1 Security characteristics
The max inlet pressure is 0.8MPa(8bar).
Warning:
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
The pressure-relief device is to be operated regularly to remove lime
deposits and to verify that is not blocked.
CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the
thermal cut-out, this appliance must be not supplied through an external
switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is
regularly switched on and o by the utility.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physic sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision
instruction concerning using of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not made by children without supervision.
This electrical water heater must be installed with a mono-directional
safety valve at the inlet pipe (blue indicator) when the tank’s pressure is
over 0.8MPa. Water will automatically ow out from drain pipe outlet of the
safety valve (Diagram 1) if pressure exceeds 0.8Mpa. In any condition, this
outlet must not be blocked.
If you need to empty the water in the tank, rst please close the cold
water inlet. Remove the xed screw nail on the safety valve, lift up the
plastic handle (Diagram 2) so that the water can ow out naturally.

5 Installation instructions
4 Product structure
The installation for electrical and plumbing work must be operated by
qualied personnel, according to the installation instructions and in
compliance to the local authority regulations.
Unit has to be installed as near as possible to the service points, in order
to reduce heat loss along the pipes. To facilitate maintenance, allow a
distance of 50cm for easy access to the electrical parts.
This electrical water heater should be mounted on a solid cement wall,
preferably where it is close to the power source and water source.

3 Product features
Ensure all the piping connection without leakage before turning on the
electric power of the heater.
Make sure that the tank is fully lled up with water, otherwise the heating
elements will be damaged.
Turn on the main electrical power supply and then adjust the temperature
knob clockwise for higher temperature and anti-clockwise for lower
temperature.
During the heating process, it's normal to see a slight drip at the safety
valve. Please do not cover up the safety valve outlet.
Connect this outlet with a discharge pipe. Water may drip from the pipe,
therefore please keep it exposed to the atmosphere.
The safety valve is to be released regularly (preferably at least every six
months) to remove lime deposit and to ensure that it is not blocked.

higher eciency and having a longer life span.
Energy saving with minimum heat loss. The water temperature is able to
be maintained up to 48 hours after the electricity is switched o.

7 Correct disposal of this product
Please use our company’s tted accessories to mount this electric water
heater.
Before determining the bolt hole’s position, you should ensure that the
heater is more than 200mm from the ground or ceiling board. This will
leave space for maintenance when necessary.
Assembling method: after selecting the proper xing positions, use the
inating bolt to secure the hanging board rmly, then hook the electric
water heater. (Diagram 4)
All piping parts are BSP / ’’ Wind some white tape at the thread sector
of the inlet pipe. (marked blue)
Fix the safety valve to the inlet pipe and then connect it to the cold water
pipe of the mains.
Install a water drainpipe to the safety valve to drain away water discharge.
(drain pipe joint outlet-diagram 5)
Install the drainpipe in a continuously downward direction and in a frost
free environment.
Connect the hot water pipe (marked red) to the outlet pipe.
Do not over-tighten the safety valve and all pipes joint as it may cause
damage to the joints.
Make sure all pipes are clean before installing the taps and showers.

Water may drip from the discharge pipe of the pressure-relief device, so
please keep the pipe open to atmosphere.
The pressure-relief device should be operated regularly to remove lime
deposits and to verify that it is not blocked.
A discharge pipe connected to the pressure-relief device should be
installed downward and in a frost-free environment.
Appliance must be xed with device compliance IEC 61770.
Please always mix hot water with cold water before showering or washing,
to avoid superhot water causing severe burns.
The water discharged from the water heater cannot be used for drinking.
The heater cannot be installed near strong electromagnetic elds.
The water heater is suitable for domestic use. If for commercial use, service
life may be shortened.
Do not spray any combustible materials such as insecticides or perfumes
around the product.
This symbol on the product, or in its packaging, indicates that this product
may not be treated as household waste. Instead, it should be taken to the
appropriate waste collection point for the recycling of electrical and
electronic equipment. By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you
will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and
human health, which could otherwise be caused by the inappropriate waste
handling of this product. For more detailed information about
the recycling of this product, please contact your local council,
your household waste disposal service, or the shop where you
purchased the product.

The electrical connection must be done by a qualied electrician.
The electrical supply is connected directly to the connector with the
earth connection. The ground wire must be green/yellow in colour
and attached to the terminal marked by the symbol.
The heater must be connected to the electricity supply which is out of
reach from the person using the shower.
All wiring must conform to local requirements. If any doubts, please consult
a qualied electrician.
Note: All plumbing must be connected before electrical connections. Fill the
tank with water and then turn on the tap to release water out of the tank
until all the air has been expelled out. Plug in after the water tank is full of
water again.

