Du behöver den här bruksanvisningen för säker-
hetsanvisningar, monteringsanvisningar, driftsföre-
skrifter, dellista och diagram. Skriv ditt fakturanum-
mer på insidan av framsidan. Sätt både din manual
och faktura på en säker, torr plats för framtida

Läs alla instruktioner innan du använder detta
verktyg.
1. Håll arbetsområdet rent. Röriga områden inbju-
der till skador.
2. Överväg arbetsvillkoren. Använd inte verktyget i
fuktiga, våta eller dåligt upplysta platser. Utsätt
inte för regn.
3. Håll barn borta. Alla barn ska hållas borta från
arbetsområdet. Låt dem inte hantera verktyg
eller förlängningssladdar.
4. Låt inte oanvända tillbehör vara framme. När
det inte används ska verktyget förvaras på ett
torrt ställe för att hämma rost. Om möjligt, för-
vara i ett område utom räckhåll för barn.
5. Överansträng inte verktyg. Det kommer att göra
jobbet bättre och säkrare till den takt som det
var avsett för.
6. Använd rätt verktyg. Tvinga inte ett litet verktyg
eller tillbehör att göra ett arbete avsett för ett
större industriverktyg. Använd inte ett verktyg
för ett syfte som det inte var avsett för.
7. Klä dig ordentligt. Använd inte lösa kläder eller
smycken. De kan fastna i rörliga delar. Skydds-
handskar och halkfria skor rekommenderas vid
arbete. Använd hårnät för att hålla undan långt
hår, så att det inte fastnar i maskinen.
8. Använd ögonskydd. Använd ISO-godkända
skyddsglasögon.
9. Säkert arbete. Använd klämmor eller en skruv
för att hålla arbetetsstycket om möjligt. Det är
säkrare än att använda händerna och det frigör
båda händerna för att använda verktyget.
10. Sträck dig inte över. Håll rätt fot och balans
hela tiden.

Återvinn oönskat material, släng
det inte bland hushållssoporna. Alla
maskiner, tillbehör och förpackningar
skall sorteras och lämnas till en
återvinningscentral och där kasseras
på ett miljövänligt sätt.
11. Behandla verktyg med omsorg. Håll verktygen
skarpa och rena för bättre och säkrare prestan-
da. Följ anvisningarna för smörjning och byte
av tillbehör. Inspektera verktygssladdar regel-
bundet och om de är skadade, låt dem repa-
reras av en auktoriserad serviceverkstad. Håll
handtag torra, rena och fria från olja och fett.
12. Ta undan justeringsnycklar och skydd. Gör det
till en vana att kontrollera att nycklar och juste-
ringsnycklar tas bort från verktygs- eller maski-
nens arbetsyta innan de används.
13. Var alert. Titta på verktyget, använd sunt för-
nuft. Använd inga verktyg när du är trött.
14. Kontrollera skadade delar. Innan du använder
verktyget ska eventuell del som verkar skadad
kontrolleras noggrant för att fastställa att den
fungerar korrekt och kan utföra den avsedda
funktionen. Kontrollera efter anpassning av rör-
liga delar, brott på delar, montering och andra
förhållanden som kan påverka dess funktion.
Varje del som är skadad ska vara rätt reparerad
av ett auktoriserat servicecenter om inget an-
nat anges i bruksanvisningen.
15. Byte av delar och tillbehör. Använd endast iden-
tiska reservdelar vid service. Använd endast
tillbehör som är avsedda för användning med
detta verktyg. Godkända tillbehör nns hos
franchisegivaren.
16. Använd inte verktyget om du är påverkad av
alkohol eller narkotika. Läs varningsetiketter
på recept för att avgöra om ditt omdöme eller
reexer är försämrade under tiden du tar medi-
ciner. Om det råder några tvivel, använd inte
maskinen.
17. Stå aldrig på verktyget. Allvarlig skada kan upp-
stå om verktyget tippar över.
18. Håll skydd på plats och i arbetsordning. Använd
aldrig maskinen om inte alla skydd fungerar
korrekt.
19. Använd aldrig ett verktyg om dess hölje eller
några bultar saknas. Om höljen eller bultar har
tagits bort, byt ut dem före användning. Under-
håll så att alla delar är i gott skick.
20. Lyft inte för tunga arbetesstycken. Be om hjälp
när lyftverktyg och andra material är för tunga
för att du ska kunna hantera dem själv. När det
är lämpligt och när det är möjligt, använd en
gaffeltruck.
21. Torka upp spill mm för att inte orsaka halko-
lyckor. Håll golvet rent och fritt från alla vätskor
och andra spill som kan orsaka glidning. Kon-
trollera materialets datablad för korrekt rengö-
ringsförfaranden.

