Tank air pressure must be at 70% of the system’s set-point.
Pump Start-Up
The discharge pressure of the pump equals the pressure
produced by the pump plus the pressure on the suction side
of the pump.
Make sure that the suction and discharge shutoff valves are
both open.
When the system is connected to the power supply it
initializes. The green LED will be ON and the Pentair logo
shows up on the display (Figure a). As this initialization ends,
the pump stops and the display shows STOP(Figure b).

If you need to change the set-point, wait for the initialization
to complete and then push the up or down button.
Hold down the button until the desired set-point is displayed.
1. Start the pump by pressing on the ON/OFF button.

The pump starts and
reaches the pressure
level set at the factory
(default is 60PSI). The
RUN/FAULT LED will be
ON and showing green. If
the system pressure is
equal to or higher than
the factory pressure
setting, the pump will be
in stand-by mode (green
LED ON), ready to start if
the pressure decreases.
2. The pump should start when the pressure drops below
the set-point and pressure should return to the set-point and
stay there. Do not run the pump with the discharge shut-off
valve closed! If the system goes to PROTECTION mode, refer
to the “Quick Troubleshooting Guide”.

La pression d’air du réservoir doit être à 70 % du point de
consigne du système.
Démarrage de la pompe
La pression de refoulement de la pompe équivaut à la pression
produite par la pompe, en plus de la pression du côté aspiration
de la pompe.
Assurez-vous que les vannes d’arrêt d’aspiration et de
refoulement sont toutes les deux ouvertes.
Lorsque le système est connecté à l’alimentation, il s’initialise. Le
voyant lumineux à DEL vert sera ALLUMÉ et le logo Pentair s’af-
fichera à l’écran (figure a). Lorsque l’initialisation sera terminée,
la pompe s’arrêtera et l’écran indiquera STOP (figure b).

Si vous devez modifier le point de consigne, attendez
l’achèvement de l’initialisation et ensuite, appuyez sur la touche
fléchée vers le haut ou le bas . Laissez votre doigt sur
la touche jusqu’à ce que le point de consigne désiré s’affiche.
1. Démarrez la pompe en appuyant sur la touche ON/OFF
(MARCHE/ARRÊT).

La pompe démarre et atteint
le niveau de pression
préréglé à l’usine de
fabrication (60 lb/po2par
défaut). Le voyant lumineux
vert à DEL RUN/FAULT
(FONCTIONNEMENT/
ANOMALIE) s’allumera. Si la
pression du système est
égale ou supérieure au
paramètre de pression de
l’usine de fabrication, la
pompe passera au mode
veille (voyant lumineux vert à
DEL ALLUMÉ), prête à
démarrer lorsque la
pression diminuera.
2. La pompe démarrera lorsque la pression chutera au-dessous
du point de consigne; la pression retournera au point de
consigne, pour y rester. Ne faites pas fonctionner la pompe si la
vanne d’arrêt de refoulement est fermée! Si le système passe au
mode PROTECTION, consultez le « Guide de dépannage ».

Pour modifier la langue, appuyez sur la touche SET (RÉGLAGES).

La presión de aire del tanque debe estar al 70% del punto de
referencia del sistema.
Inicio de la bomba
La presión de descarga de la bomba es igual a la presión producida
por la bomba más la presión del lado de aspiración de la bomba.
Verificar que ambas válvulas de cierre de aspiración y de
descarga estén abiertas.
El sistema se inicializa cuando está conectado al suministro
de energía. La luz LED verde se enciende y el logotipo Pentair
aparece en la pantalla (Figura a). Cuando se termina la
inicialización, la bomba se detiene y la pantalla exhibe el
mensaje de parada, STOP (Figura b).

Si es necesario cambiar el punto de referencia, esperar hasta
que se haya terminado la inicialización y entonces oprimir el
botón hacia arriba o hacia abajo .
Mantener el botón oprimido hasta que se visualice el punto de
referencia deseado.
1. Encender la bomba oprimiendo el botón de encender/apa-
gar, ON/OFF .

La bomba se enciende y
alcanza el nivel de presión
configurado en la fábrica
(60 PSI por defecto). La luz
LED de marcha/falla,
RUN/FAULT se enciende
en color verde. Si la
presión del sistema es
igual o mayor que la
graduación de presión de
fábrica, la bomba estará
en modo de espera (luz
LED verde encendida),
lista para comenzar a
funcionar si la presión
disminuye.
2. La bomba deberá comenzar a funcionar cuando la presión
caiga por debajo del punto de referencia y la presión deberá
regresar al punto de referencia y permanecer allí. ¡No hacer
marchar la bomba con la válvula de cierre de descarga cerrada!
Si el sistema va al modo de protección, PROTECTION, consultar
la “Guía Rápida de Localización de Fallas”.

Para cambiar el idioma, oprimir el botón SET
