Installation
1. Verify that the module is not connected to power.
2. Open the module cover, insert the SIM card to its slot and close the cover.
3. Attach the module to the top-center part of the panel's box and drive the two screws in
their holes.
4. Screw the antenna to its position.
5. Connect the wiring harness to the TRANSMITTER socket in the control panel.
6. Connect the Yellow & Orange wires to the control panel's AUDIO IN/OUT terminals (see the
table in page 4 for details).
Instructions for programming the GSM-200 parameters are in the Hunter-
Pro Series and Captain 8 installation guides.
You must order a cellular line and SIM card directly from your local
cellular provider. The SIM card must not contain a PIN code.
Cellular calls require payment for the connection time. Prepaid cards can
be used, but not monitored.
Installing the GSM-200 Along the TRV/TRU-100
Connecting the GSM-200 and the TRV/U-100 radio transmitters in the same control panel is done
in the following manner: install the GSM-200 in the upper right part (front view) of the panel
case, and the TRV/TRU-100 in the upper left part.
Note that a special GSM-200 metal box (cat. no. 4210111), adapters (cat. no. 4210115 for the
GSM-200 and 4210114 for the TRV/TRU-100) and a double harness (cat. no. 3411058) must be
used, in order to connect them both to the control panel's TRANSMITTER terminal.
Both antennas must be connected via coaxial cables and be
installed at least 1 meter away from each other.
Grounding should be connected directly to the TRV/TRU-100.
