Innan användning
Innan du slår på strömmen för första gången, stäm
av följande:
1. Att maskinen inte har några visuella skador
2. Att strömbrytarens position är inställd på OFF-
läge
3. Att alla lter är korrekt monterade
4. Att samtliga kåpor och delar är korrekt monte-
rade
5. Att hastighetsregleringsknappen är inställd på
OFF-läge.
Säkerhetsföreskrifter
Läs och förstå alla säkerhetsföreskrifter innan
användning. Att inte följa dessa föreskrifter kan
resultera i brand, allvarliga materiella skador och/
eller personskador.
1. Det är förbjudet att använda denna maskin i
omgivningstemperatur överstigande 80°C och vid
brandfarlig, explosiv, fet eller smutsig miljö där risk
för brand är stor.
2. Strömförsörjning ska ske ur jordat uttag.
3. Maskinens interna spänning når upp till 310V.
Det är strängt förbjudet att öppna maskinen för att
försöka reparera den. Reparation sker endast av
utbildad högspännings elektriker!
4. Filter ska aldrig bytas eller avlägsnas medan
maskinen är i drift.
5. Håll händer och andra föremål borta från äkt-
blad.

3. Bruksanvisningar
3.1 Instruktion för montering av lter
1. Öppna topplocket
2. Installera primärt lter;
3. Installera mellanlter;
4. Installera förlter;

3.2 Instruktion för montering av utsugsarm
Installera utsugsarmen på utsugsstosen på locket
som bilden nedanför demonstrerar:
Rotera utsugsarmen och rikta munstycket mot
området där rökutsug krävs. Justera avståndet om
nödvändigt så den är inom lämplig distans från
arbetsytan.
Notera: Ett aluminium-munstycke är alltid med
till utsugsarmen. Kontrollera att det nns med vid
leverans. Detta klarar temperaturer upp till 1000
grader C
Notera: Justera utsugsarmen så röret är så rakt
som möjligt eller lätt böjt, stora krökningar redu-
cerar kapaciteten. Munstycken ska vara riktat mot
arbetsområdet och inom en distans på 150 mm.
Notera: Maskinen bör inte användas i välventilerade
utrymmen, detta reducerar kapaciteten.

3.3 Instruktioner för WK600-K och WK600-K2
1. Koppla in och kontrollera att kontakten sitter
ordentligt i uttaget.
2. Slå på strömmen (Bild 1).
3. Regulera hastigheten med vridknappen för att
ställa in korrekt hastighet (Bild 2).
Notera: Före start ska hestigheten vara inställd på
OFF-läge. Justera sedan hastigheten efter behov.
Överdriven hastighet ökar endast strömförbruk-
ningen och ljudnivån, inte effektiviteten.

