•Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually using it. Do not allow operation by unqualified
people. Any damage that may occur will most probably be due to unprofessional use of the device.
•When using an extension cord, make sure the wires are at least 1mm². Do not use extension cords on a reel.
•Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in an unauthorised way will void the warranty.
•Always make sure you are in a stable position while using the PP06001.
•Make sure you can never touch water, electricity or gas lines while drilling.
•Do not use the PP06001 in the vicinity of flammable vapours and substances.
•Vibrations can damage the arm-hand system. Keep exposure to vibrations as short as possible.
•Check the voltages marked on the rating plate and verify it matches your mains voltage.
3. Specific Safety Instructions
•Let the device run without load to check the balance of the cutters before use.
•When using the planer, shavings may amass in the grooves. Do not remove these by hand; use a piece of wood.
•After switching off the device, the cutters continue to function for a short period.
•Remove all nails and other metal objects from the work piece prior to planing.
•Start planing once the cutters have reached their full rotation speed.

5. Operating Instructions
IMPORTANT: Planing requires a low pressure from your side. Too much pressure will place unnecessary load on the
motor. Check the blades regularly. Replace damaged or blunt blades.
a. Mounting the parallel guide (fig. A)
•Insert the guide (11) through the holes at the front of the planer.
•Set to the desired distance.
•Lock the guide by means of the fixing knob (12).
b. Setting the planing depth (fig. A)
•Turn the adjustment knob (1) until the desired planing depth is reached.
•Read the depth setting from the scale just below the adjustment knob.
c. Fitting the dust bag (fig. A)
Use the dust exhaust together with the dust bag to extract dust from the working surface.
•Slide the dust bag (3) into the dust exhaust.
•Empty the bag regularly for optimum dust extraction.
d. Fitting and replacing the cutters (fig. B)
CAUTION: Unplug the device first. The cutters must have come to a complete stop before replacing it. Always
replace the cutters by pair.
•Place the device on a table with the shoe pointing towards you.
•Rotate the cylinder (2) until the first cutter (1) is visible.
•Loosen the screws (5) slightly.
•Carefully remove the cutter by sliding it outwards through the cut out in the planer body. Take care as the cutters
are double edged and very sharp.
•Slide the new cutter or turn the old cutter so tat the new cutting edge is facing upwards into the cutter support (3)
until it is central in the cylinder.
•Tighten the screws (5) until the cutter support (3) and the cutter (1) are firmly clamped.
•To replace the second cutter, rotate the cylinder 180° and repeat the above described steps.
e. Rescaling the planing depth (fig. A & B)
REMARK: The Allen screws (4) are factory set and shouldn’t be readjusted.
If you should encounter wrong zero adjustment, please follow the steps below.
•Set the planing depth to 0 by means of the planing depth adjustment knob (1).
•Turn the Allen screws (4) in or out to determine the correct adjustment.
•The cutters are properly adjusted when the cutting edge touches the surface of the work piece.
f. Switching ON/OFF
•Switching on: Press the ON/OFF switch (6) while pushing the unlock button (5) to the back.
•Switching off: release the ON/OFF switch

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
CAUTION: Disconnect from mains before starting maintenance operation.
1. All screws or parts of the device have to be tightly connected and must not be corroded.
2. There must not be any deformations on the housing and its accessories.
3. Moving mechanic parts must not show any traces of wear and tear and must be able to rotate unimpeded.
4. The electric power supply cables must be free of damage. Have a qualified technician service the device.
5. Wipe the device regularly with a moist, lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents.
6. After operation, clean out the ventilation slots with compressed air (3 bar max.) to prevent the build-up of dust.
7. Check the carbon brushes regularly. Dirty or worn carbon brushes result in excessive sparking and speed faults.

