1. Detach the white base from the coloured toothbrush
holder.
2. Plug the micro-USB cable into the white base and
recharge with any device that has a USB connection
(e.g. computer or plug).
1. CHARGING
Please charge your Playbrush fully before using it for the rst time, usually taking a
few hours.
Constant green light:
Fully charged and ready to

Blinking red and green:
Playbrush needs charging.
3. Look at the light colour:
Blinking red:
Playbrush is charging.
Once fully charged, re-attach the white base and coloured toothbrush holder, making sure all
3 arrows are aligned.
2. ASSEMBLING PLAYBRUSH
Insert your manual toothbrush, taking care to align the 3
arrows with the head of the brush. The bristles of the brush
should be facing the same direction as the arrows.

3. TURNING IT ON
Playbrush uses its motion sensors to turn on and o.
To turn Playbrush on, rmly shake twice vertically
as indicated, and the green light will begin to blink.
Your Playbrush is now ready to connect. (If it blinks
green and red then Playbrush needs charging.)
Your Playbrush will go into sleep mode automatically aer
being inactive for 1 minute. To reawaken, just move your
Playbrush. Your device will not lose power whilst in sleep
mode, so we recommend using sleep mode for day-to-day
use.
To turn Playbrush o, shake twice again vertically, and the
light will no longer blink.
5. DOWNLOADING
Search ‘Utoothia’ on the App Store or Play Store and
download one of our various games. Your smartphone or
tablet must meet the following minimum requirements:
Apple: iPhone 4S / iPad 3 and iOS 8.
Android: Android 4.4 KitKat with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
Kindle: 4th Generation Kindle Fire HD (2014) and Fire OS 4.
HELPFUL TIP: For younger children, we recommend starting o with our game
‘Utoothia Sky’.
4. TURN BLUETOOTH ON
To use Playbrush, your smartphone/tablet needs to
support Bluetooth Low Energy (Bluetooth Smart,
Bluetooth 4.0, BLE). Please turn on Bluetooth now.
NOTE:
To connect Android phones to Playbrush via Bluetooth, please grant the
permissions requested by the app.(1)
(1)In Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), Playbrush does need you to grant permission to access your location, but the permission is
only for Bluetooth to work. Playbrush does not access your location.

6. FUN TOOTHBRUSHING
Launch a Playbrush game and follow the in-app instructions
to connect your Playbrush. Once connected, Playbrush will
start ashing green. We recommend brushing twice a day and
we can’t wait for you to begin your fun toothbrushing journey
to great dental health!

Playbrush Connection
Please check that Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet is turned on.
Ensure location permissions are granted in the app for all Android 6.0 users.
If you are still having connection issues, uninstall the app, turn Bluetooth o and on and
reinstall the app.
Brushing Accuracy
The 3 arrows need to be correctly aligned with the toothbrush head.
Charging
Your Playbrush should be fully charged and the green light is visible. If it blinks red and
green, Playbrush needs to be charged.
Playbrush blinks red when you charge it. If it doesn’t, you may need to reboot your
Playbrush. To do this, charge for 1-2 minutes, remove the USB charging cable, and then
plug it back in and charge for 12 hours.

• Playbrush is not waterproof when the coloured and the bottom white part are unattached, so don’t
clean with water or other liquids.
• Very strong magnetic elds should always be avoided as they can lead to malfunctions or damage.
• Under any circumstances, do not try to repair Playbrush on your own. The attempt to repair may
cause damage and would void the warranty of your product.

This product contains a non-serviceable, rechargeable lithium ion battery. DO NOT attempt to open or
disassemble the unit to replace or remove the battery yourself. Please refer to original manufacturer for
battery servicing and replacement. Follow safety instructions above carefully. If uid should leak from the
unit or rechargeable battery, do not touch. If uid comes in contact with eyes, wash thoroughly with water
and seek medical advice. Do not rub eyes. If you suspect that the battery is faulty through unexpected
behavior such as not holding charge, please turn o and do not attempt to charge or use the product.

KURZANLEITUNG

1. Trennen Sie die weiße Unterseite der Playbrush vom
farbigen Zahnbürstenhalter.
2. Stecken Sie das Micro-USB Kabel in den Ladeeingang
der weißen Basis und laden Sie diese auf einem
beliebigen USB-Port (z.B. am Computer oder an einer
Steckdose).
1. PLAYBRUSH AUFLADEN
Laden Sie Playbrush vor erstmaligem Gebrauch bitte vollständig auf. Dies kann bis zu
12 Stunden dauern.
Konstant grün leuchtend:
Vollständig geladen,
Playbrush ist einsatzbereit.
Rot und grün blinkend:
Playbrush muss geladen
werden.
3. Achten Sie auf das Licht:

2. ZAHNBÜRSTE AUFSTECKEN
Schieben Sie Playbrush über den Gri Ihrer Handzahnbürste.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Borsten der Zahnbürste mit den
drei Pfeilen eine Linie bilden.
Ist Playbrush vollständig geladen, können die weiße Basis und der farbige Zahnbürstenhalter
wieder zusammengesetzt werden. Die drei Pfeile müssen in einer geraden Linie übereinander
stehen.

