Floorboard Assembly Instruction
Assembly instruction / Inflation / Deflation
Inflate your PESCADOR P330-HF with a pump from AQUATEC Europe or any pump designed for inflatable boats, and
other low pressure inflatables. These types of pump will have a hose and adapters to fit the valves on this PESCADOR
P330-HF.
1. Side tube valve(s) and drop stitch floor valve – please see corresponding:
Unscrew the valve cap(1). Push button(2) in and turn approximately 90 degrees so it is
in the “OUT” position. Insert the pump hose end piece and inflate it until you will reach
the required pressure. After inflation tighten all the valve caps (clockwise). Only the
valve(s) cap can ensure final AIR TIGHTNESS. To release air from the side tubes and
bottom floor tube, remove the valve cap (1) and push button(2) in and turn approxima-
tely 90 degrees so it is in the “IN” position.
2. Max. air pressure : the correct pressure for this item is: Side tube valve(s):
0,25 bar / 3,60 psi (= 250 mBar ). Do not exceed it.
Any use of an air compressor may result in poor performance or damage to the PESCADOR P330-HF, and automatically
voids all warranties. If you leave your PESCADOR P330-HF exposed to the hot sun, check the pressure and deflate it
slightly. Otherwise the PESCADOR P330-HF may become over inflated and stretch the material. The ambient tempera-
ture affects the tube’s internal pressure : a variation of 1°C/ 1.8°F causes a variation of the pressure in the tube of +/- 4
mBar (0.06psi).

Motor installation
Disassembly / Maintenance
The maximum rated horsepower for our Fishing Boats are:
Read the instruction manual supplied by the outboard motor manufacturer. All outboards are slightly different, and some
require special installation procedures. Below is a general outline:
• Set the motor on tilt and tilt the mounting bracket.
• Place the motor in the center of the transom.
• Screw the mounting brackets securely to the transom.
1. To deflate the P330-HF, remove the valve cap from the valves in the side tubes.
2. Clean and check the P330-HF as well as all the accessories. Make sure the P330-HF is
completely dry before putting it away. Make sure that no sand nor gravel remains inside theP330-HF:
this could result in abrasion or even punctures while storing the P330-HF.
3. Remove bench seats.
4. Remove side joiners from floorboards.
5. Raise the middle panel and detach from “H” joints.
6. Remove floor panels, remove bow and transom floorboards.
7. Fold the 2 sides into the middle, then roll it up from the opposite end of the valves making sure the two rear cones
are folded towards the transom (so remaining air can escape from the valves).
8. When storing your boat, keep it in a clean and dry place.
9. Roll the boat from either end and place in carry bag along with equipment.
Note: If you install a motor larger than the maximum rated horsepower for your boat, you might have
control problems and risk serious injury. Never exceed the maximum rated horsepower.
Note : If the mounting brackets are not tightly secured to the transom, the motor could loosen in use or
even fall from your boat. Make sure they are tight.

P330-HF
• Max HP: 15 / 11 kW
Whenever you take your P330-HF out of the water and deflate it, allow time for it to air out and dry.
Neither the skin/hull or the inside chambers will suffer from water damage, but stagnant water could
cause mildew and foul odor.

How to repair small punctures
Warranty Registration Card
Check that the tube is fully deflated and lies flat.
1. Prepare a round patch no less than 3 inches or 7 centimeters in diameter.
2. Clean the patch and the area surrounding the leak with Alcohol.
3. To contain excess glue, use masking tape to tape off the area around the patch.
4. Apply 3 thin, even coats of repair kit adhesive to both the surface of the P330-HF and the patch.
Wait 5 minutes between each coat.
5. After the 3rd coat, wait 10-15 minutes before applying the patch. Use a hand roller to apply the patch evenly.
Pay special attention to the edges.
6. Wait 24 hours before re-inflating.
1. General
Please fill out and mail in the Warranty Registration Card supplied in your order right away. You will void your warranty
by not filing the registration card with us. Be sure to enter the Serial #(HIN code = the 12 digit number) you will find on
the capacity plate.
2. Care and Preservation
There is very little that you have to do to keep your boat in good condition for many years. You may store it inflated or
deflated. If you leave it outside, raise it up off the ground. If it is going to be in direct sunlight or exposed to leaves, berries
or rain, cover it with a tarp (we do not recommend hanging the boat). If you leave it in the water, you will probably have to
drain out rainwater at times. If you store it in a closet, basement or garage, we suggest you pick a cool, dry spot, making
sure the boat is clean and dry before you pack it up - or mold can accumulate. That is all you need to keep your boat
in mint condition for years to come. Most dirt can be removed with a garden hose, a sponge and mild soap. SoftScrub
works exceedingly well. Do not sprinkle with powders. Do not store in an area where it is likely to be exposed to extreme
temperatures (above 60°C or below -12°C).

• Perform all of your repairs in a well-ventilated area.
• Avoid inhaling glue vapors.
• Avoid contact with the skin or the eyes.
• Keep all repair materials (glue, solvents, etc) away from the reach of children.
• The repairs on the welds must not be glued. Only the manufacturer of the P330-HF
can perform repairs on the welds themselves.