2. Algemene veiligheidsvoorschriften
Bescherm het toestel tegen
vochtigheid en regen.
Ontkoppel het toestel van het lichtnet
alvorens het te reinigen of herstellen.
Gebruik het toestel niet

de verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor defecten of problemen die hier rechtstreeks verband mee houden.
•Om beschadiging te vermijden, zet u het toestel best niet aan onmiddellijk nadat het werd blootgesteld aan
temperatuurschommelingen. Wacht tot het toestel op de omgevingstemperatuur gekomen is.
•Dit toestel valt onder beschermingsklasse II.
•De beschikbare netspanning mag niet hoger zijn dan de spanning in de specificaties achteraan de handleiding.
•De voedingskabel mag niet omgeplooid of beschadigd zijn. Laat uw dealer zo nodig een nieuwe kabel plaatsen.
•Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact (trek nooit aan de kabel!) vóór u het toestel reinigt en als u het niet gebruikt.

•Om veiligheidsredenen mag de gebruiker geen wijzigingen aanbrengen aan het toestel. Schade door dergelijke
wijzigingen vallen niet onder de garantie. Overbelast het toestel ook niet!
•Houd dit toestel uit de buurt van kinderen en onbevoegden.
•Leer eerst de functies van het toestel kennen voor u het gaat gebruiken. Ongeschoolde personen mogen dit
toestel niet gebruiken. Meestal is beschadiging het gevolg van onprofessioneel gebruik.
•Gebruikt u een verlengkabel, zorg dan dat de draden minstens 1mm² zijn. Haal de verlengkabel van de haspel.
•Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. Bij onoordeelkundig gebruik vervalt de garantie.
•Zorg er altijd voor dat u stabiel staat wanneer u de PP06001 gaat gebruiken.
•Zorg ervoor dat u geen water-, elektriciteits- of gasleidingen raakt wanneer u boort.
•Gebruik uw PP06001 niet in de buurt van ontvlambare dampen en brandbare materialen.
•Trillingen kunnen het arm-hand-systeem beschadigen. Beperk de blootstelling aan trillingen zoveel mogelijk.
•Ga na of het voltage vermeld op het toestel overeenkomt en het voltage van de netspanning.
3. Bijzondere veiligheidsvoorschriften
•Ga na of de snijbladen goed uitgebalanceerd zijn alvorens het toestel te gebruiken.
•Tijdens het schaven kunnen de spaankrullen zich in de groeven ophopen. Verwijder deze niet met de blote hand
maar gebruik een stuk hout.
•De snijbladen blijven nog even bewegen nadat u het toestel heeft uitgeschakeld.
•Verwijder alle spijkers en andere metalen uit het werkstuk voor u begint te schaven.
•Begin pas te schaven nadat de snijbladen op volle toeren bewegen.

5. Bediening
BELANGRIJK: Schaven vereist slechts geringe druk door de gebruiker. Te veel druk zal de motor onnodig belasten.
Controleer regelmatig de snijbladen en vervang beschadigde of botte bladen.
a. De parallel-langsgeleider monteren (fig. A)
•Steek de parallel-langsgeleider (11) door de openingen aan de voorkant van de schaafmachine.
•Regel de gewenste afstand.
•Maak de parallel-langsgeleider vast met behulp van de vergrendelknop (12).
b. Instellen van de schaafdiepte (fig. A)
•Draai de instelknop (1) naar de gewenste schaafdiepte.
•Lees het instelbereik af van de schaalaanduiding onder de instelknop.
c. Monteren van de spaanopvangzak (fig. A)
De spaanafvoer en de opvangzak laten u toe stofvrij te werken.
•Plaats de opvangzak (3) in de spaanafvoer (2).
•Leeg de opvangzak regelmatig voor een optimale spaanafvoer.
d. Vervangen van de messen (fig. B)
OPGELET: Koppel het toestel los van het net. Zorg ervoor dat de snijbladen volledig stilstaan voor u ze vervangt.
Vervang altijd beide messen.
•Plaats het toestel op een tafel met de zool naar u gericht.
•Draai de cilinder (2) zo dat het eerste mes (1) zichtbaar is.
•Maak de schroeven (5) los.
•Ga voorzichtig te werk en verwijder het mes door het uit de houder te schuiven. De messen snijden langs beide
kanten en zijn zeer scherp.
•Glijd een nieuw mes centraal in de houder (3) of draai het oude mes in de houder (3) zodat de nieuwe snijkant
naar boven richt.
•Maak de schroeven (5) vast zodat de houder (3) en het mes (1) stevig vastgeklemd zitten.
•Draai de cilinder 180° en herhaal deze procedure om het tweede mes te vervangen.
e. Herinstelling van de standaard schaafdiepte (fig. A & B
BELANGRIJK: De inbusbouten (4) zijn standaard ingesteld en moeten normaal gezien niet worden versteld.
Volg deze stappen mocht de standaardinstelling verkeerd ingesteld zijn.
•Stel de schaafdiepte in op 0 door aan de instelknop (1) te draaien.
•Span de inbusbouten (4) aan of maak ze los om de juiste instelling te regelen.
•Het mes is correct ingesteld wanneer de snijkant het oppervlak van het werkstuk raakt.

