Do not connect either wire to the earth terminal of a

three pin plug.

NOTE

After replacing or changing a fuse, the fuse cover in

the plug must be replaced with a fuse cover which

corresponds to the colour of the insert in the base

of the plug or the word that is embossed on the

base of the plug, and the appliance must not be

used without a fuse cover. If lost replacement fuse

covers can be obtained from your dealer.

Only 5 A fuses approved by B.S.I or A.S.T.A to

B.S.1362 should be used.

The wires in this mains lead are coloured in

accordance with the following code:

Blue : Neutral

Brown : Live

If the plug provided is unsuitable for your socket

outlets, the plug must be cut off and a suitable plug

fitted.

The cut-off plug should be disposed of and must

not be inserted into any 13 amp socket as this can

result in electric shock. The plug or adaptor or the

distribution panel should be provided with 5 A fuse.

As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this

appliance may not correspond with coloured

markings identifying the terminals in your plug,

proceed as follows ;

The wire which is coloured blue must be connected

to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or

coloured black.

The wire which is coloured brown must be

connected to the terminal which is marked with the

letter L or coloured red.

Replacement and mounting of an AC plug on the power supply cord of this unit should be performed only by qualified

service personnel.

or shock hazard, do not place any container filed

with liquid near this equipment (such as a vase or

flower pot) or expose it to dripping, splashing, rain

or moisture.

If the AC plug of this unit does not match the AC

outlet you want to use, the plug must be removed

and appropriate one fitted. Replacement and

mounting of an AC plug on the power supply cord of

this unit should be performed only by qualified

service personnel. If connected to an AC outlet, the

cut-off plug can cause severe electrical shock. Make

sure it is properly disposed of after removal.

The equipment should be disconnected by removing

the mains plug from the wall socket when left

unused for a long period of time (for example, when

on vacation).

CAUTION

The POWER switch on this unit will not completely

shut off all power from the AC outlet. Since the

power cord serves as the main disconnect device for

the unit, you will need to unplug it from the AC outlet

to shut down all power. Therefore, make sure the

unit has been installed so that the power cord can

be easily unplugged from the AC outlet in case of an

accident. To avoid fire hazard, the power cord should

also be unplugged from the AC outlet when left

unused for a long period of time (for example, when

POWER-CORD CAUTION

Handle the power cord by the plug. Do not pull out the

plug by tugging the cord and never touch the power

cord when your hands are wet as this could cause a

short circuit or electric shock. Do not place the unit, a

piece of furniture, etc., on the power cord, or pinch the

cord. Never make a knot in the cord or tie it with other

cords. The power cords should be routed such that they

are not likely to be stepped on. A damaged power cord

can cause a fire or give you an electrical shock. Check

the power cord once in a while. When you find it

damaged, ask your nearest PIONEER authorized

service center or your dealer for a replacement.

Voltage selector

You can find the voltage selector switch on the bottom plate of the unit.

The factory setting for the voltage selector is 220 – 240 V.

Please set it to the correct voltage for your country or region.

• Saudi Arabia operates on 127 V and 220 V mains voltage. Please set to the correct

voltage before using.

• For Taiwan, please set to 220 – 240 V before using.

• For Mexico, please set to 220 – 240 V before using.

Before changing the voltage, disconnect the AC power cord. Use a medium size screw-

driver to change the voltage selector switch.

Handling Precautions

Installation location

¶Do not install above an amplifier or other heat-emitting com-

ponent, or use for long periods near spotlights or other head-

emitting appliances, since the unit may suffer adverse effects.

¶Install away from tuners and television sets. When placed

near such components, noise and video distortion may occur;

such effects are particularly subject to occurrence when an

internal antenna is used; in such cases, either use an external

antenna, or turn off this unit’s power.

¶The screws on the right and left sides of this unit can be used

to mount the unit in a rack installation or stand. For details,

consult your dealer.

Note:

When installing the unit in a rack or stand, always use the screw

holes provided on the right and left sides of the unit.

Cleaning the Unit

÷Use a polishing cloth to wipe off dust and dirt.

