Video Wall Displays: Unpacking and Installation
Please take the following instructions in account when installing our video wall
displays (X-line).
Unpacking

This product is packed in a carton, together with the standard accessories.

Any other optional accessories will be packed separately.

As this product is high and heavy, the operation of moving the device is recommended to be performed by two
technicians.

After opening the carton, ensure that the contents are complete and in good condition.
Before Unpacking

Please read and fully understand unpacking notice before installation.

Check the condition of the package. Make sure the package is not damaged.

Please do necessary inspection before you move the display out of the carton.

Always install the display by experienced technician to prevent any damage.
Notice

Take the display out of the carton box by two adults with both hands.

Hold the handles.

Please do not grab bezel edge of the display.

Please keep the display in a vertical position when moving it.

Place the display vertically and its weight should spread evenly on the surface.

Avoid bending and torsion during transportation.
Pre-installing Inspection
To ensure your display is functioning as expected before installation, this procedure
will confirm the correct functioning of the display.

Read the inspection instructions before opening the packaging. (The inspection instructions are printed on the top
of the box).

Ensure the product is in good condition prior to the removal of sealing labels, or the warranty will be void.
1. Open the carton, take out the accessory pack and top cushion.
2. Remove the plastic carton locker.
3. Remove the top carton carefully. Another person should hold the display carefully. If this is not observed, the
display may drop.
4. Remove the front cushion board.
5. Connect the power cord to the back of the display. Plug the other end of the power cord into an electric outlet to
power on the display.
6. The display will initiate a white screen test. Carefully inspect the screen for abnormalities, especially the four
corners of the display.
7. If no damage is found, cut the sealing labels.

8. Install the wall mount kit.
9. Mount the display to the wall.