f. In- en uitschakelen
•Inschakelen: Druk op de AAN/UIT schakelaar (6) en druk de ontgrendelknop (5) naar achter.
•Uitschakelen: Laat de AAN/UIT schakelaar los
6. Reiniging en onderhoud
1. Zorg dat alle schroeven en onderdelen stevig vastzitten en geen tekenen van roest vertonen.
2. De behuizing en de accessoires mogen niet vervormd zijn.
3. Mechanisch bewegende onderdelen mogen geen tekenen van slijtage vertonen en moeten ongehinderd kunnen
draaien.
4. De voedingskabels mogen niet beschadigd zijn. Het toestel moet worden onderhouden door een geschoold
technicus.
5. Veeg het toestel geregeld schoon met een vochtige doek die niet pluist. Gebruik nooit alcohol of solventen.
6. Reinig het toestel en de ventilatiegleuven na gebruik met compressielucht (max. 3 bar) om ophoping van stof te
voorkomen.
7. Controleer regelmatig de koolborstels. Vuile of versleten borstels kunnen leiden tot te grote vonken en
onnauwkeurige snelheden. Neem contact op met een officieel erkende dealer.

•Des vibrations peuvent endommager le système main - bras. Limitez le plus possible l'exposition à des vibrations.

3. Consignes de sécurité particulières
•Vérifiez la balance des lames de coupe avant l’utilisation de l’outil.
•Des copeaux peuvent s’amasser dans les rainures pendant le rabotage. Enlevez-les avec un bout de bois.
•Les lames continuent à tourner pendant un bref instant après l’extinction de l’outil.
•Enlevez tous les clous et autres métaux de la pièce à raboter avant de commencer votre travail.
•Attendez que la lame tourne à la vitesse maximale avant de raboter.