÷When the surfaces are very dirty, wipe with a soft cloth dipped

in some neutral cleanser diluted five or six times with water

and wrung out well, then wipe again with a dry cloth. Do not

use furniture wax or cleaners.

÷Never use thinners, benzene, insecticide sprays or other

chemicals on or near this unit, since these will corrode the

surfaces.

1. PLAYER B connectors

Use to connect this unit to player B (DVJ-X1).

COMPOSITE

Composite video input connector (RCA pin jack x 1).

Use video cable (provided with DVJ-X1) to connect to player B’s VIDEO

OUT connector.

S-Video input connector (4-pin mini DIN connector x 1).

Use a S-Video cable (sold separately) to connect to the player B’s S-

Video VIDEO OUT connector.

COMPONENT

Component video input connectors (BNC connectors x 3).

Use 3 BNC plug coaxial cables (sold separately) to connect to player

B’s component video output connectors (Y, CB/PB, CR/PR).

Player control connector, used to control player, fader start and other

SYNC

Use the BNC plug coaxial cable (furnished with this unit) to connect

to player B’s SYNC IN connector.

In order to support very quick switching of video signals, this unit

does not support S2 video signals.

lected by this unit (BNC connectors x 3).

6. CHROMA SYNC selector switch

Use to select chroma signal phase comparator. Set this in accord-

ance with the setting of the main monitor connected to the video

output connectors.

Sets chroma signal phase comparator to S-Video.

COMPOSITE

Sets chroma signal phase comparator to composite video signal.

COMPONENT

Phase comparison is not performed. Use this position when using

components other than DVJ-X1.

Connections

Basic Connections

This unit is designed to allow switching between component video, S-Video, and composite video signals, but does not support signal

conversion. As a result, the same signals required for output must be input. Also make sure that the signals from both player A and B

are in the same signal format (code) during use. Further, while three different types of signals can be connected simultaneously for

switching between them, only one of the types must be selected for chroma signal synchronization.

When connecting or changing the installation of components, always turn off power and disconnect power cord’s plug from

their outlets before proceeding.

After all other connections are completed, insert the power cord’s plug into a wall power outlet or the auxiliary power outlet of an

amplifier.

Operation

This unit is a 2-channel video selector designed to allow switching between the video output signals from two DVJ-X1 DJ DVD players.

This component is designed to allow use of a fader start signal output from a DJ mixer to perform automatic signal switching; it also

generates sync signals to help suppress image distortion when switching between video signals.

1. POWER button

Power is turned ON when this button is depressed to the lock posi-

tion. Press again to the unlock position to turn power OFF.

When power is first turned ON, PLAYER A input is selected, and the

VIDEO A button’s outer-ring indicator lights. The AUTO button also

lights, indicating that the AUTO mode is selected, and the fader start

signal from the DJ mixer is used to perform automatic input selec-

tion.

2. FADER START switch A

ON: Transmits fader start signal from DJ mixer to player A.

OFF: Disables fader start signal from DJ mixer to player A.

3. FADER START switch B

ON: Transmits fader start signal from DJ mixer to player B.

OFF: Disables fader start signal from DJ mixer to player B.

4. Sync signal MODE SELECTOR switch

Selects timing for the standard sync signal generated by the unit.

PAL: Generates sync signal conforming to PAL standard.

NTSC: Generates sync signal conforming to NTSC standard.

¶Sync signal can be reacquired by resetting the position of the sync

signal MODE SELECTOR switch. Approximately 10 seconds are

required to reacquire sync signal.

Note:

The discs used in the two players (A and B) should be compliant with

the same signal format (PAL/NTSC). Synchronization cannot be per-

formed if the discs have differing signal formats.

5. VIDEO A button

When pressed to the ON position, PLAYER A input is selected, and

the ring indicator around the VIDEO A button lights.

Whenever power is first turned on, PLAYER A input is selected by

default.

¶If the VIDEO B button is pressed while holding the VIDEO A but-

ton depressed, PLAYER B input is selected; when the VIDEO B

button is then released, input returns immediately to PLAYER A,

thus allowing quick switching between A/B inputs.

6. VIDEO A indicator

The indicator around the border of the VIDEO A button lights when

PLAYER A input has been selected.

