Battery Cautions
Storage: Avoid storing or leaving the battery with no charge remaining. Saved information and
settings may become lost or changed, or battery may become unusable. Charge once every six
months before storing or leaving unused for a long period.
Bulges: Depending on use, bulges may appear near end of battery life. This does not affect safety.
Replacing the Battery: The battery is a consumable item. It needs to be replaced if operating time
shortens noticeably. Purchase a new battery.
Cleaning: Clean soiled terminals between battery and device with a clean, dry cotton swab. Soiled
terminals can result in a poor connection and prevent charging, etc.

Inserting / Removing the Battery
Follow these instructions to insert your device's battery safely and properly.
1. Insert the battery
Put battery on the top case and turn it clockwise until it is fully locked.
2. Remove the battery cover.
Turn the battery counterclockwise until it is fully locked.

How to assemble pet collar with tunnel
1. Unscrew
2. Separate the tunnel from the bottom case
3. Put your pet collar between tunnel and bottom case
4. Screw until they are fully tightened.
Charge the Battery
Follow these instructions to charge your device's battery using the included Battery
Charger.
Battery Charging Cautions
Charging Conditions: Under low temperatures charging performance decreases. Charge your
device in temperatures between 0°C – 40°C. Do not charge in places where there is high humidity.
Use Supplied Accessories: Always use the supplied Battery Charger.

Precaution for Extended Use: Your device may become hot when used for a long time or while
charging, especially in high temperatures. Prolonged contact with skin may cause low-temperature
burn injuries.
The LT711 and Battery Charger Becoming Warm or Hot: Your device and the Battery Charger
may become warm while charging. This is not a malfunction. However, stop using them immediately if
they become extremely hot; this could indicate a malfunction.
Charge Using the Battery Charger
Use the supplied battery charger.
1. Plug the battery charger into an electrical outlet.
v The LED on the top case blinks green when charging starts. The light turns green solid
when the battery is fully charged. Fully charging a battery may take up to 2.5 hours.
When fully charged, unplug the battery charger from the outlet.
The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.

Turn Your Device On and Off
When the battery pack is connected with the device, power is automatically ON, and OFF when
battery pack is disconnected.

How to Download the APP
Step 1: Power UP the device and Activate
· By pulling the plastic tap, remove the plastic cover sheet between the battery and the tracker
· When device is power on, the device will be activated automatically for next 2 ~ 3 min.
· Recommend not to remove the battery while activation is in progress.
Step 2: Download the App
· Visit your App store on your smartphone.
· Search for “Pintrac”
· Find the App, download and install.
· Create Username and Password
a. If you have an existing Pintrac Drive, you may use same username and password
Step 3: Begin registering your tracker device
· Register your IMEI of the device via Bluetooth.
a. If not successful via Bluetooth, scan the IMEI 2D barcode number located in the device or
on the packaging box.
b. If not successful via IMEI barcode scan, you can enter 15 digit IMEI number manually
Step 4: Create a pet profile and Virtual Geo-Fence
· Create your pet profile during the setup
· Create your pet’s Virtual Geo-fence by drawing your own fence boundary either circular format or
free format
· Create your pet’s Virtual Geo-fence by selecting home Wi-Fi SSID.

Safety Precautions
The following topics outline important safety precautions that must be observed when using your device.
Important Notice
Due to the nature of wireless communications, transmission and reception of data can never be
guaranteed. Data may be delayed, corrupted (i.e., have errors) or be totally lost. Although significant
delays or losses of data are rare when wireless devices are used in a normal manner with a well-
constructed network, your device should not be used in situations where failure to transmit or receive data
could result in damage of any kind to the user or any other party, including but not limited to personal
injury, death, or loss of property. Franklin Wireless accepts no responsibility for damages of any kind
resulting from delays or errors in data transmitted or received using your device, or for failure of your
device to transmit or receive such data.
Safety and Hazards
Do not operate your device under the following conditions.
● In areas where blasting is in progress
● Where explosive atmospheres may be present
● Near medical equipment
● Near life support equipment, or any equipment that may be susceptible to any form of radio
interference.
In such areas, your device MUST BE POWERED OFF. Your device can transmit signals that could
interfere with this equipment.
Do not operate your device in any aircraft, whether the aircraft is on the ground or in flight. In aircraft, your
device MUST BE POWERED OFF. When operating, your device can transmit signals that could interfere
with various onboard systems.
Note: Some airlines may permit the use of cellular phones while the aircraft is on the ground. Your device
may be used at this time if allowed by airlines.
The driver or operator of any vehicle should not operate the device while in control of a vehicle. Doing so
will detract from the driver or operator’s control and operation of that vehicle. In some jurisdictions,
operating such communications devices while in control of a vehicle is an offense.

Proper Battery Use and Disposal
Follow these guidelines to ensure safe and responsible battery use.
● Do not open, disassemble, puncture, crush, bend, or shred.
● Do not expose to water or other liquids, fire, explosion, or other hazards.
● Use the original LT711 battery supplied with your device.
● If using with a charger, use only the AC charger supplied with your device.
● Do not short circuit the battery.
● When replacing a battery, use the same model of battery that was supplied with your device.
● Follow local regulations when disposing of a used battery.
● Avoid dropping your device or the battery. If dropped and you suspect damage, take it to a
service center for inspection.
● Battery usage by children should be supervised.
Note: Improper battery use may result in a fire, explosion, or other hazard.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

General SAR test exclusion guidance
Standalone SAR test exclusion considerations
● Unless specifically required by the published RF exposure KDB procedures, standalone 1-g head
or body and 10-g extremity SAR evaluation for general population exposure conditions, by
measurement or numerical simulation, is not required when the corresponding SAR Test
Exclusion Threshold condition(s), listed below, is (are) satisfied. These test exclusion conditions
are based on source-based time-averaged maximum conducted output power of the RF channel
requiring evaluation, adjusted for tune-up tolerance, and the minimum test separation distance
required for the exposure conditions.28 The minimum test separation distance defined in 4.1 f) is
determined by the smallest distance from the antenna and radiating structures or outer surface of
the device, according to the host form factor, exposure conditions and platform requirements, to
any part of the body or extremity of a user or bystander. To qualify for SAR test exclusion, the test
separation distances applied must be fully explained and justified, typically in the SAR
measurement or SAR analysis report, by the operating configurations and exposure conditions of
the transmitter and applicable host platform requirements, according to the required published RF
exposure KDB procedures. When no other RF exposure testing or reporting are required, a
statement of justification and compliance must be included in the equipment approval, in lieu of
the SAR report, to qualify for SAR test exclusion. When required, the device specific conditions
described in the other published RF exposure KDB procedures must be satisfied before applying
these SAR test exclusion provisions; for example, handheld PTT two-way radios, handsets,
laptops and tablets, etc.
