Please turn off the earphone before charging.
Plug one end of the USB charging cable into the charging interface
of the earphone, while the other side of the USB port should be
plugged into a USB charger or any other charging device. At this
point the earphone will start charging and the red light will stay on.
It takes about 2 hours for the earphone to be fully charged, and the
blue light starts glowing after it is completely charged.

Turn on
In the shutdown state, press the power key for about 3 seconds, red
and blue lights start flashing alternately. Now the earphone is in the
boot up state and is ready for use.
The earphone and equipment pairing mode
Press the power-on key for about 5 seconds in the shutdown state
until the red and blue lights flash alternately, and a "connected"
prompt will be heard in the earphone after pairing.
Turn off
Press the power-on key for about 3 seconds in the power-on state
until the red light flashes 1 second, and the earphone will send out a
"power off" prompt voice in the earphone.
The Bluetooth pairing steps
Please control the distance between the Bluetooth earphone and
the device that needs to be connected within 1 meter, the closer
the better.
Please select the option name "PLAYGO N20" (some phones need
to enter "0000" as the matching password), Bluetooth earphone
will automatically connect with the phone, and the blue light will
blink every 5 seconds.
After the earphone is turned on, please confirm that you have
entered the earphone pairing mode, now the red and blue lights
blink alternately in the pairing mode.

Warning: You must use the original USB charging cable to the
earphone, use of any other cable can damage the service life of the
earphone, the charger on other side must be 5V DC voltage, electric
current is 100 mA (5V/100 mA).
The earphone battery is equipped with a built-in non-removable
battery. Do not try and take the battery out of the earphone, so as not to
damage the earphone.

Note: The longest pairing of a Bluetooth earphone is 120 seconds, and
the lights go out on time; If the light has gone out, the Bluetooth pairing
state has stopped. If your Bluetooth pairing is unsuccessful, repeat
steps 1 through 3 to match again.
Turn off the Bluetooth function of the device connected to the
earphone.
Press the multi-function button for long time until the red light goes
out, the headset will automatically turn off and the Bluetooth
connection will be cut off automatically.
When you have an incoming call, you will hear the phone call
voice prompted in the earphone, press the power key to answer
the call
Use the phone to press the answer button.
When you have an incoming call, you will hear the phone call
voice prompted in the earphone, you can reject the call by
pressing the power-on key twice.
Press the reject button directly from your phone.
If you want to end the call when you are talking through the
earphone, press the power key shortly, this will end the call.
Use the cell phone to end the call.
Turn on the Voice assistant function on your phone, and then long
press the earphone power button twice to enter the voice assistant
mode.

When playing music, click the volume (+)/volume (-) to adjust the
volume freely. for Changing the song, long press the volume (+) button
for next song and volume (-) button for the previous song.

Answer: Please check the power of the earphone.
How far can the PLAYGO N20 earphone and the connecting
device be kept in normal use?
Answer: Approximately 10 meters
Can you use the earphone to control the app on your phone after the
Bluetooth earphone connects to the phone?
Answer: No, the PLAYGO N20 earphone do not come with any
external app compatibility currently.

Can the user change the battery of PLAYGO N20 earphone?
Answer: No, the earphone are manufactured with a built-in
non-removable battery.

been connected to any other devices, and if yes, then the other
devices need to disconnect the PLAYGO N20, only then can you
connect the PLAYGO N20 to your device. (Test method: Turn on

earphone is connected to some other devices).

Please put the earphone in a place that children can't reach and
avoid the danger of child abuse.
It is strongly recommended not to use the PLAYGO N20 earphone
if the same is wet, the earphone should immediately be switched off
and not used any longer till a certified technician recommends use
of the same further.
In the process of using earphone, you should try to avoid listening at
maximum volume, as the high volume may cause hearing loss.
In the process of using earphone, if you feel any discomfort, please
turn down the volume or take off the earphone immediately.
Please don't put earphone on temperature below 15 C0(5 F) or
higher than 55 C0(131 F) environment, as it may reduce the life of
the earphone, and the earphone battery.h