5. Mode d'emploi
IMPORTANT: Utiliser un raboteur n'exige que peu de pression de votre part: Trop de pression surchargera le moteur
inutilement. Contrôlez les lames régulièrement et remplacez des lames endommagées ou émoussées.
a. Installation du guide parallèle (fig. A)
•Insérez le guide parallèle (11) dans les orifices à l’avant du raboteur.
•Réglez la distance souhaitée.
•Fixez le guide parallèle à l’aide du bouton de blocage (12).
b. Réglage de la profondeur de coupe (fig. A)
•Tournez le bouton de réglage (1) vers la profondeur de coupe souhaitée.
•Lisez la gamme de réglages sur l’échelle graduée.
c. Mise en place du sac de ramassage des copeaux (fig. A)
Utilisez l’évacuation des copeaux et le sac de ramassage pour travailler sans poussière.
•Glissez le sac de ramassage (3) dans l’orifice d’évacuation des copeaux (2).
•Videz régulièrement le sac pour un ramassage optimal des copeaux.
d. Remplacement des lames de coupe (fig. B
ATTENTION: Débranchez l’outil du réseau et assurez-vous que la lame est à l’arrêt avant de la remplacer.
Remplacez toujours les deux lames en même temps.
•Placez l’outil sur une surface plate avec le patin vers vous.
•Tournez le cylindre (2) jusqu’à ce que la première lame (1) soit visible.
•Desserrez légèrement les vis (5).
•Enlevez la lame avec précaution en la glissant hors de son support. Soyez prudents; les lames sont réversibles et
coupent des deux faces.
•Glissez une nouvelle lame centralement dans le support (3) ou retournez l’ancienne lame pour faire apparaître la
face coupante.
•Serrez les vis (5) jusqu’à ce que le support (3) et la lame (1) soient bien fixés.
•Pour remplacer la deuxième lame, tournez le support à 180° et répétez les étapes décrites ci-dessus.
e. Restandardisation de la profondeur de coupe (fig. A & B)
IMPORTANT: Le réglage des vis à clef alène (4) est standardisé et ne nécessite pas d’ajustement.
Suivez les étapes ci-dessous si vous rencontrez un réglage à zéro incorrecte.
•Mettez la profondeur de coupe à zéro à l’aide du bouton de réglage (1).
•(Dé)vissez les vis à clef alène pour déterminer la profondeur correcte.
•La lame est correctement placée quand la face coupante touche la surface de la pièce à raboter.

f. Interrupteur marche/arrêt
•Allumer: Enfoncez l’interrupteur marche/arrêt (6) en poussant le bouton de blocage (5) vers l’arrière.
•Eteindre: Relâchez l’interrupteur marche/arrêt.
6. Nettoyage et entretien
1. Assurez-vous que les vis et les pièces soient bien serrées et qu’elles ne montrent aucun signe de rouille.
2. Le boîtier et les accessoires ne peuvent pas être déformés.
3. Les pièces soumises aux mouvements mécaniques ne peuvent montrer aucun signe d’usure et doivent pouvoir
tourner librement.
4. N’endommagez pas les câbles d’alimentation. Laissez l'entretien à un électricien qualifié.
5. Essuyez l'appareil régulièrement avec un chiffon humide qui ne peluche pas. N’utilisez jamais alcool ni solvants.
6. Nettoyez l’appareil et les bouches d’air avec de l’air comprimé (max. 3 bar) après chaque usage pour éviter
l’accumulation de poussière.
7. Vérifiez régulièrement les balais de charbon. Des balais sales ou usés peuvent entraîner des étincelles
excessives et des erreurs de vitesse. Contactez votre revendeur.

5. Instrucciones
IMPORTANTE: Haga sólo una leve presión al utilizar la función de taladro de percusión. Una presión demasiado
fuerte podría sobrecargar el motor inútilmente. Controle las hojas regularmente y reemplace las
hojas dañadas o desafiladas.
a. Instalar la guía paralela (fig. A)
•Introduzca la guía paralela (11) en los orificios de la parte frontal del cepillo.
•Ajuste la distancia deseada.
•Fije la guía paralela con el botón de bloqueo (12).
b. Ajustar la profundidad de corte (fig. A)
•Gire el botón de ajuste (1) hasta que haya alcanzado la profundidad deseada.
•La gama de ajustes aparecerá en la escala graduada.
c. Colocar la bolsa colectora de virutas (fig. A)
Utilice la salida de virutas y la bolsa colectora para trabajar sin polvo.
•Deslice la bolsa colectora (3) en el orificio de la salida de virutas (2).
•Vacíe regularmente la bolsa protectora para una salida óptima de virutas.
d. Reemplazar las hojas de corte (fig. B)
¡OJO!: Desconecte el aparato de la red y asegúrese de que la hoja haya completamente parado antes de
reemplazarla. Reemplace siempre las dos hojas a la vez.
•Coloque el aparato en una superficie plana con la suela hacia usted.
•Gire el cilindro (2) hasta que la primera hoja (1) sea visible.
•Desatornille el tornillo ligeramente (5).
•Quite la hoja cuidadosamente al deslizarla fuera de su soporte. Sea cuidadoso; las hojas son reversibles y cortan
en ambos lados.
•Deslice una nueva hoja centralmente en el soporte (3) o gire la hoja vieja para hacer aparecer la cara cortante.
•Apriete los tornillos (5) hasta que el soporte (3) y la hoja (1) estén bien fijados.
•Para reemplazar la segunda hoja, gire el soporte unos 180° y repita los pasos descritas anteriormente.