2. Installera slaghandtaget som hjälper dig att slå
rent ltret.
• Ta bort den inre slagplattan och låsmuttern på
slaghandtaget genom att lossa dem.
• För in slaghandtagets gängade del med fjädern
på utsidan genom hålet i behållaren.
• I behållaren, träd låsmuttern och den inre slag-
plattan på den gängade stången och dra åt den.
4. Installera ltret och dammsugare(1) i
behållaren(2).
Varning
Anslut inte dammsugaren
till eluttag under tiden du
monterar den.

Börja med att plocka isär Filter/motor(1) och
behållare(2).

3. Installera behållaren(2) till skåpet
Rikta in stubröret på behållaren(2) vid hålet i övre
hörnet på bakpanelen av skåpet. Sätt sedan fast
det med skruvar.

Drift
• Anslut nätsladden till uttaget på skåpet.
• Sätt på strömbrytaren.
• Öppna lufttillförseln till blästerskåpet.
• När enheten är avstängd, använd regelbun-
det "slaghandtaget" som nns på behållarens
högra sida för att försiktigt slå och skaka skräp
från ltret. Att inte göra detta gör det möjligt för
nt damm att samlas på lterets yttre yta, vilket
blockerar luftödet genom det.
5. Lås fast överdelen(1) till behållaren(2).

Underhåll
Dränera ackumulerat damm och skräp:
• Lossa hållaren från botten av uppsamlaren,
ta bort bottenplattan och låt damm och skräp
falla ner i en lämplig uppsamlare.
Varning
Det na damm som ackumuleras av denna enhet
är en hälsorisk! Undvik inandning av damm som
produceras av uppsamlarutloppet. Använd alltid
skyddsmask vid rengöring, tömning eller underhåll
av enheten och använd i väl ventilerat utrymme.
Kassera damm och skräp på rätt sätt. Rengör
skräp från tätningar, sätt ordentligt tillbaka locket
och spärren på plats.
Underhåll av filter
1. Lossa behållarclipsen från övre delen av
dammsugaren, dra sedan övre delen(1) av
dammsugaren uppåt och bort från huset.
2. Ta bort vingmuttern och den stora brickan från
tappen på undersidan av ltret.
3. Ta bort ltret.
4. Byt ut lter.
5. Sätt tillbaka vingmuttern och den stora brickan
och dra åt ordentligt.
6. Rengör gummitätningen.
7. Byt ut övre delen av samlaren med det bifogade
lteret.
8. Lås de två kvarhållande clipsen.

