
HELPFUL TIPS
• Connect to a fast and reliable wifi connection [at least 3 mbps].
• Always replace ribbon and paper together.
• Always empty the scrap box before transporting or shipping your photoboxx.
IF POSTS ARE NOT PRINTING...
• Make sure attendees' social media accounts are set to public. [Photoboxx doesn't print private posts to
protect users' privacy].
• Make sure that the printer is connected to internet, with at least 3 mbps speed.
• Make sure hashtag is spelled correctly.
• Make sure the post is not too old. Photoboxx will not print old posts, only new posts with the hashtag.
• Make sure printer doesn't have an error light [see diagram on next page].