7. AUTO select button/indicator

When pressed to the ON position, the AUTO button indicator lights

and when a fader start signal is received from the DJ mixer, inputs

are switched automatically. If the VIDEO A or VIDEO B button is

pressed manually during the AUTO mode (namely, pressing which-

ever input button is not currently selected), the input will switch to

the one pressed, but the AUTO mode will continue in effect; as a

result, when a fader start signal is subsequently received from the

DJ mixer, the inputs will automatically switch once again.

When the AUTO button is pressed once again to the OFF condition

(button indicator goes out), the inputs will not switch even if a fader

start signal is received from the DJ mixer.

¶Whenever power is first turned ON, the AUTO mode is selected

by default (AUTO button indicator lights).

¶Whenever the AUTO mode is being used be sure that the DJ

mixer’s fader start switch is in the ON position.

8. VIDEO B button

When pressed to the ON position, PLAYER B input is selected, and

the ring indicator around the VIDEO B button lights.

¶If the VIDEO A button is pressed while holding the VIDEO B but-

ton depressed, PLAYER A input is selected; when the VIDEO A

button is then released, input returns immediately to PLAYER B,

thus allowing quick switching between A/B inputs.

9. VIDEO B indicator

The indicator around the border of the VIDEO B button lights when

PLAYER B input has been selected.

Troubleshooting

Incorrect operations are often mistaken for trouble and malfunctions. If you think there is something wrong with this component,

check the points below. Sometimes the trouble may originate from another component. Thus, also check the other electrical appli-

ances also in use.

If the trouble cannot be rectified even after checking the following items, contact your dealer or nearest PIONEER service center.

¶This unit’s AUTO button is set to OFF

(indicator is off).

¶DJ DVD player’s control cable is not

connected to this unit, or is loose.

¶DJ mixer’s fader start switch is set to OFF.

¶Control cables between DJ DVD player and

this unit, or between DJ mixer and the unit

are not connected properly, or are loose.

¶This unit’s FADER START switch is set to

OFF.

¶Connect power cord to wall outlet.

¶Connect properly.

¶Clean connectors and plugs, jacks.

¶Turn on power to monitor.

¶Set the MODE SELECTOR switch to

match the type of video signal being

played (PAL/NTSC).

¶Change to shorter cables.

¶Connect properly.

¶Set the CHROMA SYNC switch to

match the kind of signal being played.

¶Set DJ mixer’s fader start switch to ON.

¶Press AUTO button to ON (indicator

lights).

¶Connect properly.

¶Set DJ mixer’s fader start switch to ON.

¶Connect control cables properly.

¶Press this unit’s FADER START switch

to ON position.

Static electricity or other external interference may cause the unit to malfunction. To restore normal operation, turn the power off and

then on again.

Ce sélecteur de tension a été réglé en usine sur 220 - 240 V.

• L’Arabie Saoudite utilise une tension de 127 V et de 220 V. Réglez l’appareil à la

valeur appropriée avant sa mise en service.

Précautions à l’utilisation

Emplacement d’installation

¶N’installez pas l’appareil sur un amplificateur ou un autre

composant dégageant de la chaleur; ne l’utilisez pas pendant

longtemps près de spots d’éclairage ou d’autres dispositifs

dégageant de la chaleur car il pourrait en subir des effets

négatifs.

¶Installez l’appareil àl’écart de tuners et de téléviseurs. S’il est

Branchements de base

Cet appareil est conçu pour permettre la commutation entre signaux vidéo àcomposantes, S-Vidéo et vidéo composite, mais il

n’autorise pas la conversion des signaux. Par conséquent, les mêmes signaux requis pour la sortie doivent être entrés. Assurez-vous

donc que les signaux provenant des lecteurs A et B respectent le même format (code) de signal pendant l’utilisation. En outre, alors

que les trois types différents de signaux peuvent être raccordés simultanément pour la commutation entre eux, seul un des types doit

être sélectionnépour la synchronisation du signal de chrominance.

Lors du branchement des composants ou d’un changement de leur installation, coupez toujours leur alimentation et débranchez

la fiche de leur cordon d’alimentation au niveau de leur prise secteur.