and packaging must be sorted and left
at a recycling center and disposed
of in an environmentally friendly
manner.
Save this manual
You will need these operating instructions for sa-
fety instructions, installation instructions, operating
instructions, parts list and diagrams. Write your
invoice number on the inside of the front page. Put
both your manual and invoice in a safe, dry place
for future reference.
Read all instructions before using this tool.
1. Keep the work area clean. Messy areas invite
damage.
2. Consider the working conditions. Do not use
the tool in damp, wet or poorly lit places. Do not
expose to rain.
3. Keep children away. All children should be kept
away from the work area. Do not allow them to
handle tools or extension cords.
4. Do not leave unused accessories in front. When
not in use, store the tool in a dry place to pre-
vent rust. If possible, store in an area out of the
reach of children.
5. Do not overload tools. It will make the job better
and safer at the pace for which it was intended.
6. Use the right tools. Do not force a small tool
or accessory to do a job intended for a larger
industrial tool. Do not use a tool for a purpose
for which it was not intended.
7. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or
jewelry. They can get stuck in moving parts.
Protective gloves and non-slip shoes are
recommended for work. Use a hair net to keep
long hair away so that it does not get caught in
the machine.
8. Wear eye protection. Wear ISO-approved safety
goggles.
9. Safe work. Use clamps or a screw to hold the
workpiece if possible. It is safer than using your
hands and it frees both hands to use the tool.
10. Do not stretch over. Keep the right foot and
balance at all times.
11. Treat tools with care. Keep tools sharp and
clean for better and safer performance. Follow
the instructions for lubrication and replacement
of accessories. Inspect tool cords regularly
and, if damaged, have them serviced by an aut-
horized service center. Keep handles dry, clean
and free of oil and grease.
12. Remove adjustment keys and protection. Make
it a habit to check that keys and adjustment
keys are removed from the tool or machine
work surface before use.
13. Be alert. Look at the tool, use common sense.
Do not use tools when you are tired.
14. Check for damaged parts. Before using the
tool, carefully inspect any part that appears
to be damaged to determine that it is working
properly and can perform the intended function.
Check for adjustment of moving parts, brea-
kage of parts, assembly and other conditions
that may affect its function. Every part that is
damaged must be properly repaired by an aut-
horized service center unless otherwise stated
in the operating instructions.
15. Replacement of parts and accessories. Use
only identical spare parts for service. Use only
accessories intended for use with this tool.
Approved accessories are available from the
franchisor.
16. Do not use the tool if you are under the inu-
ence of alcohol or drugs. Read prescription
warning labels to determine if your judgment or
reexes are impaired while you are taking medi-
cation. If in doubt, do not use the machine.
17. Never stand on the tool. Serious damage can
occur if the tool tips over.
18. Keep protection in place and in order of proce-
dure. Never use the machine unless all guards
are working properly.
19. Never use a tool if its casing or bolts are
missing. If casings or bolts have been removed,
replace them before use. Maintenance so that
all parts are in good condition.
20. Do not lift too heavy workpieces. Ask for help
when lifting tools and other materials are too
heavy for you to handle yourself. When appro-
priate and whenever possible, use a forklift.
21. Wipe up spills etc. so as not to cause slippery
accidents. Keep the oor clean and free from
all liquids and other spills that can cause slip-
ping. Check the material data sheet for proper
cleaning procedures.

2. Install the shaker knob to help you clean the
lter.
• Remove the inner knob plate and locknut on the
shaker by loosening them.
• Insert the threaded part of the shaker knob
(with the spring on the outside of the container)
through the hole in the container.
• In the container, thread the locknut and the
inner knob plate onto the threaded rod and
tighten it..
4. Install the lter and vacuum cleaner (1)
in the container (2).

Do not connect the va-
cuum cleaner to an elec-
trical outlet while you are
installing it.

Assembly instructions
Start by disassembling the lter / motor (1) and
container (2).

3. Install the container (2) to the cabinet
Align the stub tube on the container (2) with the
hole in the upper corner of the back panel of the
cabinet. Then fasten it with screws.

Operation
• Connect the power cord to the socket on the
cabinet.
• Turn on the power switch.
• Open the air supply to the blast cabinet.
• When the unit is turned off, regularly use the
"shaker knob" located on the right side of the
container to gently strike and shake debris
from the lter. Failure to do so allows ne dust
to accumulate on the outer surface of the lter,
blocking the ow of air through it.
5. Lock the top (1) to the container (2).

Maintenance
Drain accumulated dust and debris:
• Detach the hatch from the bottom of the
collector and allow dust and debris to fall into a
suitable collector.
Warning
The ne dust that accumulates in this unit is a
health hazard! Avoid inhalation of dust produced by
the collector outlet. Always wear a protective mask
when cleaning, emptying or maintaining the unit
and use in a well-ventilated area.
Dispose of dust and debris properly. Clean debris
from seals, put the lid and latch back in place
properly.
Filter maintenance
1. Loosen the container clips from the upper part
of the vacuum cleaner, then pull the upper part
(1) of the vacuum cleaner upwards and away
from the housing.
2. Remove the wing nut and large washer from
the pin on the underside of the lter.
3. Remove the lter.
4. Replace lter.
5. Replace the wing nut and large washer and
tighten securely.
6. Clean the rubber seal.
7. Replace the upper part of the collector with the
enclosed lter.
8. Lock the two retaining clips.
