sible d’obtenir de la machine
un rendement maximum et
d’éviter les problèmes cau-
sés par la non-observation
des règles de maintenance
et d’utilisation .
- Dans tous les cas, afin
d’éviter le recours au con-
structeur pour les problèmes
éventuels, il est particulière-
ment conseillé de suivre les
indications ci-jointes.
- Si, après avoir scrupuleu-
sement observé les normes
dictées, l’intervention de no-
tre Service après-vente est
encore nécessaire, fournir
toutes les indications techni-
ques utiles pour déterminer
le type du panne et/ou les
pièces qui présentent des
anomalies sur le fonction-
nement de la machine. Ces
indications du client permet-
tront une révision plus rapide
et une parfaite mise au point
de la machine.
- Des exemplaires du manuel
pour l’emploi et la mainte-
nance peuvent être obtenus
en indiquant le numéro
d’immatriculation de la ma-
chine.

GARANZIA
- La ditta garantisce che la macchina di cui al presente
libretto, è stata progettata e costruita nel rispetto delle
norme vigenti, in modo particolare a quelle per la sicurez
za e la salute dei lavoratori; il collaudo ha avuto esito
positivo (vedi certicato allegato).
- La garanzia sui prodotti è di 12 mesi; dalla garanzia
sono esclusi i motori elettrici e gli utensili.
- L’acquirente ha diritto esclusivamente alla sostituzione
delle parti difettose escluse le spese di trasporto ed
imballo che sono a suo carico.
- Sono esclusi dalla garanzia i danni derivanti dalle cadute
o da cattiva conduzione della macchina, dalla inosser
vanza delle norme di manutenzione nonché da errate
manovre dell’operatore.
- Qualsiasi manomissione al prodotto, specialmente ai
dispositivi di sicurezza, farà decadere la GARANZIA e
solleverà il costruttore da ogni responsabilità.
- Nessun risarcimento é dovuto per eventuale inattività
della macchina.
- Il numero di matricola, apposto sulla macchina,
costituisce primario riferimento per la garanzia, il
libretto istruzioni, l’assistenza post vendita, e la iden
ticazione del prodotto per qualunque necessità.
ATTENZIONE: il certicato di garanzia e la dichiarazione
di conformità in originale sono allegate al presente li-
bretto.

- I prodotti sono costruiti in conformità alle vigenti

- Allo scopo di ottenere le migliori prestazioni, rac-
comandiamo ai clienti di attenersi alle istruzioni contenu-

N.B. : Per ogni altra necessità o controversia, si fa rife-
rimento alle condizioni generali di vendita riportate sulla
fattura.
WARRANTY
- The rm guarantees the machine described hereby, has
been designed in compliance with all regulations in force,
in particular safety and health regulations; the machine
has undergone successful testing (see test certicate
enclosed).
- The warranty covers a period of 12 months. It does not
cover electrical motors and tools.
- The purchaser is entitled to the replacement of faulty
parts. Shipping and packing costs are at his expense.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by: falls
or careless handling of the machine, incorrect operation,
non-compliance with the maintenance rules. Any tampe-
ring with the machine, especially with its safety devices,
automatically causes the WARRANTY to expire. The
manufacturer will befreed from any responsability.
- No claim for damages shall be accepted in case the
machine lays idle for a period of time.
- The serial number on the machine is a main referen-
ce for the warranty, instructionsmanual, aftersale ser-
vice and to identify the machine in case of need.