All maintenance must be operated by a qualied personnel.
Before contacting the customer service, make sure the suspected failure
is not caused by a temporary lack of water.
To discharge the water completely from the tank, remove the safety valve
from the water heater. Before removing the valve, the power of the heater
should be switched o so that the tank can cool down (outlet connection
must also be disconnected).
The magnesium rod is cosumable. We suggest having a check every six
months and replace it if needed.

This product includes a two-year warranty for the water heater and seven-year
warranty for the tank from the date of purchase. For more details about the
warranty conditions, please refer to the warranty information in the box. If
you need more information, please visit: www.Philips.com.
Within two years from the date of purchase, you will receive free warranty
service for any damage caused by the manufacturing process or components
under normal operation conrmed by our maintenance service.
The warranty service does not include frequent replaced consumable
components (water purier lter, pitcher lter, granular activated carbon, ion
exchange resin, hollow ber membrane, magnesium rod, etc.), auxiliary devices,
transportation fee and door-to-door service.
Please show the proof of purchase to the service personnel during
maintenance.
You cannot receive free warranty service under the following conditions:
1. Damage by improper operation, such as improper components connection,
improper installation, deprived of manual use, misoperation.
2. Negligence and damage because of transportation or other accident.
3. Maintenance and modication without approval.
4. Other damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disaster, abnormal
voltage, etc.).
5. Damage caused by general use outside home (e.g. industrial and
commercial use).
6. Aging, wear and tear caused by normal operation of the product without
aecting normal operation of the product.

Periksa semua koneksi pipa untuk kebocoran sebelum menyalakan daya
listrik pemanas.
Pastikan bahwa tangki terisi penuh dengan air, jika tidak akan menyebabkan
elemen pemanas menjadi rusak.
Hidupkan catu daya listrik utama dan kemudian sesuaikan tombol suhu
searah jarum jam untuk suhu yang lebih tinggi dan berlawanan arah jarum
jam untuk suhu yang lebih rendah.
Selama proses pemanasan, normal untuk melihat sedikit menitik di katup
pengaman. Harap jangan menutupi lubang outlet katup pengaman.
Hubungkan lubang outlet ini ke pipa drainase. Air dapat menetes dari
pipa drainase katup pengaman, oleh karena itu pipa ini harus terpapar ke
atmosfer.
Katup pengaman harus dioperasikan secara teratur (lebih disukai
setidaknya setiap enam bulan) untuk menghilangkan deposit kapur dan
untuk memastikan bahwa itu tidak terhalang.

Pemanas air listrik ini harus dipasang dengan katup pengaman mono-

0,8 MPa, ini akan secara otomatis mengaktifkan katup pengaman, air akan
keluar di outlet pipa drainase (Diagram 1). Dalam kondisi apa pun, outlet
ini tidak boleh diblokir.
Jika ada kebutuhan untuk mengosongkan air dalam tangki, pertama-tama,
menutup air induk. Lepaskan paku sekrup tetap pada katup pengaman,
angkat pegangan plastik (lihat diagram 2) untuk membiarkan air mengalir
keluar secara alami.

5 Instruksi pemasangan
4 Struktur produk
Pekerjaan pemasangan untuk kelistrikan dan pipa ledeng harus dilakukan
oleh personel yang berkualikasi, sesuai dengan instruksi pemasangan
dan sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah setempat.
Unit harus dipasang sedekat mungkin ke titik servis, untuk mengurangi
kehilangan panas di sepanjang pipa. Untuk memudahkan pemeliharaan,
sediakan jarak 50cm untuk akses mudah ke komponen listrik.
Pemanas air listrik ini harus dipasang di dinding semen padat, lebih
disukai jika dekat dengan soket sumber daya dan air.

