using safe work practices. Make sure your work area is unobstructed and clear of window coverings, etc.
Two or more people will be required for the following instruction!
1Door Handle and Lock Replacement:
A. Unlock and open door panel. From the interior, remove the
two handle attachment screws using a Phillips head screw
driver and remove door handle(s) from the door panel.
B. Remove The two lock
attachment screws and
remove lock.

• Phillips #2 or #3 screwdriver
• Flat blade screwdriver

A. Unlock and open door vent
panel. Press the lock release
button while operating the
thumbturn to extend the lock
latches to the locked position.

C. Insert lock into lock cut-out in edge of door
panel. Align the screw holes in the lock with
the holes in the edge of the panel and install
attachment screws.

D. Insert handles and attach with attachment screws.
Screw Length:
350 Series = 2-1/8"
250 Series = 1-3/4"
B. Locate the throw adjustment screw on the lock
between the two latches. Use a flat blade screw
driver to turn the throw adjustment screw to adjust
the throw. Turn the screw clockwise to adjust the
latches so they extend further out. Turn the screw
counter-clockwise to reduce latch extension.
Operate thumbturn to retract the latches. Close vent
panel and operate thumbturn to test door lock.
