M10 from outside. (Just hold the nuts by
hand when tightening). The adapter assembly completes after the four bolts are tightened.

Step.03: Batteries Installation.
1. Place the pre-assembled batteries in the oping of the H_bracket shown as Pic-009and
Pic-010. Battery box has slots on both sides. Align the slots with the guia rail, and push them
in.
2. Place the location sheets on the opening of the bracket, attached to the batteries. Then
tighthen the 4 pcs M3*8 bolts on the sheets. (Anti-theft bolts available if specially required)

At this point, the assembly of PBC module is complete. Notice: do not connect the
battery output wire to the Plug_T branch, untilconnect the load wire to the LED.

Step.04 Install the PBC module to the pole
1. Lift the module to the top of the pole.
2. Connect the module load wire to the LED power wire from the pole. Notice: Due to the
sizes of the holes on the adapter, the module load wire has no waterproof plug. If it is
needed for the LED power wire, clients need to specifically declare or specify the
connection method.

3. Put the adapter sleeve into the lamp post, let the top of the lamp post support the entire
PBC module, adjust its position and direction. After confirming the direction, tighten the 6
pcs M8 fixing bolts around the sleeve. Notice: when tighten the 6 bolts, the force needsto
be coordinated to prevent the axis of the adapter and the lamp post axis from shiftingtoo
much and the lamp post from deformingtoo much.

4. Loosen the M16bolt at the jointof the adapter, and adjust the pitch angle of the panel up
and down (determined according to local sunshine , etc.). When appropriate, tighten the bolt
with an M16 allen wrench. Notice: The gear must be fully engaged to secure the entire
component after the panel angle is right.Shake the four corners of the module to check its
solidnessand stability. Installation completes if all the checks done.

Step.05 Connect the wires under the following instruction.
1. Connect the panel output wire to the controller load wire.
2. Connect the Plug_T branch to Controller.
3. Connect the two waterproof plug on the batteries to the Plug_T branch. Power
connection is done, also the whole installation. Solar street light can work
functionally.