GARANTIE
- Die Herstellerrma garantiert, daß die im vorliegenden
Handbuch beschriebene Maschine unter Einhaltung der
geltenden Vorschriften, und insbesondere jener über die
Sicherheit und Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz, entworfen und
hergestellt wurde. Die Prüfung wurde mit Erfolg bestanden
(siehe beiliegendes Zertikat).
- Die Garantiezeit beträgt 12 Monate ab Lieferdatum und
beschränkt sich auf die gute Qualität der verwendeten
Werkstoffe und das Vorhandensein von Herstellungsfehlern.
Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind folgende Teile: der
elektrische Motor und die Werkzeuge.
- Der Käufer hat lediglich Anspruch auf die Ersetzung von
Teilen, die sich als fehlerhaft erweisen sollten, wobei Tran-
sport und Verpackungsspesen zu seinen Lasten gehen.
- Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind alle Schäden, die
durch Sturz oder unsachgemäßes Behandeln der Maschine
verursacht werden, weiters durch die Nichtbeachtung
der Wartungsvorschriften sowie durch falsche Bedienung
seitens des Benutzers.
- Jede Manipulation der Maschine, vor allem der Sicher-
heitsvorrichtungen, bewirkt das Verfallen des Anrechts auf
Garantie und entbindetdie Herstellerrma vonjeder Ver-
antwortung.
- Ein längerer Stillstand der Maschine gibt kein Anrecht auf
Schadensersatz.
- Die auf der Maschine angebrachte Matrikelnummer bildet
den wichtigsten Bezugspunkt für die Identizierung der
Maschine seitens der Herstellerrma; diese muß immer
angegeben werden, sei es auf dem Garantieschein, bei
Anfrage einer Kopie der Bedienungsanleitung und beijgli
chem Wartungseingriff.
ACHTUNG: Der Garantieschein und die Konformitätse-
rklärung im Original liegen den vorliegenden Gebrauch-
sanleitungen bei.
WICHTIGE BEMERKUNGEN
-Die Maschinen werden nach den derzeit geltenden Unfall-
verhütungsvorschriften hergestellt.
- Um die beste Maschinenleistung zu erzielen, empfehlen
wir unseren Kunden lebhaft, sich die Bedienungsanleitung
aufmerksam durchzulesen und sich genau an die Anweisun-
gen zu halten. Auf diese Weise wird eventuellen Schäden
vorgebeugt und die vorzeitige Abnützung der Maschine
durch unsachgemäßes Bedienen vermieden.
-Insbesondere bitten wir, die nachstehend dargelegten
Anweisungen genau einzuhalten, um den Eingriff der Her-
stellerrma bei kleinen Störungen zu vermeiden, die sich
lei-cht beseitigen lassen.
- Sollte sich - trotz genauer Einhaltung der vorgeschriebe-
nen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen - die Notwendigkeit ergeben,
daß unser technischer Service in Anspruch genommen wer-
den muß, ist es unbedingt erforderlich, daß ausreichende
technische Angaben gemacht werden, die ein schnelles Auf-
nden des Schadens oder der defekten Teile ermöglichen.
Solche Angaben erleichtern ein rasches und wirkungsvolles
Vorgehen unserer Techniker.
- Abschriften der Betriebsanleitungen können nur mit An-
gabe der Matrikelnummer der Maschine bei uns bezogen
werden.
P.S. Fürjede weitere Erklärung oder Streitfrage verweisen
wirauf unsere auf den Rechnungsformularen angegebenen
allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen.
GARANTIE
- Le constructeur garantit que la machine qui fait l’objet du
présent manuel a été conçue et construite dans le respect
des normes en vigueur, en particulier des normes
concernant la sécurité et la santé des opérateurs ; l’essai
s’est conclu sur un résultat positif (voir certicat ci-joint).
- La garantie a une validité de 12 mois. Les moteurs et les
outils sont exclus de lagarantie.
- L’acheteur a droit exclusivement au remplacement des
pièces défectueuses. Les frais de transport et d’emballa-
ge sont à sa charge.
- Les dommages causés par des chutes, le mauvais pla-
cement de la machine, à non respect des règles d’entre
tien, ou aux fausses manoeuvres de l’opérateur sont
exclus de la garantie.
- Toute altération à la machine, particulièrement aux
dispositifs de sécurité, causera l’expiration immédiate de
la GARANTIE et déchargera le constructeur de toute
responsabilité.
- Aucun dédommagement est accordé en cas d’inactivité
de la machine.
- Le numéro de matricule de la machine est une réfé-
rence importante pour la garantie, le mode d’emploi,
et l’assistance et pour l’identication du modèle de la
machine en cas de nécessité.

-Si après avoir scrupuleusement observé les normes dictées,
l’intervention de notre Service Assistance Technique est
encore nécessaire, fournir toutes les indi-cations techniques
utiles pour déterminer le type de panne et/ou les pièces
qui présentent des anomalies. Ces indications du client
permettront une révision plus rapide et une parfaite mise
au point de lamachine.
- Des copies du mode d’emploi et d’entretien peuvent être
obtenues en indiquant le numéro de matricule de la
machine.

PREMESSA
Nella formulazione del seguente capitolo di sicurezza si è tenuto
conto, oltre che delle vigenti disposizioni di prevenzione degli
infortuni sul lavoro, anche di:
- DPR n.224 del 24.5.88. Responsabilità per danno da prodotto
difettoso.
- Direttiva n. 89/392/CEE, del 14/6/89 e relativi aggiornamenti.
Ravvicinamento delle legislazioni degli stati membri relative alle
macchine.
- Direttiva n. 89/654/CEE, del 30/11/89, Relativa alle prescrizioni
minime di sicurezza e di salute per i luoghi di lavoro (1a diret-
tiva particolare ai sensi dell’ art.16 paragrafo 1 della Direttiva
89/391/CEE ).
- Direttiva n. 89/655/CEE, del 30/11/89, relativa ai requisiti minimi
di sicurezza e di salute per l’uso delle attrezzature di lavoro da
parte dei lavoratori durante il lavoro (2a direttiva particolare ai