4. Felsökning
Varning: Försäkra dig om att maskinen är avstängd
och strömmen bruten innan du felsöker maskinen
eller eventuellt reparerar den.
Problem 1: Maskinen är påslagen men har dåligt
luftöde och sugkapaciteten är enormt reducerad.
Orsak: Lufttillförseln kan vara blockerad, alternativt
kan något främmande föremål ha fastnat i ut-
sugsarmen eller luftvägarna.
Filtret kan vara igensatt och följaktligen blivit block-
erat vilket resulterar i att maskinen larmar.
Åtgärd: Stäng av maskinen och koppla ur ström-
men. Öppna locket och kontrollera så att inget
främmande föremål sugits upp och fastnat i luftin-
taget. Kontrollera om ventilerna är blockerade. Om
sugkapaciteten fortfarande är dålig indikerar detta
att ltret är igensatt och behöver bytas.
Problem 2: Maskinen stängs av automatiskt vid
start och även efter omstart.
Orsak: Luftgenomströmningen i maskinen är ojämn
pga. för högt motstånd genom ltret. Detta resulte-
rar i att äktarna går på max-effekt och startström-
men blir för hög, då slår överhettningsskyddet in
och maskinen stängs av.
Åtgärd: Stäng av maskinen, koppla ur strömmen
och öppna locket. Kontrollera om något främmande
föremål blockerar luftintagen. Ställ äkthastigheten
på lägsta nivå och starta sedan om maskinen. Den
bör fungera som normalt igen. Om ovanstående
åtgärd inte löste problemet kontakta vår verkstad.
Förklaring av knapparnas funktion
ON/OFF-knapp (Power Switch)
Vid ett tryck på ON/OFF-knappen tänds ett orange
ljus och maskinen startar. Vid nästa tryck på
samma knapp slacks det oranga ljuset och maski-
nen stängs av.
(Observera: Vid längre perioder utan användning,
stäng av huvudströmbrytaren och koppla ur kon-
takten.)
Ökad äkthastighet (Increasing Air Flow)
Medans maskinen är påslagen ökar du hastigheten
med ett knapptryck, värdet som visas på displayen
kommer att öka med 10. Vid visning av maximala
värdet 100, går maskinen på maximal hastighet.
Sänkt äkthastighet (Decreasing Air Flow)
Medan maskinen är påslagen sänker du hastig-
heten med ett knapptryck, värdet som visas på
displayen kommer att minska med 10. Vid visning
av värdet 10, går maskinen på lägsta hastighet.
Timer (Avstängningstimer, Timer Set)
Medan maskinen är påslagen trycker du på knap-
pen med klocka och displayen kommer visa HXXX,
använd äkthastighetsknapparna för att justera
tiden. H symboliserar timme och XXX motsvarar
antalet timmar. Maximalt värde för timer är 300
timmar och minsta värdet är 1 timma. Efter du
ställt in timern på önskat antal timmar till avstäng-
ning bekräftar du inställningen genom att tryck på
knappen med klocksymbolen igen. Displayen kom-
mer då visa inställd timer-tid ”HXXX”.
T.ex. ”H005” som betyder att maskinen automatiskt
kommer att stängas av efter 5 timmar.
OK / Setting
När maskinens larm/alarmlampa blinkar och larm
signal piper, tryck på denna knapp för att stänga av.
I normalt läge använder du denna knapp för att visa
ackumulerad drifttid.
Lås kontrollpanelen (Locking Control Panel)
Medans maskinen är påslagen inaktiverar ett
knapptryck på ”Locking Control Panel” samtliga
knappar på kontrollpanelen. Knapparna låses upp
vid ytterligare ett knapptryck på ”Locking Control
Panel”, alternativt vid omstart av maskinen via
huvudströmbrytaren.

5. Användning och underhåll av lter
De lter som används i denna maskin är rengö-
rings- och utbytbara. När ltret använts en viss tid
behöver de rengöras och sedan efter ytterligare en
viss tid bytas ut för att maskinen ska bibehålla sin
optimala prestanda.
1. Förlter
Användning: Förltret placeras ovanför mellanltret
med den grövre sidan vänd uppåt (enligt luftgenom-
strömningsriktningen). När ackumulerat damm på
förltret överstiger 70% och det inte längre går att
rengöra det korrekt ska ltret bytas ut till ett nytt.
Bytesintervall ca 1-4 veckor

2. Mellanlter
Användning: Mellanltret placeras inuti det primära
ltret, med handtagen uppåt. När det inte längre
går att rengöra det korrekt ska ltret bytas ut till ett
nytt. Bytesinterval ca 1-3 månader
3. Primärlter
Användning: Placeras i botten av maskinen med
handtagen uppåt. Filtret byts ut till ett nytt när dess
förmåga att ta bort rökdoft i luften försämrats.
Bytesintervall ca 3-6 månader
Notera: Ett brandskyddslter är alltid installerat
vid leverans. Kontrollera att det är på plats innan
användning. Installerat ovanpå förltret.

Before use
Before turning on the power for the rst time, check
the following:
1. That the machine has no visual damage
2. That the position of the switch is set to the OFF
position
3. That all lters are correctly mounted
4. That all covers and parts are correctly mounted
5. That the speed control knob is set to OFF mode.
Safety instructions
Read and understand all safety instructions be-
fore use. Failure to follow these instructions could
result in re, serious property damage, and / or
personal injury.
1. It is forbidden to use this machine in ambient
temperatures above 80 ° C and in ammable, ex-
plosive, greasy or dirty environments where there is
a high risk of re.
2. Power supply must be from an earthed socket.
3. The internal voltage of the machine reaches up
to 310V. It is strictly forbidden to open the machine
to try to repair it. Repairs are only carried out by a
trained high-voltage electrician!
4. Never replace or remove lters while the machi-
ne is in operation.
5. Keep hands and other objects away from fan
blades.

3.1 Instructions for mounting filters
1. Open the top cover
2. Install primary lter;
3. Install intermediate lters;
4. Install pre-lter;
5. Install re protection lter (top of pre-lter)
6. Lock with hasp on each side.
3.2 Instructions for mounting the extraction arm
Install the extraction arm on the extraction nozzle
on the cover as the picture below demonstrates:
Rotate the extraction arm and point the nozzle at
the area where smoke extraction is required. Adjust
the distance if necessary so that it is within a suita-
ble distance from the work surface.
Note: An aluminum nozzle is always included with
the extraction arm. Check that it is included in the
delivery. This can withstand temperatures up to
1000 degrees C
Note: Adjust the extraction arm so that the pipe is
as straight as possible or slightly bent, large bends
reduce capacity. Nozzles must be directed towards
the work area and within a distance of 150 mm.
Note: The machine should not be used in well-venti-
lated areas, this reduces capacity.

