INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT!
●FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTION CAREFULLY, FOLLOW THE
INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN IN THIS MANUAL. UNPACK THE APPLIANCE
AND CHECK IF THERE ARE DAMAGES ON IT.
●DO NOT CONNECT THE APPLIANCE IF IT IS DAMAGED. REPORT
POSSIBLE DAMAGES IMMEDIATELY TO THE PLACE YOU BOUGHT
IT. IN THIS CASE RETAIN PACKING.
●IT IS ADVISABLE TO WAIT AT LEAST FOUR HOURS BEFORE
CONNECTING THE APPLIANCE TO ALLOW THE OIL TO FLOW BACK
IN THE COMPRESSOR.
●ADEQUATE AIR CIRCULATION SHOULD BE AROUND THE
APPLIANCE, LACKING THIS LEADS TO OVERHEATING. TO
ACHIEVE SUFFICIENT VENTILATION, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS
RELEVANT TO INSTALLATION.

This button allows setting temperature of the freezer. In order to set values for freezer partition, press this
button. Use this button also to activate SF mode.

When would it be used?

How to use?
• Presstemperaturesetbuttonuntilsuperfreezinglightcomeson.
• Superfreezingledwilllightduringthismode.
• Maximumamountoffreshfood(inkilograms)tobefrozenwithin24hoursisshownontheappliance
label.
• Foroptimalapplianceperformanceinmaximumfreezercapacity,settheappliancetoactiveSFmode24
hours before you put the fresh food into the freezer.
During this mode:
If you press temperature set button, the mode will be cancelled and the setting will be restored from -16.
Note: "Super Freezer" mode will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours or when freezer sensor
temperature drops beneath -32 °C.

• TheinitialtemperatureoftheSettingDisplayis-18°C.
• Pressfreezersettingbuttononce.
• Everytimeyoupressthebutton,thesettingtemperaturewilldecrease.(-16°C,-18°C,-20°C,.,super
freezing)
• IfyoupressfreezersettingbuttonuntilsuperfreezersymbolisdisplayedonFreezerSettingsDisplayand
youdonotpressanybuttonwithinthefollowing3seconds,SuperFreezingwillblink.
• Ifyoukeeponpressing,itwillrestartfromlastvalue.
Warnings about temperature adjustments
• Donotpasstoanotheradjustmentbeforecompletinganadjustment
• Temperatureadjustmentsshouldbemadeaccordingtothefrequencyofdooropenings,thequantityof
foodkeptinsidethefreezerandambienttemperatureoftheplaceofyourfreezer.
• Yourfreezershouldbeoperatedupto24hoursaccordingtotheambienttemperaturewithout
interruption after being plugged in to be completely cooled.
• Donotopendoorsofyourfreezerfrequentlyanddonotplacemuchfoodinsideitinthisperiod.
• A5minutedelayingfunctionisappliedtopreventdamagetothecompressorofyourfreezer,whenyou
taketheplugoandthenplugitonagaintooperateitorwhenanenergybreakdownoccurs.
Your freezer will start to operate normally after 5 minutes.
• Yourfreezerisdesignedtooperateintheambienttemperatureintervalsstatedinthestandards,
according to the climate class stated in the information label. We do not recommend operating your
freezeroutofstatedtemperaturesvaluelimitsintermsofcoolingeectiveness.
• Thisapplianceisdesignedforuseatanambienttemperaturewithinthe10°C-43°Crange.