NOTE
Il presente capitolo sulla sicurezza é stato redatto tenuto conto
delle normali condizioni d’ uso della macchina denite e specicate
nel capitolo d’uso, nonché del presupposto che gli operatori siano
stati adeguatamente istruiti e resi edotti dei rischi specici della
macchina stessa.
Se la macchina non viene adoperata secondo “l’uso previsto”
riportato nel presente libretto dl istruzioni il costruttore declina
ogni responsabilità’ per danni a persone e cose che dovessero
vericarsi.
Il fabbricante declina inoltre ogni responsabilità per danni a
persone e cose causati dall’omessa osservanza delle seguenti
raccomandazioni:
A) di adottare nell’esecuzione dei lavori di caricamento, registra-
zione, cambio pezzi, pulizia, riparazione o manutenzione, le
necessarie misure o cautele afnchè la macchina non sia messa
in moto da altri;
B) di non manomettere le protezioni e i dispositivi di sicurezza di
cui la macchina è dotata;
C) di non rimuovere le protezioni e i dispositivi di sicurezza;
D) di rimettere a posto le protezioni e i dispositivi di sicurezza non
appena siano cessate le ragioni che hanno reso necessaria la
loro temporanea rimozione, per esigenze tecniche, ordinata
dal capo.

UTENTE:
È la persona, o l’Ente o la Società, che ha acquistato o afttato la
macchina, o che intende usarla per gli usi previsti.
UTILIZZATORE / OPERATORE:
È la persona sica che è stata autorizzata dall’utente ad operare
con la macchina dopo essere stata adeguatamente istruita sull’uso
e sui rischi specici della macchina stessa.
PERSONA AUTORIZZATA:
È la persona sica qualicata, autorizzata dall’utente ad eseguire
lavori di manutenzione o di messa a punto della macchina.
ZONE PERICOLOSE
Qualsiasi zona all’interno e/o in prossimità di una macchina in cui
la presenza di una persona esposta costituisca un rischio per la
sicurezza e la salute di detta persona.
PERSONA ESPOSTA:
Qualsiasi persona che si trovi interamente o in parte in una zona
pericolosa.
INTRODUCTION
In preparing this chapter concerning safety, we have borne in
mind the accident prevention laws in force and:
- Presidential Decree n.224 dated May 24,1989 - Responsibility

- EEC Directive n.89/392 dated June 14, 1989 and amendments
- to try to harmonize the member states’ norms concerning
machine-tools.
- EEC Directive n.89/654 dated Nov.11,1989 - Minumum safety
and health measures on the workplace (rst specic directive
in conformity with art.16 par.1 of the 89/391 EEC Directive).
- EEC directive n.89/655 dated Nov.30,1989 - Minimum safety
and health requirements for the use of tools by workers on the
job (second specic directive in conformity with art.16 par.1 of

NOTES
This chapter outlining the safety devices and standards was drawn
up bearing in mind the normal use of the machine as stated in the
chapter on the use of the machine and the adequate training of
the operators informed on the specic risks linked to the operation
of the machine.
If the machine is not used according to instruction given in the
“purpose of machine” chapter in this manual, the manufacturer
is not responsible for any damage caused to people and things.
Furthermore, the manufacturer is not responsible for any damage
to people and things resulting from the non-compliance with the
following warnings:
A) Adopt all the necessary precautions during the loading, ca-
libration, part replacement, cleaning, repair or maintenance
operations to prevent someone else from turning the machine
on.
B) Do not tamper with the safety devices and guards on the
machine.
C) Do not remove any of the safety devices and guards on the
machine.
D) Always make sure that the safety devices and guards have
been remounted after their temporary removal for technical
reasons ordered by the boss.

USER:
The person, Body or Company who has bought or rented the
machine and intends to employ it for the uses contemplated.
UTILIZER/OPERATOR:
The physical person authorized by the user to operate with the
machine after having been suitably trained on the use and the
specic risks of the machine.
AUTHORIZED PERSON:
The physical skilled person authorized by the user to carry out
maintenance or setting-up operations on the machine.
DANGEROUS ZONES:
Any zone inside and/or near a machine, where the presence of an
exposed person represents a risk for his safety and health.
EXPOSED PERSON:
Any person who nds himself in a dangerous zone, either entirely
or partially.

Bei der Erstellung des vorliegenden Kapitels über die Sicherheit
hat man, neben den derzeit geltenden Vorschriften zur Verhütung
von Arbeitsunfällen, auch folgenden Vorschriften Rechnung ge-
tragen:
- DPR Nr. 224 vom 24.5.88. Haftung für Schäden, die von scha-
dhaften Produkten verursacht werden.
- Richtlinie Nr. 89/392/EG, vom 14/6/89 und Abänderungen. An-
gleichung der Gesetzgebungen der Mitgliedstaaten bezüglich
der Maschinen.
- Richtlinie Nr. 89/654/EG, vom 30/11/89, bezüglich der Minde-
stvorschriften für die Sicherheit und Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz
(1. Sonderrichtlinie im Sinne des Art. 16, Absatz 1 der Richtlinie