7 Penanganan benar dari produk ini
Silakan gunakan aksesori terpasang perusahaan kami untuk memasang
pemanas air listrik ini.
Sebelum menentukan posisi lubang baut, anda harus memastikan bahwa
pemanas lebih dari 200mm dari permukaan tanah atau papan langit-langit.
Ini akan meninggalkan ruang pemeliharaan bila perlu
Metode perakitan: Setelah memilih posisi pemasangan yang tepat, gunakan

Tetap katup pengaman ke pipa inlet dan kemudian hubungkan ke pipa air
dingin dari pipa utama.
Pasang pipa drainase air ke katup pengaman untuk mengalirkan air
keluar. (outlet sambungan pipa drainase-diagram 5)
Pasang pipa drainase ke arah yang terus menerus ke bawah dan di
lingkungan yang bebas embun beku.
Hubungkan pipa air panas (ditandai merah) ke pipa outlet.
Jangan kencangkan katup pengaman dan semua sambungan pipa dengan
terlalu ketat karena dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada sambungan.
Pastikan semua pipa bersih sebelum memasang keran dan pancuran.
Alat ini dapat digunakan oleh anak-anak berusia 8 tahun atau lebih dan
orang-orang dengan kemampuan sik, sensorik atau mental yang berkurang
atau kurangnya pengalaman dan pengetahuan jika mereka telah diberi
pengawasan atau instruksi mengenai penggunaan alat dengan cara yang

aman dan memahami bahaya yang terlibat. Anak-anak tidak boleh bermain
dengan alat ini. Pembersihan dan pemeliharaan pengguna tidak boleh
dilakukan oleh anak-anak tanpa pengawasan.

Pipa drainase yang terhubung ke perangkat pelepas tekanan harus

Peralatan harus ditetap dengan perangkat kepatuhan IEC 61770.
Silakan selalu mencampur air panas dengan air dingin sebelum mandi
atau mencuci, untuk menghindari air superhot yang menyebabkan luka
bakar parah.
Air yang dikeluarkan dari pemanas air tidak dapat digunakan untuk minum.
Pemanas tidak dapat dipasang di dekat medan elektromagnetik yang kuat.
Pemanas air ini cocok untuk keperluan rumah tangga. Jika untuk
penggunaan komersial, umur layanan dapat dipersingkat.
Jangan menyemprotkan bahan yang mudah terbakar seperti insektisida
atau parfum di sekitar produk.
Simbol ini pada produk, atau dalam kemasannya, menunjukkan bahwa
produk ini mungkin tidak diperlakukan sebagai limbah rumah tangga.
Sebagai gantinya, itu harus dibawa ke tempat pengumpulan limbah yang
sesuai untuk daur ulang peralatan listrik dan elektronik. Dengan memastikan

Semua operasi pemeliharaan harus dilakukan oleh personel yang
berkualikasi.
Sebelum menghubungi layanan pelanggan, pastikan kegagalan yang
dicurigai tidak disebabkan oleh kekurangan air sementara.
Untuk membuang air sepenuhnya dari tangki, lepaskan katup pengaman
dari pemanas air. Sebelum melepas katup, daya pemanas harus
dimatikan agar tangki menjadi dingin. (koneksi outlet juga harus diputus)
Batang magnesium dapat dikeringkan. Kami menyarankan Anda melakukan
cek setiap enam bulan dan menggantinya jika diperlukan.
Sambungan listrik harus dilakukan oleh teknisi listrik yang kompeten.
Pasokan listrik terhubung langsung ke konektor yang disediakan dengan
koneksi pembumian. Kabel pembumian harus berwarna hijau/kuning
dan melekat pada terminal yang ditandai oleh simbol.
Pemanas harus terhubung ke pasokan listrik yang jauh dari orang yang
menggunakan pancuran.
Semua kabel harus sesuai dengan persyaratan lokal. Jika ragu, silakan
berkonsultasi dengan teknisi listrik yang kompeten.
Catatan: Semua sambungan pipa ledeng harus diselesaikan sebelum
membuat sambungan listrik. Isi tangki dengan air dan nyalakan keran untuk
membiarkan air keluar dari tangki sampai semua udara dikeluarkan.

Layanan garansi tidak termasuk bahan habis pakai yang sering diganti.
Komponen (lter pemurni air, lter pitcher, karbon aktif granular, resin
penukar ion, membran serat berlubang, batang magnesium, dll.), perangkat
tambahan, biaya transportasi, dan layanan dari pintu ke pintu.
Tolong tunjukkan bukti pembelian kepada petugas layanan selama
pemeliharaan.
Anda tidak dapat menerima layanan garansi gratis dalam kondisi berikut:

5. Kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan umum di luar rumah (mis.
Penggunaan industri dan komersial).
6. Penuaan, keausan yang disebabkan oleh operasi normal produk tanpa
mempengaruhi operasi normal produk
