DESCRIPTION
To mount a ash on the bracket.
Tighten to secure the umbrella shaft to the
bracket.
Hole for an umbrella shaft.
Tighten to secure the bracket to the tripod
or stand.
Tighten to secure a ash to the bracket.
Loosen to tilt the bracket.Tighten to secure
in place.
For 3/8" and 1/4-20" thread mounting on
a tripod or stand.
Locking screw

2Install the bracket on the top of a light stand.
OR
Install the adapter on a tripod or stand, then
install the bracket on the adapter as shown
(required on most stands or tripods).
3Tighten the locking screw to secure the bracket.
4Place a photo ash in the cold shoe ash mount
on the top of the bracket. Tighten the thumb
screw lock to secure it.

5Insert the base of an umbrella into the umbrella
socket, then tighten the screw lock to secure it.
Point the ash at the center of the umbrella.
6Loosen the tension screw, adjust the tilt, then
tighten the screw to secure the bracket. Aim the
umbrella bracket for the best lighting.