Arbeiter beim Gebrauch der individuellen Schutzvorrichtungen
während der Arbeit.
BEMERKUNGEN
Das vorliegende kapitel über die sicherheit wurde unter berück-
sichtigung der normalen gebrauchsbedingungen der maschine
erstellt, wie diese im kapitel über den gebrauch festgelegt wurden;
weiters wurde davon ausgegangen, dass die bediener in ange-
messener weise angelernt und auf die spezischen gefahren der
maschine selbst vorbereitet wurden.
Wenn die maschine nicht im rahmen des in den vorliegenden
betriebsanleitungen be-schriebenen “anwendungsbereichs” ve-
rwen-det wird, weist der hersteller jede haftung für eventuell
auftretende schäden an personen oder sachen zurück.
Weiters lehnt der hersteller jede haftung für schäden an perso-
nen oder sachen ab, die auf die nichtbeachtung der folgenden
empfehlungen zurückgehen:
A) Bei der Durchführung der Ladung, Registrierung, Ersetzung der
Bestandteile, Säuberung, Reparatur und Wartung müssen die
notwendigen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen getroffen werden, damit
die Maschine nicht von anderen in Betrieb gesetzt wird;
B) die Schutz- und Sicherheitsvorrichtungen, mit denen die Ma-
schine versehen ist, dürfen nicht beschädigt werden;
C) die Schutz- und Sicherheitsvorrichtungen dürfen nicht entfernt werden;
D) die Schutz- und Sicherheitsvorrichtungen müssen umgehend
wieder angebracht werden, wenn die Gründe beigelegt sind,
die, auf Anordnung des Verantwortlichen, zu ihrer vorüber-
gehenden Entfernung geführt haben.

KUNDE / BETREIBER:
Ist die Person, Körperschaft oder Gesellschaft, die die Maschine
angekauft oder gemietet hat und sie im Rahmen der vorgesehenen
Verwendungen einzusetzen gedenkt.
BEDIENER / FÜHRER:
Ist die physische Person, die vom Betreiber mit der Maschinen-
führung beauftragt wurde, nachdem sie entsprechend angelernt
und auf die spezischen Gefahren der Maschine selbst hingewiesen
wurde.
ERMÄCHTIGTE PERSON:
Ist die qualizierte, vom Betreiber zur Wartung und Einregulierung
der Maschine beauftragte, physische Person.
GEFAHRENZONEN:
Jede Zone innerhalb bzw. in der Nähe der Maschine, in welcher die
Anwesenheit einer Person eine Gefahr für deren Unversehrtheit
und die allgemeine Sicherheit darstellt.
GEFÄHRDETE PERSON:
Jede teilweise oder zur Gänze in der Gefahrenzone bendliche
Person.
INTRODUCTION

non seulement des normes pour la prévention des accidents du
travail eu vigneur, mais aussi des:

- Directive CEE n.89/392 du 14.06.89 et mises à jour- Rappro-
chement des législations des états membres concernant les
machines-outils.

de sécurité et santé sur les lieux de travail (première directive
spécique aux termes de l’art.16, paragraphe 1 de la Directive
CEE 89/391).
- Directive CEE n.89/655 du 30.11.89, relatives aux les exigences
minimum de sécurité relatives aux et de sante pour l’utilisation
des outillages par les travailleurs pendant leur travail (deuxième
directive spécique aux termes de l’art.16 paragraphe 1 de la
Directive CEE 89/391).
- Directive CEE n.89/656 du 30.11.89 - concernant les prescrip-
tions minimum de sûreté et santé pour l’utilisation de la part des
travailleurs des équipements de protection individuelle pendant
le travail.
NOTES
Ce chapitre sur la securite a ete redige en tenant compte des con-
ditions d’emploi indiquees dans le chapitre sur le mode d’emploi et
en se basant sur la supposition que les operateurs ont ete informes
des risques speciquea inherents a cette machine.
Si la machine n’est pas utilisee selon “l’emploi prevu” reporte
dans le present manuel d’instructions, le constructeur n’est pas
responsable pour les dommages aux personnes et aux choses
qui se verient.
En outre le constructeur n’est pas responsable pour les domma-
ges aux personnes et aux choses causes par l’inobservance des
indications suivantes:
A) Prendre toutes les mesures et les précautions nécessaires
pendant les opérations de chargement, calibrage, change
des pièces, nettoyage, réparation et entretien pour éviter
qu’une autre personne puisse effectuer la mise en marche de
la machine.
B) Ne pas altérer les carters et les dispositifs de sécurité qui se
trouvent sur la machine.
C) Ne pas enlever les carters et les dispositifs de sécurité.
D) Remettre à leur place les carters et les dispositifs de sécuri-
tétout de suite après les avoir démontés temporairement pour
des raisons techniques.

USAGER:
Personne, établissement ou société ayant acheté ou loué la machi-
ne et qui veulent l’employer conformément aux usages prévus.
UTILISATEUR / OPÉRATEUR:
Personne physique autorisée par l’usager à employer la machine
après avoir été correctement informée sur le mode d’emploi et
les risques spéciques de la machine.
PERSONNE AUTORISÉE:
Personne physique qualiée autorisée par l’usager à s’occuper des
opérations d’entretien et de la mise au point de la machine.
ZONES DANGEREUSES:
Toute zone à l’intérieur et/ou à proximité d’une machine et suscep-
tible de porter atteinte à la sécurité et à la santé de la personne
exposée qui se trouve dans cette zone.
PERSONNE EXPOPSÉE:
Toute personne qui se trouve dans la zone dangereuse ou à pro-
ximité de cette dernière.