PART 4: ARRANGING FOOD IN THE APPLIANCE
• Useyourfreezertokeepfrozenfoodforalongtimeandtoproduceice.
• Donotplacefoodyouwanttofreezenexttofrozenfood.
• Youshouldfreezeyourfood(meat,mincedmeat,shetc)inportionsthatallowconsuminginatime.
• Donotputfreshandwarmfoodwithfrozenfoodsidebysideasitcanthawthefrozenfood.
• Whilefreezingfreshfood(i.e.meat,shandmincemeat)dividetheminpartsinordertouseinonetime.
• Forstoringthefrozenfood;theinstructionsshownonfrozenfoodpackagesshouldalwaysbefollowed
carefully and if no information is provided, food should not be stored for more than 3 months from the
purchased date.
• Maximumload;ifyouwanttoloadlargequantitiesandusethemaximumnetcapacity,youcanremove
thedrawers(Exceptthebottomone).Youcanstorebulkyitemsdirectlyontheshelves.
• Whenbuyingfrozenfoodensurethatthesehavebeenfrozenatsuitabletemperaturesandthatthe
packingisintact.
• Frozenfoodshouldbetransportedinappropriatecontainerstomaintainthequalityofthefoodand
should be returned to the freezing surfaces of the unit in the shortest possible time.
• Ifapackageoffrozenfoodshowsthesignofhumidityandabnormalswellingitisprobablethatithas
been previously stored at an unsuitable temperature and that the contents have deteriorated.
• Thestoragelifeoffrozenfooddependsontheroomtemperature,thermostatsetting,howoftenthe
doorisopened,thetypeoffoodandthelengthoftimerequiredtotransporttheproductfromtheshop
toyourhome.Alwaysfollowtheinstructionsprintedonthepackageandneverexceedthemaximum
storage life indicated.
• Ifyouwouldfreezeabout3kgfoodinyourfreezer:
• Youcanplaceyourfoodwithouttouchingotherfrozenfoodandactivate"FastFreezing"mode.Youcan
putyourfoodnexttootherfrozenfoodaftertheyarefrozen(afterminimum24hours).
• Donotre-freezethefrozengoodsafterbeingmelted.Thismaycausehealthissueslikefoodpoisoning.
• Donotplacehotfoodtothefreezerbeforecoolingthem.Thismaycausethespoilingoffoodfrozen
before in the freezer.
• Whenyouarebuyingfrozenfood,makesurethattheyfrozeninproperconditionsandthepackageis
undamaged.
• Followtheinstructionsforstoringconditionsonthepackageofthefrozenfoodwhilestoringthem.If
thereisnoexplanation,foodmustbeconsumedinashorttime.
• Ifthepackageoffrozenfoodishumidandsmellsbad,itmaybestoredunderinappropriateconditions
andspoiled.Donotbuythiskindoffood!
• Storingtimeforfrozenfoodmaydieraccordingtotheambienttemperature,frequencyofdoor
openings, thermostat adjustments, type of food and the time between the buying of the food and
placingofthefoodinthefreezer.Alwaysfollowinstructionsonthepackageanddonotexceedstoring
period.

PART 5: CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Disconnect the unit from the power supply before cleaning.
• Donotcleantheappliancebypouringwater.
• Makesurethatnowaterentersthelamphousingandother
electrical components.
• Thefreezershouldbecleanedperiodicallyusingasolutionof
bicarbonateofsodaandlukewarmwater.
• CleantheaccessoriesseparatelywithsoapandwaterDonotclean
them in the dishwasher.

Transportation and changing of installation position
• Theoriginalpackagesandfoamedpolystyrene(PS)canberetainedif
required.
• Duringtransportation,theapplianceshouldbesecuredwithawidestring
orastrongrope.Theinstructionswrittenonthecorrugatedboxmustbe
followed while transporting.
• Beforetransportingorchangingtheinstallationposition,allthemoving
objects(ie,drawer,Icetrays,...)shouldbetakenoutorxedwithbandsin
order to prevent them from getting damaged.
Carry your freezer in the upright position.

Check that;

• Thesocketisnotsucient.Tocheckthis,pluginanotherappliancethatyouknowwhichisworkinginto
thesamesocket.
What to do if your appliance performs poorly;
Check that;
• Youhavenotoverloadedtheappliance,
• Thefreezertemperaturesetto-16.
• Thedoorsareclosedperfectly,
• Thereisnodustonthecondenser,
• Thereisenoughplaceattherearandsidewalls.
If your freezer is operating too loudly;
Normal Noises
Cracking (Ice cracking) Noise:
• Duringautomaticdefrosting.
• Whentheapplianceiscooledorwarmed(duetoexpansionofappliancematerial).
Short cracking:Heardwhenthethermostatswitchesthecompressoron/o.
Compressor noise: Normal motor noise. This noise means that the compressor operates normally
Compressor may cause more noise for a short time when it is activated.
Bubbling noise and splash: This noise is caused by the ow of the refrigerant in the tubes of the system.
Water flow noise: Normal ow noise of water owing to the evaporation container during defrosting.
This noise can be heard during defrosting.
Air Blow Noise: Normal fan noise. This noise can be heard in No-Frost freezer during normal operation of the
system due to the circulation of air.
If the edges of freezer cabinet that the door joint contact are warm;
Especiallyinsummer(hotweather),thesurfacesthatthejointcontactmaygetwarmerduringtheoperation
of the compressor, this is normal.