e. Reinicializar la profundidad de corte (fig. A & B)
IMPORTANTE: El ajuste de tornillos allen (4) ha sido estandarizado y no necesita un ajuste.
Siga los siguientes pasos si encuentra un ajuste a cero incorrecto.
•Coloque la profundidad de corte a cero con el botón de ajuste (1).
•(Des)atornille los tornillos allen para determinar la profundidad correcta.
•La hoja está correctamente colocada si la cara cortante toca la superficie de la pieza que quiere cepillar.
f. Interruptor ON/OFF
•Activar: Pulse el interruptor ON/OFF (6) al pulsar el botón de bloqueo (5) hacia atrás.
•Desactivar: Suelte el interruptor ON/OFF.
6. Limpieza y mantenimiento
1. Apriete bien las tuercas y los tornillos y verifique que no hay señales de oxidación.
2. No deforme la caja y los accesorios.
3. Las partes móviles no pueden mostrar ningún rastro de desgaste y deben estar bien equilibradas.
4. No dañe los cables de alimentación. Contacte con un técnico especializado para instalar el aparato.
5. Limpie el aparato regularmente con un paño húmedo y sin pelusas. Evite el uso de alcohol y de disolventes.
6. Limpie el aparato y los orificios de ventilación con aire de compresión (máx. 3 bar) después de cada uso para
evitar la acumulación de polvo.
7. Verifique regularmente los cepillos de carbono. Cepillos sucios o usados podrían causar chispas o velocidades
irregulares.

•Nehmen Sie das Gerät erst in Betrieb, nachdem Sie sich mit seinen Funktionen vertraut gemacht haben. Lassen
Sie das Gerät nicht von Personen bedienen, die sich nicht mit dem Gerät auskennen. Meist ist die Beschädigung
des Gerätes das Ergebnis von unfachmännischer Bedienung.
•Wenn Sie Verlängerungskabel verwenden, sorgen Sie dafür, dass sie mindestens 1mm² sind. Entfernen Sie das
Kabel von der Kabeltrommel.
•Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur wozu es konzipiert wurde. Bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch erlischt der
Garantieanspruch.
•Sorgen Sie dafür, dass Sie stabil stehen wenn Sie die PP06001 verwenden.

3. Spezifische Sicherheitsvorschriften
•Achten Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme darauf, dass die Hobelmesser ausgewuchtet sind.
•Beim Hobeln können sich Späne in den Rillen häufen. Verwenden Sie zum Entfernen ein Stück Holz und nicht die
Hände.
•Warten Sie bis das Gerät zum Stillstand gekommen ist nachdem Sie es ausgeschaltet haben.
•Nie über Metallgegenstände, Nägel und Schrauben hobeln.
•Das Gerät nur eingeschaltet gegen das Werkstück führen.

