保修条款
1. 自出厂之日起，整机保修 12 个月，打印头保修 3
个月。
2. 存在以下情况之一者，不属于保修范围之内：
1)未经我公司及授权维修人员许可，擅自对产品
进行拆卸，或产品序列号标贴被撕去及模糊不
清，无法辨认；
2)由于固体颗粒刮伤热敏片头，引起的打印白线，
则头片不属于保修范围；
3)其他人为引起的故障。
3. 保修期内，维修时所更换的产品零配件归我公司
所有。
4. 用户负责将产品寄送至我公司售后服务部或我公
司授权的维修站点进行保修服务。
5. 我公司拥有本保修条款的最终解释权。
Warranty terms
1. From the date of delivery, the whole machine is
guaranteed for 12 months and the print head is
guaranteed for 3 months.
2. One of the following situations is not covered by the
warranty:
1) Disassemble the product without the permission
of our company and authorized maintenance
person-nel, or the product serial number label is
torn off and blurred and cannot be identified;
2) If the thermal film head is scratched by solid
particles and the printing white line is caused,
the head film does not belong to the scope of
warranty;
3) Other man-made faults.
3. During the warranty period, the product spare parts
replaced during maintenance belong to our company.
4. The user is responsible for sending the products to
the after-sales service department of our company or
the maintenance site authorized by our company for
warranty service.
5. Our company has the final right to interpret the
warranty terms.
按装纸张
1. 面对机器按压顶盖启动钮向上开盖，向下按压纸宽限位按钮
根据纸张大小调整进纸导纸夹左右间距。
2. 将标签纸插入进纸导轨，纸张则会自动吸入。
注意：请确保标签纸送到位，标签纸将自动从出纸口送出一小段。
Installing paper
1. Press the top cover start button facing the machine,
open the cover upward, press the paper width limit button
downward, and adjust the left-right spacing of the paper
feed guide clip according to the paper size.
2. Insert the label paper into the paper feed guide, and the
paper will be sucked in automatically.
Note: please make sure that the label paper is sent in place, and the label
paper will automatically send a small section from the paper outlet.
1. 面向机器正面，按压顶盖开启按钮，向上掀起顶盖
2. 将卡住的纸张从进纸通道抽出后，检查打印头是否有粘胶、积
垢，如果有粘胶、积垢用酒精布擦拭处理，等酒精干燥后更换
新纸并将褶皱的纸丢弃。
3. 将卡住的纸抽出后即可进行正常的纸张安装。
卡纸处理
Paper jam treatment
1. Face the front of the machine, press the top cover
opening button and lift the top cover upward
2. After taking out the jammed paper from the paper feed
channel, check whether the print head has glue and scale.
If there is glue and scale, wipe it with alcohol cloth, replace
the new paper after the alcohol is dry, and discard the
folded paper.
3. After taking out the jammed paper, the normal paper
installation can be carried out.