NORME DI SICUREZZA
Per il corretto impiego di questa macchina, della relativa apparec-
chiatura elettrica e per prevenire folgorazioni, ferimenti, pericolo
di scoppi o incendi, devono essere sempre osservate le seguenti
indicazioni per la sicurezza.
1. Mantenere in ordine il posto di lavoro
Il disordine sul posto di lavoro comporta il pericolo di incidenti.
2. Tenere in considerazione le condizioni ambientali
- Non esporre la macchina alla pioggia.
- Non utilizzare la macchina in ambienti umidi o bagnati.
- Sistemare la macchina in ambiente con buona illuminazione.
- Il pavimento deve essere pulito, asciutto e privo di macchie di
olio o grasso.
3. Vestire in modo adeguato
L’abbigliamento dell’operatore deve essere il più idoneo possibile,
vale a dire non troppo ampio e privo di parti svolazzanti ed appigli.
Le maniche devono avere l’elastico. Non bisogna portare cinture,
anelli e catenine. Possibilmente usare scarpe antinfortunistiche.
I capelli lunghi devono essere trattenuti da una apposita rete.
Usate sempre i guanti protettivi nei casi previsti.
Usare le cufe antirumore nei casi previsti ed in ogni caso quando
il livello sonoro supera i 85 dB.
4. Evitare posizioni instabili e pericolose
Assicurarsi costantemente di essere in posizione sicura rispetto
alla macchina in lavoro ed in giusto equilibrio.
Non appoggiarsi alla macchina.
5. Chiavi di apertura
Consegnare le chiavi della macchina alle persone autorizzate
all’accesso. Non lasciare alla portata del primo venuto le chiavi
che permettono l’ apertura degli sportelli di accesso alle parti
idrauliche ed elettriche e/o quelle degli interruttori lucchettabili.
6. Togliere dalla macchina le chiavi di servizio
Prima di mettere la macchina in funzione accertarsi che tutte le
chiavi e gli attrezzi utilizzati per regolazioni e manutenzione siano
stati tolti.
7. Far eseguire le riparazioni da personale autorizzato
Questa macchina e la sua apparecchiatura elettrica sono realizzate
secondo le vigenti norme antinfortunistiche.
Le riparazioni devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da persone
autorizzate con l’ utilizzo di parti di ricambio originali, altrimenti
ne potrebbero derivare danni per l’utilizzatore.
8. Staccare la tensione
Prima di procedere a qualsiasi intervento sull’ apparecchiatura
elettrica togliere tensione alla macchina.
9. Evitare un errato impiego del cavo di alimentazione
Utilizzare solo cavi di sezione adeguata alla potenza istallata della
macchina. Il cavo di alimentazione non va utilizzato per staccare la
spina dalla presa. Salvaguardare il cavo da elevate temperature,
olio e spigoli taglienti.
10. Cavi di prolunga all’aria aperta
All’ aria aperta utilizzare solo cavi di prolunga appositamente
ammessi e contrassegnati.
11. Corpi estranei
Non introdurre corpi estranei nei coperchi dei motori elettrici e
non dare tensione alla macchina manomettendo l’interruttore
generale e i microinterruttori di sicurezza.
12. Pulizia della macchina
Non utilizzare assolutamente lance di pulizia o getti d’acqua per
la pulizia di macchine utensili. Evitare inoltre la nebulizzazione di
nafta o solventi.
13. Conservazione del manuale
Conservare con cura il presente manuale di istruzioni perchè deve
accompagnare la macchina durante tutta la sua vita.
SAFETY REGULATIONS
Strictly follow the safety regulations highlighted below to ensure
the correct use of the machine as regards to the electrical xtures
and to prevent electrocutions, woundings, explosions and the
outbreak of res.
1. Keep the workplace neat and tidy
Messy workplaces increase the risk of accidents.
2. Bear in mind the environmental conditions
- Do not place the machine in the rain.
- Do not use the machine in moisty or wet surroundings.
- Place the machine in surro indings with plenty of light.
- The oor must be clean, dry and free of oil or grease
stains.
3. Dress adequately
The worker must wear adequate clothing. It must not be too
loose-tting or have uttering parts . There must be an elastic
on the sleeves. Do not wear belts, rings or chains. Use safety
shoes if possible. Long hair must be protected by a net.
Always use safety gloves where needed.
Using hearing protectors where needed and when noise level
is higher than 85 dB.
4. Avoid unstable and dangerous positions
Make sure that the worker is in a safe and balanced position
to operate the machine.
Do not lean on the machine.
5 Keys
The machine keys must be given to authorized personnel only.
The keys granting access to the hydraulic, electrical and/or
switches which can be padlocked must be kept out of reach
of non-authorized personnel.
6. Removal of all spanners from the machine
Remove all the spanners and tools used for the adjustment
and maintenance operations before turning the machine on.
7. Repairs must be performed by authorized personnel
The machine and its electrical xtures have been carried out