5. Bedienung
WICHTIG: Hobeln erfordert vom Benutzer nur geringen Druck. Übermäßiger Druck wird den Motor unnötig belasten.
Überprüfen Sie die Hobelmesser regelmäßig und ersetzen Sie beschädigte oder stumpfe Hobelmesser.
b. Parallelanschlag montieren (Abb. A)
•Stecken Sie den Parallelanschlag (11) durch die Löcher an der Vorderseite der Maschine.
•Stellen Sie die gewünschte Entfernung ein.
•Drehen Sie die Befestigungsschraube (12) für den Parallelanschlag fest.
b. Einstellen der Spantiefe (Abb. A)
•Drehen Sie den Einstellknopf für die Spantiefe (1) in die gewünschte Position.
•Lesen Sie die Einstellung von der Skala unter der dem Einstellknopf ab.

c. Spänesack montieren (Abb. A)
Der Spanauswurf und der Spänesack ermöglichen Ihnen, staubfrei zu arbeiten.
•Schließen Sie den Spänesack (3) an den Spanauswurf (2) an.
•Leeren Sie regelmäßig den Spänesack um eine optimale Spanabfuhr zu gewährleisten.
d. Hobelmesser ersetzen (Abb. B)
WICHTUNG: Trennen Sie das Gerat vom Netz. Die Hobelmesser müssen völlig zum Stillstand gekommen sein.
Wechseln Sie immer die beiden Messer.
•Stellen Sie das Gerat auf einen Tisch mit der Sohle nach Ihnen gerichtet.
•Drehen Sie den Zylinder (2) sodass das erste Messer (1) sichtbar ist.
•Drehen Sie die Schrauben los (5).
•Gehen Sie vorsichtig vor und entfernen Sie das Messer, indem Sie es aus dem Halter schieben. Die Messer
schneiden an beiden Seiten und sind sehr scharf.
•Schieben Sie ein neues Messer in den Halter (3) oder drehen Sie das alte Messer im Halter (3), sodass die neue
Schneide nach oben gerichtet ist.
•Schrauben Sie die Schrauben fest (5), sodass der Halter (3) und das Messer (1) festgeklemmt sind.
•Drehen Sie den Zylinder 180° und wiederholen Sie das Verfahren um das zweite Messer zu ersetzen.
e. Die voreingestellte Spanntiefe ändern (Abb. A & B)
WICHTIG: Die Innensechskantschrauben (4) sind voreingestellt und müssen normalerweise nicht geändert werden.
Befolgen Sie die Schritte wenn die Standardeinstellung falsch sein sollte.
•Stellen Sie die Spantiefe auf 0 ein, indem Sie am Einstellknopf (1) drehen.
•Drehen Sie die Innensechskantschrauben (4) fest oder los um die richtige Einstellung zu wählen.
•Das Messer ist korrekt eingestellt wenn die Schneide die Oberfläche des Werkstücks berührt.
f. Ein- und Ausschalten
•Einschalten: Drücken Sie den EIN/AUS-Schalter (6) und drücken Sie die Entriegelungstaste (5) nach hinten.
•Ausschalten: Lassen Sie den EIN/AUS-Schalter los.
6. Reinigung & Wartung
1. Verwendete Schrauben müssen fest angespannt werden und dürfen keine Rostspuren zeigen.
2. Das Gehäuse und die Zubehörteile dürfen nicht verformt sein.
3. Mechanisch bewegende Teile dürfen keine Spuren von Abnutzung aufweisen und müssen ungehindert bewegen
können.
4. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Netzkabel nicht beschädigt sind. Das Gerät muss von einem qualifizierten Mechaniker
gewartet werden.
5. Wir empfehlen eine regelmäßige Reinigung. Verwenden Sie dazu ein feuchtes, flusenfreies Tuch. Verwenden Sie
auf keinen Fall Alkohol oder irgendwelche Lösungsmittel.
6. Reinigen Sie nach dem Gebrauch die Öffnungen und das Gerät mit Pressluft (max. 3 bar) um Staubablagerung
vorzubeugen.
7. Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die Kohlebürsten. Schmutzige oder abgenutzte Bürsten können zu großen Funken
und ungenauen Geschwindigkeiten führen. Wenden Sie sich an einen Fachhändler.
