Touch-free Pull-down Kitchen Faucet
Congratulations on the purchase of your Selia with React™ touch-free
pull-down kitchen faucet. Welcome to the Pister family, we hope you
enjoy the new level of convenience.
The Pister Selia with React™ puts you in charge. Speed through food
prep, dish washing and clean-up. Reliable, touch-free operation keeps
the spread of germs in check and
reduces ingerprints and water spots.

Getting Started
Power Options
Batteries: 6 AA batteries are included. For best results, use new, non-rechargeable
alkaline batteries only. With typical usage, the expected battery life is 1 year.
Power adapter (sold separately): If you prefer to plug in your faucet into a power outlet,
a power adapter (Part #952001) is sold separately. Visit pisterfaucets.com/react for

Getting to know your React™ faucet
Simply guide your hand or an object
within 4"in front of the sensor to
turn the water on or o.
React™ sensor
Hibernate gives you the option to disable the
sensor for faucet cleaning. To disable, place
your hand in front of the sensor for 5 seconds.
Repeat and the sensor is awake again.
Hibernate
You can use the handle as usual to turn the
faucet on or o, or to adjust the water low and
temperature at any time. The handle will always
override the sensor mode.
Manual Override

The LED light on the sensor will stay lit for 1 minute after each
sensor activation to give you a gentle reminder that it’s time to
replace your batteries.
Low Battery Indicator
When in manual mode this innovative handle design allows you to go
from cold to hot water as you rotate the handle downwards. This handle
design accommodates back splashes that are close to your sink.
Handle Forward Design
When things get hectic in the kitchen,
SmartStop™ automatically shuts of the faucet
after 2 minutes of inactivity to conserve
water and to provide a helping hand.
SmartStop™
Temp Adjust gives you the freedom to dial
in your ideal water temperature in sensor
mode. Set it once and forget it or adjust it
as often as you like.

Surface Cleaning
Simply use only a damp cloth to wipe clean and blot
dry with a soft towel. Use of polish, detergents or harsh
abrasives may cause damage and can void your warranty.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I change the temperature in electronic mode?
A: To adjust the water temperature in touch-free mode,
simply turn the dial on the control box to your desired temperature.
Q: What do I do if the sensor is not responding to my hand motion?
A: Try the following:
•Be sure to motion your hand within 4” of the sensor.
•Faucet may be in Hibernate mode. Hold hand in front of the
sensor for 5 seconds.
•Unplug power and plug it back in.
•Ensure batteries are correctly installed.
•Ensure all connections are fully engaged.
Q: What do I do if my hose is touching the bottom of the cabinet?
A: Review step 7 in the Quick Installation Guide. Secure hose to cabinet or wall with hook
provided in a higher location ensuring the hose is not hitting the base of the cabinet.
Q: Can I mount the control box to drywall?
A: Yes. Use appropriately sized drywall anchors (not provided) with the provided screws.
Q: How do I know when the batteries are running low?
A: The sensor light stays lit for 1 minute after activation, instead of the usual single lash.