Repairs must be performed by authorized personnel only.
Furthermore, use only original spare parts to avoid problems
for the user.
8. Turn the machine off
Cut off the power supply to the machine before touching the
electrical xtures.
9. Avoid any incorrect use of the power cable
Only install cables which are adequate bearing in mind the
installed capacity of the machine. The power cable must not
be used to remove the plug from the socket. Do not put the
cable near high temperatures, oil or sharp edges.
10. Extension cables in the open
When working outside only use extension cables which are
admitted and colour-coded.
11. Foreign bodies
Do not place any foreign bodies in the electric motor covers
and do not tamper with the main switch or the safety micro-
switches to turn the machine on.
12. Cleaning
Do not use cleaning and degreasing guns or steam cleaners
when cleaning machine tools.
Do not spray oil of turpentine, petroleum naphtha or
solvents.
13. Where to keep machine operating manual
Keep this manual in safe place since it must accompany the
machine throughout its long operating life.

SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
Zum richtigen Gebrauch dieser Maschine und der dazugehörigen elektri-
schen Anlagen, und um elektrischen Schlägen, Verletzungen, Explosions-
und Brandgefahr vorzubeugen, müssen die folgenden Sicherheitsanwei-
sungen immer beachtet werden.
1. Den arbeitsplatz sauber halten!
Unordnung am Arbeitsplatz erhöht die Unfallgefahr.
2. Den Welterltbedingungen Rechnung tragen!
- Die Maschine nicht dem Regen aussetzen.
- Die Maschine nicht in feuchter oder nasser Umgebung verwenden.
- Die Maschine in Räumen mit guter Beleuchtung anbringen.
- Der Fußboden muß sauber, trocken und ohne Öl- oder Fettecke
sein.
3. Geeignete Kleidung verwenden!
Die Bekleidung des Bedieners muß die am besten geeignete sein, das
bedeutet, keine zu weite Kleidung und solche, mit atternden Teilen
oder Haltepunkten. Die Ärmel müssen mit Gummiband versehen sein.
Gürtel, Ringe oder Kettchen dürfen nicht getragen werden. Wenn mö-
glich, unfallverhütende Schuhe anziehen. Lange Haare müssen aufge-
steckt getragen und von einem eigenen Netz gehalten werden.
In den vorgesehenen Fällen sind Schutzhandschuhe zu verwenden,
und Kopfhörer, wenn der Schallpegel 85 dB überschreitet.
4. Unsichere und gefährliche Stellungen vermeiden!
Sich öfters vergewissern, daß man in sicherer Position und in gutem
Gleichgewicht zur betriebenen Maschine steht.
Nicht an die Maschine anlehnen.
5. Schlüssel zum Öffnen der Maschine.
Die Schlüssel der Maschine nur den Personen übergeben, die zum
Zugang befugt sind. Die Schlüssel, die das Öffnen der Klappen zu den
hydraulischen und elektrischen Teilen und/oder abschließbaren Schal-
tern ermöglichen, sollten nicht in Reichweite des Erstbesten sein.
6. Den Betriebsschlüssel der Maschine abnehmen!
Sich vor der Inbetriebnahme der Maschine vergewissern, daß alle
Schlüssel und sonstigen zur Regulierung und Wartung benötigten
Werkzeuge entfernt worden sind.
7. Die Reparaturen von Fachpersonal durchführen lassen!
Diese Maschine und die elektrische Vorrichtung sind laut den geltenden
Vorschriften zur Verhütung von Unfällen ausgeführt worden. Alle Re-
paraturen sind ausschließlich von Fachpersonal durchfürhen zu lassen.
Hierzu sind weil der Original Ersatzteile zu rerwenden, Schäden für den
Gebraucher auftreten hönnten.
8. Die Spannung ausschalten!
Vor jeglichem Eingriff an der elektrischen Vorrichtung ist die Maschine
spannungsfrei zu schalten.
9. Einen falschen Gebrauch des Speisungskabels vermeiden!
Nur Sektionskabel verwenden, die für die installierte Leistung der
Maschine geeignet sind. Das Speisungskabel darf nicht verwen-det
werden, um den Stecker aus der Dose zu ziehen. Das Kabel ist vor
hohen Temperaturen, Öl und spitzen Kanten zu schützen.
10. Im Freien verwendete Verlänge-rungskabel
Die im Freien verwendeten Verlängerungskabel müssen ausdrücklich
zugelassen und entsprechend gekennzeichnet sein.
11. Fremdkörper
Keine Fremdkörper in die Deckel des elektrischen Motors einführen
und die Maschine nicht an die Spannung anschließen, indem man den
Hauptschalter oder die Mikro-sicherheitsschalter manipuliert.
12. Reinigung der Maschine.
Für die Reinigung der Werkzeug-maschinen dürfen auf keinen Fall
Reinigungslanzen oder Wassersträhle verwendet werden. Außerdem ist
die Zerstäubung von Naphtha und anderen Lösungen zu vermeiden.
13. Aubewahrung der Bedienungs-anleitungen
Die vorliegenden Bedienungs-anleitungen sind sorgfältig und während
der gesamten Lebensdauer der Maschine zu verwahren.