3.3 Instructions for WK600-K and WK600-K2
1. Plug in and check that the plug is rmly seated
in the socket.
2. Turn on the power (Figure 1).
3. Adjust the speed with the rotary selector to set
the correct speed (Fig. 2).
Note: Before starting, the speed must be set to OFF
mode. Then adjust the speed as needed. Exces-
sive speed only increases power consumption and
noise level, not eciency.

4. Troubleshooting
Warning: Make sure that the machine is switched
off and the power is switched off before trou-
bleshooting the machine or possibly repairing it.
Problem 1: The machine is switched on but has
poor airow and the suction capacity is enormously
reduced.
Cause: The air supply may be blocked, or a foreign
object may be stuck in the exhaust arm or airway.
The lter may be clogged and consequently block-
ed, resulting in the machine sounding an alarm.
Remedy: Switch off the machine and disconnect
the power. Open the lid and check that no foreign
object has been sucked up and stuck in the air in-
take. Check if the valves are blocked. If the suction
capacity is still poor, this indicates that the lter is
clogged and needs to be replaced.
Problem 2: The machine shuts down automatically
at start-up and even after restart.
Cause: The air ow in the machine is uneven due
to. too high resistance through the lter. This
results in the fans running at maximum power and
the starting current becoming too high, then the
overheating protection switches on and the machi-
ne is switched off.
Remedy: Switch off the machine, disconnect the
power supply and open the cover. Check if any
foreign object is blocking the air intakes. Set the
fan speed to the lowest level and then restart the
machine. It should work normally again. If the
above action did not solve the problem, contact our
workshop.
Explanation of the function of the buttons
ON / OFF button (Power Switch)
When the ON / OFF button is pressed, an orange
light comes on and the machine starts. The next
time you press the same button, the orange light
goes out and the machine switches off.
(Note: For extended periods without use, turn off
the main power switch and unplug it.)
Increasing Fan Flow
While the machine is on, increase the speed with
the push of a button, the value shown on the dis-
play will increase by 10. When the maximum value
100 is displayed, the machine runs at maximum
speed.
Decreasing Air Flow
While the machine is switched on, you reduce the
speed with the push of a button, the value shown
on the display will decrease by 10. When the value
10 is displayed, the machine runs at the lowest
speed.
Timer (Shutdown Timer, Timer Set)
While the machine is on, press the clock button and
the display will show HXXX, use the fan speed but-
tons to adjust the time. H symbolizes hour and XXX
corresponds to the number of hours. Maximum va-
lue for timer is 300 hours and minimum value is 1
hour. After setting the timer to the desired number
of hours for shutdown, conrm the setting by pres-
sing the button with the clock symbol again. The
display will then show the set timer time "HXXX".
For example. "H005" which means that the machi-
ne will automatically shut down after 5 hours.
OK / Setting
When the machine's alarm / alarm lamp ashes
and the alarm signal beeps, press this button to
switch off. In normal mode, use this button to dis-
play the accumulated operating time.
Locking Control Panel
While the machine is on, one keystroke on the
"Locking Control Panel" disables all buttons on
the control panel. The buttons are unlocked when
another button is pressed on the "Locking Control
Panel", or when the machine is restarted via the
main switch.

5. Use and maintenance of lters
The lters used in this machine are cleanable and
replaceable. When the lter has been used for a
certain time, they need to be cleaned and then
replaced after another certain time in order for the
machine to maintain its optimal performance.
1. Pre-lter
Use: The pre-lter is placed above the intermediate
lter with the coarser side facing up (according to
the air ow direction). When accumulated dust on
the pre-lter exceeds 70% and it can no longer be
cleaned correctly, the lter must be replaced with a
new one. Change interval about 1-4 weeks

2. middle lter
Use: The middle lter is placed inside the primary
lter, with the handles facing up. When it is no
longer possible to clean it correctly, the lter must
be replaced with a new one. Change interval about
1-3 months
3. Primary lter
Use: Place at the bottom of the machine with the
handles facing up. The lter is replaced with a new
one when its ability to remove smoke odor in the
air has deteriorated. Change interval about 3-6
months
Note: A re protection lter is always installed on
delivery. Make sure it is in place before use.
