1. Attach three Aposts
to the base with 3
bolts.
Small
Condo
Deck
2. Rest assembled
small condo on top of
sisal posts attached
to base.
3A. Using 2 double thread rods,
attach Bpost to the left of the
small condo deck and Cpost to
the right side.
3B. Place 1 Dpost on top of small condo roof
and secure with 1 Bolt from inside. Install 1
double thread rod to the top. Reach into the
small condo and secure the Apost below
with 1 bolt. Rest on top deck as shown.

4B. Place large condo on top of
posts as shown. Reach inside
condo and secure with 2 bolts.
4A. Place 1 Dpost to right side of
deck and secure onto the
exposed end of the double
threaded rod. Install 1 double
threaded rod to the left side of
deck.
5. Secure Esisal post onto the exposed end of the
double threaded rod. Install Posts Gand F to the top of
the large condo as shown. Secure with 2 bolts. Attach
perches as shown. Completed Deluxe Cat Tree

1. Attach 8.75” threaded
dowels
into smooth side of
small condo roof.

2. Place all 4 side
panels of small condo
in place, as shown.
3. Align the Level 2 Base on
top of the bottom side of
the Small Condo, as shown.
4. Secure with 4
wingnuts and flip right-
side up.
5. Attach ramp with
Large Bolt (only 1 bolt that size is provided).
Set aside.
Step Two: Build Large Condo
1. Attach 10.50”
threaded dowels
into smooth side of
Large Condo roof.
2. Place all 4 side
panels of Large Condo
in place, as shown.
3. Align the Large Condo Bottom
piece to the bottom side of the
Large Condo, as shown. Bottom
should be smooth-side up.
4. Secure with 4 wingnuts
and flip right-side up. Set
aside.