1. Le poste de travail doit toujours être en ordre
Le désordre sur le poste de travail peut provoquer des acci-
dents.
2. Prendre en considération les conditions ambiantes
- Ne pas mettre la machine sous la pluie.
- Ne pas utiliser la machine dans des locaux humides ou
mouillés.
- Placer la machine dans un milieu bien éclairé.
- Le sol doit être propre, sec et sans taches d’huile ou de
graisse.
3. Vêtements appropriés.
La tenue de l’opérateur doit être le plus appropriée possible,
c’est à dire pas trop large et sans parties voletantes et prises.
Il doit y avoir des rubans élastiques sur les manches. Ne pas
porter des ceintures,bagues ou chaînes. Utiliser si possible
des chaussures de sécurité. Les cheveux longs doivent être
attachés. Utiliser toujours les gants de protection dans les cas
prévus. Utiliser le casque contre le bruit dans les cas prévus
et dans tous les cas quand le niveau sonore dépasse 85 dB.
4. Eviter toutes les positions insta-bles et dangereuses.
Veillu constamment à être dans une position sûre par rapport
à la machine en fonctionnement et en équilibre.
Ne vous appuyez pas à la machine.
5. Clefs de la machine.
Donner les clefs d’accès à la machine uniquement aux per-
sonnes auto-risées. Ne jamais laisser à la portée de n’importe
qui les clefs permettant d’ouvrir les portes donnant accès aux
parties hydrauliques et électriques et/ou aux interrupteurs qui
peuvent être cadenassés.
6. Enlever de la machine les clés de service
Avant d’effectuer la mise en marche de la machine, s’assurer
que toutes les clés et les outils utilisés pour les réglages et
l’entretien ont été enlevés.
7. Effectuer toutes les réparations en utilisant du personnel
autorisé. Cette machine et son appareillage électrique sont
construits selon les normes pour la prévention des accidents
en vigueur. Les réparations doivent être effectuées exclusi-
vement par des personnes autorisées en utilisant des pièces
de rechange d’origine, pour éviter les risques à l’opérateur.
8. Couper le courant.
Avant d’effectuer toute intervention sur l’appareillage électri-
que, coupez le courant.
9. Eviter une mauvaise utilisation du câble d’alimentation
Utiliser seulement des câbles ayant un diamètre approprié à
la puissance utilisée par la machine. Le câble d’alimentation
ne doit pas être utilisé pour débrancher la che de la prise.
Protéger le câble contre les températures élevées, l’huile et
les angles coupants.
10. Rallonges pour plain air. En plein air utiliser seulement les
rallonges permises et marquées.
11. Corps étrangers. Ne pas mettre de corps étrangers dans les
couvercles des moteurs électriques et ne pas allumer la ma-
chine durant une intervention sur l’interrupteur général et les
micro-interrupteurs de sûreté.
12. Nettoyage de la machine
N’utiliser en aucun cas les lances de nettoyage ou les jets d’eau
pour le nettoyage des machines-outils.
Eviter également la pulvérisation de naphte ou de solvants.
13. Conservation du manuel
Conserver avec soin le présent manuel d’instructions car il doit
accompagner la machine durant toute son existence.

Il livello sonoro è stato rilevato con la macchina in moto, a vuoto.
La rilevazione è stata effettuata in posizione operatore a 1.6 metri
di altezza.

Il livello sonoro con macchina in ciclo di taglio è molto variabile
in funzione di: sezione del materiale (pieno o tubo) e tipo, passo
della lama e forma dei denti.
Data la molteplicità delle situazioni è di seguito riportato un esem-
pio con lama standard di passo adeguato (vedi tabella lame):
1° velocità pieno Ø 55 in C40 Leq = 77 dB (A)
Per proli particolarmente sottili bisogna eseguire una misurazione
del livello sonoro poichè può essere superato il valore di 85 dB
(A). Se l’esito è positivo bisogna prendere provvedimenti adeguati
secondo la vigente normativa in materia.

