Pop-up messages & what they mean...
Operation failed due to connectivity failure with the player
Appears when there is a connection loss between your PC and the player. Check your power and
Ethernet connections. If necessary, close and relaunch DMM.
Another session of DMM is already running
Appears when you try to run/ launch more than one DMM program on your PC.
Some of the tracks could not be loaded into the PC Library.They are either not
readable or are protected, or duplicated
While loading songs onto MY PC window, DMM scans the music files and track information. If there is a
problem reading the information from the music file or if the track is already stored on your PC, it would
not be added to MY PC.
Database out of sync due to the music contents changing on the player. Please
refresh the player when you finish operating on the player
Appears when DMM is loading the player window contents but you are also operating functions on the
Center. When this happens, the MY PLAYER window will be empty. To load the contents,
click File ➔ Synchronize DMM and Wireless Music Center.
Unable to perform operation due to insufficient space on the Wireless Music
Center
Your Hard Disk memory is insufficient, hence DMM is unable to perform operation successfully.
Check you have got a backup of your music on your PC, and then either:
- delete some tracks from Center
- consult your Philips service center to upgrade to a larger Hard Disk capacity.
Track not supported
Appears when there are characters of unsupported languages in track information. DMM supports
6 languages, English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Italian.
Dissociating Wireless Music Center will close Digital Media Manager. If you
want to continue to work on Digital Media Manager, you need to restart it after
dissociation completed. Do you want to dissociate the Wireless Music Center?
When you run DMM for the first time, it detects and memorizes your player. As a result, if you launch
DMM again and connect a different player, it will not be recognized.To enable other players to be recog-
nized, click File ➔ Dissociate Player to close DMM, then launch again.