Fonctionnement

Cet appareil est un sélecteur vidéo à2 canaux, conçu pour permettre la commutation entre les signaux de sortie vidéo provenant de

deux lecteurs DJ DVD DVJ-X1. Il est conçu de manière àautoriser l’emploi d’un signal de départ en fondu, fourni par un mixeur DJ, afin

de réaliser une commutation automatique des signaux. Enfin, il produit des signaux de synchronisation, contribuant àsupprimer la

distorsion des images lors de la commutation entre les signaux vidéo.

1. Interrupteur d’alimentation (POWER)

L’appareil est mis sous tension lorsque cet interrupteur est enfoncéà

la position verrouillée. Une nouvelle pression relâchant l’interrupteur

met l’appareil hors tension.

Lors de la première mise sous tension, l’entrée PLAYER A est

sélectionnée et le voyant de la bague extérieure du bouton VIDEO A

s’allume. La touche AUTO s’allume également, indiquant que le mode

AUTO est sélectionné; le signal de départ en fondu provenant du mixeur

DJ peut alors être utilisépour exécuter la sélection d’entrée automatique.

2. Interrupteur FADER START A

ON:

Valide le signal de départ en fondu du mixeur DJ au lecteur A.

OFF:

Invalide le signal de départ en fondu du mixeur DJ au lecteur A.

3. Interrupteur FADER START B

ON:

Valide le signal de départ en fondu du mixeur DJ au lecteur B.

OFF:

Invalide le signal de départ en fondu du mixeur DJ au lecteur B.

4. Sélecteur de mode du signal de synchronisation

(MODE SELECTOR)

Il sélectionne le timing pour le signal de synchronisation standard,

produit par l’appareil.

PAL: Production d’un signal de synchronisation conforme au

standard PAL.

NTSC: Production d’un signal de synchronisation conforme au

standard NTSC.

¶Le signal de synchronisation peut être rétabli en réinitialisant la

position de ce sélecteur (MODE SELECTOR). Environ 10 secondes

sont nécessaires pour acquérir ànouveau le signal de synchroni-

sation.

Remarque:

Les disques utilisés dans les deux lecteurs (A et B) doivent être du

même format de signal (PAL ou NTSC). La synchronisation ne sera

pas possible si les disques ont un format de signal différent.

5. Touche VIDEO A

Lorsqu’elle est enfoncée (position ON), l’entrée PLAYER A est

sélectionnée et le voyant de la bague encerclant la touche VIDEO A

s’allume.

Lors de la mise sous tension, l’entrée PLAYER A est sélectionnée

par défaut.

¶Si la touche VIDEO B est actionnée en maintenant la touche VIDEO

A enfoncée, c’est l’entrée PLAYER B qui est sélectionnée; lorsque

la touche VIDEO B est ensuite relâchée, l’entrée repasse

immédiatement au lecteur PLAYER A, ce qui autorise une com-

mutation rapide entre les entrées A/B.

6. Voyant de touche VIDEO A

Le voyant encerclant la touche VIDEO A s’allume quand l’entrée

PLAYER A a étésélectionnée.

7. Sélecteur/voyant automatique AUTO

Lorsqu’il est enfoncé(position ON), le voyant de la touche AUTO

s’allume et, lorsqu’un signal de départ en fondu est reçu du mixeur

DJ, les entrées sont automatiquement commutées. Si la touche

VIDEO A ou VIDEO B est actionnée manuellement en mode AUTO

(c.à.d. si vous actionnez la touche d’entrée qui n’est pas actuellement

sélectionnée), l’entrée commute àla touche actionnée et le mode

AUTO reste en service. En conséquence, si un signal de départ en

fondu est reçu ultérieurement du mixeur DJ, les entrées seront à

nouveau commutées automatiquement.

Lorsque la touche AUTO est actionnée une nouvelle fois àla position

OFF, (le voyant de la touche s’éteint), les entrées ne seront pas

commutées, même si un signal de départ en fondu est reçu du mixeur

DJ.