PURPOSE OF MACHINE
This machine has been designed to be mainly used by light and
medium structural steel industries.
This machine has been designed for the cutting of ferrous material
with solid, hollow or round cross-section. Any other material or
use differing from the above is to be considered inappropriate
and prohibited.
The machine operator must be trained and informed of risks and
must have the instruction manual at his disposal. The operator
must not work in the vicinity of the danger zone (cutting area)
with other people.
RISKS
During the cutting phase, the operator must NEVER put hands or
use tools in the cutting area.
SOUND INTENSITY
The sound level has been measured when machine is running
loadless in automatic mode. The measurement has been carried
out in the operator position, at a height of 1.6m.
1st loadless speed Leq = 61 dB (A)
2nd loadless speed Leq = 67 dB (A)
The machine sound intensity with cutting cycle can vary conside-
rably according to: material type and cross-section (solid or tube),
blade pitch and shape of blade teeth.
Because of the many different situations, we have given hereby

For particularly thin section bars it is important to measure the
sound level since it may occur that the value of 85 d (A) may be
exceeded. If the result is affermative, it is necessary to take proper
steps according to relative regulations

Diese Maschine wurde speziell für die Metallbauindustrie entwickelt,
in der sie auch ihr Haupteinsatzgebiet hat.
Diese Maschine eignet sich für den Schnitt von Vollmaterial oder
Rohren aus Eisen. Jede andere Material oder Verwendung der
Maschine ist als uneigen und verboten anzusehen.
Der Maschinenführer muß von den Gefahren der Maschine unterri-
chtet und entsprechend angelernt worden sein. Außerdem sind die
Bedienungsanleitungen in der Nähe der Maschine aufzubewahren.
Der Betrieb der Maschine mit Personen im Gefahrenbereich (Sch-
nittzone) ist untersagt.
RESTRISIKEN
Während der Arbeitsphase (Schnitt) darf der Bediener, aufgrund der
Gefährlichkeit des betriebenen Werkzeuges, weder mit den Händen
noch mit Werkzeugen in den Schnittbereich eingreifen.
SCHALLPEGEL
Der Schallpegel wurde mit im Leerlauf betriebener Maschine
gemessen. Die Messung wurde in einem Abstand von einem
Meter zur Maschinenvorderseite und auf einer Höhe von 1.6 m
durchgeführt.

Der Schallpegel der Maschine während des Schnittablaufs ist sehr
unterschiedlich und wird vom Materialschnitt (Vollmaterial oder
Rohre), von der Materialart, der Sägebandteilung und der Form
der Zähne beeinußt. Aufgrund der Vielfältigkeit der Situationen ist
nachfolgend ein Beispiel mit Standardsägeblatt mit entsprechender
Teilung (siehe Tabelle der Suagebänder) angeführt:
1 Geschw. mit Vollmaterial Ø 55 aus C40 Leq = 77 dB (A)
Bei Verarbeitung von besonders dünnwandigen Prolen ist zunächst
eine Messung des Geräuschpegels vorzunehmen, der einen Wert von
85 dB (A) überschreiten kann. Bei positivem Ergebnis sind geeignete
Maßnahmen gemäß den einschlägigen Vorschriften zu ergreifen.

RISQUES RESIDUELS
Durant la phase de travail (coupe), l’opérateur ne doit intervenir

à cause de la dangerosité de l’outil en mouvement.
NIVEAU SONORE
Le niveau sonore a été relevé avec la machine en mouvement,
à vide. Le relevé a été effectué par l’opérateur à 1,6 mètres de
hauteur.

Le niveau sonore avec la machine en cycle de coupe varie consi-
dérablement en fonction de:
section du matériel (plein ou tube) et type, pas de la lame et
forme des dents. Compte tenu de la multiplicité des situations,
un exemple est donné ci-dessous, avec lame standard de pas
adéquat (voit tableau lames):
1° vitesse plein Ø 55 en C40 Leq = 77 dB (A)
Pour des prols particulièrement ns, il faut effectuer un me-
surage du niveau sonore car il est possible que la valeur de 85
dB (A) soit dépassée. Si le résultat est positif, il faut prendre les
mesures adéquates conformément à la norme en vigueur corre-
spondante.

Lo spostamento della mac-
china deve essere effettuato
da personale addestrato (im-
bragatori, carrellisti, gruisti,
ecc.).
SOLLEVAMENTO E
TRASPORTO
La macchina è spedita in gabbia di legno
o cassa (con piedistallo componibile in
scatola di cartone separato).
La macchina nel suo imballo va spostata
tramite muletto a due forche; le forche
vanno inserite nei punti predisposti. Il
piedistallo dentro la scatola può essere
movimentato a mano. Nell’impilaggio di
gabbie o casse non superare le cinque
unità in altezza ed in ogni caso curare
l’allineamento della pila.
IMMAGAZZINAGGIO
Durante il periodo di stoccaggio la
macchina deve essere collocata in luo-
go coperto e asciutto. La parte elettrica
deve essere riparata da spruzzi d'acqua.
La temperatura ambiente deve essere
compresa fra -10 e +55° e l'umidità
relativa inferiore al 95% senza con-
densazione.
AMBIENTE DI LAVORO
La macchina deve essere collocata in
luogo coperto e asciutto. Per il corretto
funzionamento della macchina bisogna
che:
- La temperatura ambiente sia com-
presa fra 0° e 45° C
- L'umidità relativa sia inferiore al 95%
senza condensazione
