ZIONE 2in1Convertible Desk and Shelf
Drill four holes into the wall as shown in the diagram below
(Mounting onto solid a Concrete or solid brick
wall is recommended). The top hole should be 680mm
from the ground, and the bottom hole should be drilled
580mm from the ground. The two sets of holes should be
drilled 555mm apart from each other.
Once the holes have been drilled remove the nuts and
washers from the end of the bolts shown below, and insert
them into the holes that you have just drilled.
NOTE* These bolts are designed for use with Solid brick or
concrete walls. For use on Hollow or Plaster board walls,
please seek advice at your local hardware retailer.

Now place the main parts of the frame over the bolts that
you have placed in the holes you have drilled as shown
below. The holes are long to allow you to compensate any
misalignments.

Place the washer and the nut that you removed from the
bold earlier back onto the bolt, and tighten them using a
wrench or spanner
Get one of the crossbars and remove the screws from the
sides. Insert the crossbar between the two main frames,
and screw either end into the hole shown circled in red the
photos below. (Do the same for the opposite side).
Once attached, move the frame up into the vertical position
as shown below, and insert one of the following bolts to
the outer side of each frame as shown below, and use one
of the nuts to attach it to the frame. (Do the same for the
opposite side).

Now insert and tighten the bolt and nut shown below into
the hole circled in red (Do the same for the opposite side).

Now mount the gas filled tube onto the two bolts shown
below, add spring washer along with a nut, then tighten the
nut until the gas tube is fully secured. (Do the same for the
opposite side).
Once the gas tubes have been installed, pull the frame back
down to the horizontal position, and place the shelves on
top of the frame, then make sure each panel is aligned with
the frame as shown below, before screwing them in.
Once the shelf panels are properly aligned, use the self-tap-
ping screws (shown below) into the slot circled in red. There
are four altogether per shelf (two at the front and two at the
back).

Now that all of the shelves have been screwed in, please
check to ensure there is approximately a 1-2mm gap be-
tween each of the shelves, and make sure the rubber stud
(circled in red) is touching or close to the outer frame. To
prevent any misalignment issues.

Check that each of the shelves are even when the ZIONE is
set to the horizontal desk position as shown.
Loosen the Tapping screws that have already been insert-
ed slightly, and use the screws shown below in the round
hole next to where the tapping screws went, to make any
height-adjustments you need to the shelves.
Last but not least, attach the remaining crossbar to the hole
circled in red, on both sides of the Zione 2in1 Desk and
Shelf.
