Precautionary Measures
1. Do not use this item inside of a vehicle.
2. This item is to be used only from AC mains. Do not use any other type of power source when using this product.
3. This product is designed for indoor use only. Never attempt to use it outdoors.
4. Always follow any and all instructions that accompany your selected battery pack and charger to be used with this converter.
5. Prior to using your E-Base, ensure that the electrical mains in your region deliver current that matches the required power input for it.
6. Never leave batteries to charge unattended.
7. Ensure that the current supplied by the E-Base is sufficient to properly power your selected charger.
8. Use the E-Base on a fireproof surface.
9. Only charge battery packs that are comprised of one type of battery, and have the same charging capacity.
10. Never attempt to charge a battery pack if it appears to be damaged.
11. If the battery cell heats up rapidly or expands, cease charging immediately and do not use the battery.
12. Do not charge when the ambient temperature is extremely high.
13. Ensure that the E-Base is connected to your charger with the proper (+-) polarity.
14. Ensure that batteries have had a chance to cool prior to recharging, as cells may heat up significantly when discharged at high current rates.
15. Ensure that the charger and battery pack have access to fresh air for cooling.
16. Never cover the E-Base and charger with clothing, pillows or any other loose item while connected to a power source.
17. When charging batteries, do so in a dry, cool place away from flammable and combustible materials.
18. Never store or use the E-Base in direct sunlight.
19. Never expose the E-Base to any form of moisture. If it gets wet, cease from using it to prevent short-circuiting.
20. After charging a battery cell, always disconnect the battery from the charger. Never store battery cells when connected to the charger.
21. After using your charger, disconnect it from your E-Base, and turn off your E-Base and in turn disconnect it from your AC mains.
22. Never puncture a battery casing.
23. Protect your batteries from jolts, bumps, or any other form of trauma.
24. Should the battery leak fluid onto your skin, flush well with water and consult a medical professional immediately.
25. After use, always disconnect the E-Base from the AC mains.
26. Never disassemble the E-Base.
27. Never use this E-Base if the case has been removed, or if the leads from it are fayed or bent.
28. Never attach your charger to both a DC and an AC power source at the same time.
29. Never dispose of batteries or the E-Base in a fire.