¶A chaque mise sous tension initiale, le mode AUTO est sélectionné

par défaut (le voyant de la touche AUTO s’allume).

¶Chaque fois que le mode AUTO est utilisé, assurez-vous que

l’interrupteur de départ en fondu du mixeur DJ est bien àla posi-

tion ON.

8. Touche VIDEO B

Lorsqu’elle est enfoncée (position ON), l’entrée PLAYER B est

sélectionnée et le voyant de la bague encerclant la touche VIDEO B

s’allume.

¶Si la touche VIDEO A est actionnée en maintenant la touche VIDEO

B enfoncée, c’est l’entrée PLAYER A qui est sélectionnée; lorsque

la touche VIDEO A est ensuite relâchée, l’entrée repasse

immédiatement au lecteur PLAYER B, ce qui autorise une com-

mutation rapide entre les entrées A/B.

9. Voyant de touche VIDEO B

Le voyant encerclant la touche VIDEO B s’allume quand l’entrée

PLAYER B a étésélectionnée.

Dépannage

De fausses manipulations sont souvent prises pour des pannes et des dysfonctionnements. Si vous croyez que ce composant a un

• In Saudi-Arabien wird eine Netzspannung von entweder 127 V oder 220 V verwendet.

Bitte stellen Sie den Spannungswähler vor der Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes auf die

Achten Sie vor einer Änderung der Nennspannung darauf, den Netzstecker von der

Aufstellungsort

¶Vermeiden Sie eine Aufstellung dieses Gerätes auf einem

Verstärker oder einer anderen Wärme erzeugenden Komponente

sowie einen Betrieb über längere Zeiträume hinweg in der Nähe

von Punktleuchten und anderen Wärme erzeugenden Geräten,

da das Gerät dadurch beeinträchtigt werden kann.

¶Stellen Sie dieses Gerät möglichst weit von Tunern und

Fernsehgeräten auf. Bei Aufstellung des Gerätes in der Nähe

eines Tuners oder Fernsehgerätes können Rauschen oder

Grundlegende Anschlüsse

Dieses Gerät ist darauf ausgelegt, eine Umschaltung zwischen Komponenten-, S- und FBAS-Videosignalen zu gestatten, unterstützt

jedoch keine Signalumwandlung. Daher müssen dem Gerät stets Signale des gleichen Typs zugeleitet werden, der ausgegeben

werden soll. Vergewissern Sie sich auch, dass die Ausgangssignale von Player A und B beim Betrieb das gleiche Format (Code)

aufweisen. Außerdem ist zu beachten, dass zwar drei verschiedene Arten von Signalen gleichzeitig für Umschaltung angeschlossen

werden können, doch dass nur einziger Signaltyp für Chromasignal-Synchronisation angewählt werden darf.

Achten Sie unbedingt darauf, alle Netzstecker von den betreffenden Netzsteckdosen zu trennen, bevor irgendwelche

Bei diesem Gerät handelt es sich um einen 2-Kanal-Videowähler, der auf die Umschaltung zwischen den Video-Ausgangssignalen von

zwei DVD-DJ-Playern des Modells DVJ-X1 ausgelegt ist. Dieses Gerät gestattet die Verwendung eines von einem DJ-Mischpult

ausgegebenen Fader-Startsignals zur automatischen Signalumschaltung. Außerdem erzeugt es Synchronsignale zur Unterdrückung

von Bildverzerrungen beim Umschalten zwischen Videosignalen.

1. Netzschalter POWER

Durch Einrasten dieses Schalters wird die Stromzufuhr eingeschaltet.

Rasten Sie den Schalter durch erneutes Drücken aus, um die

Stromzufuhr auszuschalten.

Beim Einschalten der Stromzufuhr wird der Eingang PLAYER A

gewählt, und die Anzeige am Außenrand der VIDEO A-Taste leuchtet

auf. Die AUTO-Taste leuchtet ebenfalls auf, um zu signalisieren, dass

der AUTO-Modus aktiviert ist, und das Fader-Startsignal vom DJ-

Mischpult wird zur automatischen Eingangswahl verwendet.

2. Schalter FADER START für Player A

ON: Für Übertragung des Fader-Startsignals vom DJ-Mischpult

an Player A.

