Pinnacle Heavy duty series User manual

NOTE: This product has been tested to safely carry a load of

up to 1300kg evenly distributed, when properly installed and

maintained. Heaviest items to be loaded on lowest shelves.

Step 2: Slot Brackets ‘B’ into the bottom of Legs

‘D’ as shown in the diagram. Slot Braces ‘C’ into

position through the holes provided on Brackets ‘A’.

NOTE: Flat edges face outwards. Lock rivets to the

bottom of the keyhole by tapping the Brackets with

a rubber mallet.

Step 3: Assemble the benchtop frame by slotting

brackets A and B followed by braces ‘C’. Please

note: All brackets for this step need to be slotted

into the 25th and 26th keyhole from the bottom of

part ‘D’ (legs).

Step 4: Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the middle

shelf. Lay the wire shelf and Timber Benchtop ‘E’

between brackets as shown in the diagram.

Step 1: Add Foot End Caps to bottom of Legs

‘D’. Slot Brackets ‘A’ into the bottom of Legs ‘D’

as shown in the diagram. NOTE: Flat edges face

outwards. Lock rivets to the bottom of the keyhole

by tapping the Brackets with a rubber mallet.

Very Important: Unpack the unit and conﬁrm that you have all the parts listed. Assemble

the unit on a solid, level surface. Avoid carpet. You will need the assistance of a second

person during assembly. Safety tip: For added safety and support we recommend you

ﬁx unit to a wall. You will need the following: Rubber mallet, Phillips head screwdriver,

adjustable spanner, drill and 3mm drill bit.

Step 5: Slot Bottom Pegboard

‘F’ and Top Pegboard ‘G’

into the keyholes above the

benchtop as shown in the

diagram. Secure the two pices

of pegboard together in the

middle with the provided bolts

‘H’ and nuts ‘J’ and then fasten

the bottom pegobard to the

timber benchtop using the M5

x 16mm Self Tapping Screws

‘K’ provided. Please note when

ﬁxing the bottom pegboard

to the timber benchtop it is

recommended that you drill a

pilot hole using a 3mm drill bit.

Step 6: Slot in Bracket ‘A’ and Brackets ‘B’ into the top of Legs ‘D’ as

shown in the diagram. Slot Braces ‘C’ into position through the holes

provided. NOTE: Flat edges face outwards. Lock rivets to the bottom of

the keyhole by tapping the Brackets with a rubber mallet.

Step 7: Lay the wire shelf between brackets as shown.

PLEASE NOTE: Refer to next page for attaching the provided Tip-over

prevention kit.

to any Bunnings store (see www.bunnings.com.au for store locations). Pinnacle Hardware bears reasonable, direct expenses of claiming under the warranty. You may submit details and proof of purchase

to our support centre for consideration. The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and

remedies you may have under law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law or Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). You are entitled to a replacement

or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable

quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty excludes damage resulting from product misuse or product neglect, any modifications, additions or alterations to the product

including the addition of extra shelves. Additions or modifications can compromise the structure and safety of the product. The warranty covers domestic use only and does not apply to commercial