OFF: Die Ausgabe des Fader-Startsignals vom DJ-Mischpult an

Player A ist gesperrt.

3. Schalter FADER START für Player B

ON: Für Übertragung des Fader-Startsignals vom DJ-Mischpult

an Player B.

OFF: Die Ausgabe des Fader-Startsignals vom DJ-Mischpult an

Player B ist gesperrt.

4. Synchronsignalmodus-Wahlschalter MODE SELECTOR

Dieser Schalter dient zur Wahl des Timing für das von diesem Gerät

erzeugte Standard-Synchronsignal.

PAL: Für Erzeugung eines Synchronsignals, das der PAL-Norm

entspricht.

NTSC: Für Erzeugung eines Synchronsignals, das der NTSC-Norm

entspricht.

¶Durch eine Verstellung des MODE SELECTOR-Schalters kann das

Synchronsignal neu erfasst werden. Die Neuerfassung des

Synchronsignals beansprucht ca. 10 Sekunden.

Hinweis:

Die Discs in den beiden Playern (A und B) müssen jeweils das gleiche

Signalformat (PAL/NTSC) aufweisen. Falls die Discs unterschiedliche

Signalformate aufweisen, ist keine Synchronisation möglich.

5. Taste VIDEO A

Nach Einschalten dieser Taste wird der Eingang PLAYER A gewählt,

und die Anzeige am Außenrand der Taste leuchtet auf.

Beim Einschalten der Stromzufuhr wird stets der Eingang PLAYER A

gewählt.

¶Wenn die VIDEO B-Taste gedrückt wird, während die VIDEO A-

Taste gedrückt gehalten wird, so wird der Eingang PLAYER B

gewählt. Wird die VIDEO B-Taste daraufhin losgelassen, so wird

unmittelbar auf den Eingang PLAYER A zurückgeschaltet. Auf diese

Weise ist eine rasche Umschaltung zwischen den beiden

Eingängen A und B möglich.

6. Anzeige VIDEO A

Diese Anzeige am Außenrand der VIDEO A-Taste leuchtet, wenn

momentan der Eingang PLAYER A gewählt ist.

7. Wahltaste und Anzeige AUTO

Nach Einschalten dieser Taste leuchtet sie auf, und wenn danach ein

Fader-Startsignal vom DJ-Mischpult empfangen wird, erfolgt eine

automatische Umschaltung des Eingangs. Durch Drücken derjenigen

der beiden Tasten VIDEO A und VIDEO B, deren Außenrand

momentan nicht leuchtet, im AUTO-Modus kann manuell auf den

entsprechenden Eingang umgeschaltet werden, doch bleibt der AUTO-

Modus dabei aktiviert. Wird in diesem Zustand ein Fader-Startsignal

vom DJ-Mischpult empfangen, so wird der Eingang erneut

automatisch umgeschaltet.

Wenn die AUTO-Taste durch erneutes Drücken ausgeschaltet wird

(sie erlischt), erfolgt auch bei Empfang eines Fader-Startsignals vom

DJ-Mischpult keine Umschaltung des Eingangs.

¶Beim Einschalten der Stromzufuhr wird stets der AUTO-Modus

aktiviert (die AUTO-Taste leuchtet).

¶Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Gebrauch des AUTO-Modus, dass

der Fader-Startschalter des DJ-Mischpults eingeschaltet ist.

8. Taste VIDEO B

Nach Einschalten dieser Taste wird der Eingang PLAYER B gewählt,

und die Anzeige am Außenrand der Taste leuchtet auf.

¶Wenn die VIDEO A-Taste gedrückt wird, während die VIDEO B-

Taste gedrückt gehalten wird, so wird der Eingang PLAYER A

gewählt. Wird die VIDEO A-Taste daraufhin losgelassen, so wird

unmittelbar auf den Eingang PLAYER B zurückgeschaltet. Auf diese

Weise ist eine rasche Umschaltung zwischen den beiden

Eingängen A und B möglich.

9. Anzeige VIDEO B

Diese Anzeige am Außenrand der VIDEO B-Taste leuchtet, wenn

momentan der Eingang PLAYER B gewählt ist.

Fehlerbeseitigung

Vermeintliche Funktionsstörungen des Gerätes lassen sich häufig auf Bedienungsfehler zurückführen. Wenn Sie annehmen, dass das

Mischpult nicht richtig funktioniert, prüfen Sie die folgenden Punkte. Das Problem kann auch bei einem anderen Gerät liegen. Prüfen

Sie daher auch die benutzten anderen Geräte.

Wenn das Problem auch nach Prüfung der folgenden Punkte nicht behoben werden kann, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Händler oder den

nächstgelegenen PIONEER-Kundendienst.

Aufgrund eines zu langen Kabels ist ein Abfall

des Signalpegels oder eine Beeinträchtigung

der Signalqualität aufgetreten.

¶Der Synchronsignal-Ausgang dieses

Gerätes ist nicht bzw. zu locker an den

DVD-DJ-Player angeschlossen.

¶Die Einstellung des CHROMA SYNC-

Schalters am Anschlussfeld entspricht nicht

dem Typ des momentan wiedergegebenen

Videosignals (PAL/NTSC).

¶Der Fader-Startschalter des DJ-Mischpults

ist ausgeschaltet.

¶Die AUTO -Taste dieses Gerätes ist

ausgeschaltet (leuchtet nicht).

¶Das Steuerkabel des DVD-DJ-Players ist

nicht bzw. zu locker an dieses Gerät

angeschlossen.

¶Der Fader-Startschalter des DJ-Mischpults

ist ausgeschaltet.

¶Die Steuerkabel zwischen dem DVD-DJ-

Player und diesem Gerät sind nicht bzw. zu

locker angeschlossen.

¶Der FADER START-Schalter dieses

Gerätes befindet sich in der Stellung

„OFF”.

¶Schließen Sie den Netzstecker an eine

Netzsteckdose an.

¶Schließen Sie die Kabel korrekt an.

¶Reinigen Sie die Buchsen und Stecker.

¶Schalten Sie die Stromzufuhr des

Monitors ein.

¶Bringen Sie den MODE SELECTOR-

Schalter in die Stellung, die dem Typ des

momentan wiedergegebenen

Videosignals (PAL/NTSC) entspricht.

¶Verwenden Sie ein kürzeres Kabel.

¶Stellen Sie den Anschluss einwandfrei

her.

¶Bringen Sie den CHROMA SYNC-

Schalters in die Stellung, die dem Typ

des momentan wiedergegebenen

Videosignals (PAL/NTSC) entspricht.

¶Schalten Sie den Fader-Startschalter des

DJ-Mischpults ein.

¶Schalten Sie die AUTO-Taste ein (so

dass sie aufleuchtet).

¶Stellen Sie den Anschluss einwandfrei

her.

¶Schalten Sie den Fader-Startschalter des

DJ-Mischpults ein.

¶Schließen Sie die Steuerkabel

einwandfrei an.

¶Bringen Sie den FADER START-Schalter

dieses Gerätes in die Stellung „ON”.

Statische Elektrizität und andere externe Einstreuungen können Funktionsstörungen des Gerätes verursachen. Um den normalen

Betriebszustand in einem solchen Fall wiederherzustellen, schalten Sie den Netzschalter einmal aus und wieder ein.

solamente da personale di servizio qualificato. Dopo

la sostituzione, la vecchia spina, tagliata dal cavo di

alimentazione, deve essere adeguatamente

Se si pensa di non utilizzare l’apparecchio per un

relativamente lungo periodo di tempo (ad esempio,

durante una vacanza), staccare la spina del cavo di

AVVERTENZA

L’interruttore principale (POWER) dell’apparecchio

non stacca completamente il flusso di corrente

tal modo che non saranno calpestati. Un filo di

alimentazione danneggiato potrebbe causare incendi o

scosse elettriche. Controllate il filo di alimentazione

regolarmente. Quando localizzate un eventuale danno,

rivolgetevi al piùvicino centro assistenza autorizzato

della PIONEER oppure al vostro rivenditore per la

sostituzione del filo di alimentazione.