3. EIN- UND AUSSCHALTEN
Playbrush wird durch Bewegungssensoren ein- und ausgeschaltet.
Um Playbrush einzuschalten, schütteln Sie diese kräig
von oben nach unten, bis ein grünes Licht zu blinken
beginnt. (Blinkt sie abwechselnd grün und rot, muss
Playbrush zuerst geladen werden.)
Wird Playbrush eine Minute lang nicht bewegt, wird sie
automatisch in den Ruhezustand versetzt. Um Playbrush
zu reaktivieren, muss diese lediglich bewegt werden. Da
Playbrush im Ruhezustand keine Batterie verbraucht,
empfehlen wir diesen Modus im täglichen Gebrauch.
Um Playbrush gänzlich auszuschalten, muss diese wieder
zweimal geschüttelt werden. Das Licht erlischt vollständig.
5. SPIELE DOWNLOADEN
Suchen Sie „Utoothia“ im App Store oder Play Store und
laden Sie eines der Spiele herunter. Ihr Smartphone oder
Tablet muss folgende Mindestanforderungen erfüllen:
Apple: iPhone 4S / iPad 3 und iOS 8.
Android: Android 4.4 KitKat mit Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
Kindle: 4. Generation Kindle Fire HD (2014) und Fire OS 4.

Für jüngere Kinder empfehlen wir das Spiel „Utoothia Sky“.
4. BLUETOOTH AKTIVIEREN
Voraussetzung für die Nutzung von Playbrush ist ein mit
Bluetooth Low Energy (Bluetooth Smart, Bluetooth 4.0, BLE)
ausgestattetes Smartphone oder Tablet. Bitte aktivieren Sie
Bluetooth.
HINWEIS:
Um ein Android Endgerät via Bluetooth mit Playbrush verbinden zu können, muss
den Berechtigungen in der App zugestimmt werden.(1)
(1)Da Bluetooth bei Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) unter Standorteinstellungen fällt, muss der App Zugri auf den Standort

6. SPASS BEIM ZÄHNEPUTZEN
Önen Sie ein Playbrush Spiel und folgen Sie den
Anweisungen, um eine Verbindung zu Ihrer Playbrush
herzustellen. Playbrush ist erfolgreich verbunden, sobald das
grüne Licht schnell zu blinken beginnt.
Es kann losgehen – Playbrush freut sich mit Ihrer Familie
zweimal täglich auf eine spannende Zahnputzreise zu gehen.

aktiviert ist.

Falls Sie immer noch Verbindungsprobleme haben, deinstallieren Sie die Playbrush App,
schalten Sie Bluetooth aus und wieder ein und dann installieren Sie die App erneut.
Genauigkeit der Bürstenbewegungen
Die drei Pfeile der Playbrush müssen mit dem Zahnbürstenkopf auf einer Linie liegen.
Auaden
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Playbrush vollständig geladen ist und das grüne Licht blinkt. Sollte
das Licht abwechselnd rot und grün blinken, muss Playbrush geladen werden.

1. Détachez la base blanche de la partie colorée qui tient
la brosse à dent.
2. Branchez le câble micro-USB sur la base blanche et
branchez la avec n’importe quel appareil avec une
prise USB (par exemple : ordinateur, ou prise).

Une fois la Playbrush entièrement chargée, accrochez à nouveau la base blanche et la partie
colorée de la Playbrush, attention n’oubliez pas que les 3 èches doivent être alignées.
2. CONNECTION
Insérez votre brosse à dents manuelle, vériez à ce que les 3
èches soient bien alignées avec la tête de la brosse à dents.
Veillez à ce que les poils de la brosse à dents et les èches
soient orientés dans la même direction.

3. MISE EN MARCHE
La playbrush utilise ses capteurs sensoriels pour s’allumer et s’éteindre.
Pour allumer la Playbrush, secouez deux fois
fermement et verticalement comme indiqué, la
lumière verte va clignoter. La Playbrush est donc prête
à être connecté. (Si la lumière clignote verte et rouge,
la batterie de la Playbrush a besoin d’être chargée.
La Playbrush se mettra en veille automatiquement après
une minute d’inactivité. Pour la remettre en route,
secouez la Playbrush. L’appareil ne se déchargera pas
lorsque celui ci est en mode veille, nous recommandons
donc de le laisser en veille pour un usage quotidien.
Pour éteindre votre Playbrush, secouez à nouveau votre
Playbrush deux fois verticalement, et la lumière arrêtera de
clignoter.
5. TELECHARGEMENT
Recherchez « Utoothia » sur l’App Store ou sur Play Store et
téléchargez un de nos diverses jeux. Tous nos jeux peuvent
être utilisés sur Smartphone ou sur Tablette avec les exigences
système minimales suivantes:
Apple: iPhone 4S. iPad 3 et iOS 8
Android: Antroid 4.4 KitKat (avec Bluetooth Low Energy)
Kindle: 4ème génération Kindle Fire HD (2O14) et Fire OS 4
CONSEIL: pour les plus jeunes, nous recommandons de commencer par le jeu
« Utoothia Sky ».
4. ALLUMER LE BLUETOOTH
Pour utiliser votre Playbrush, votre Smartphone/Tablette
nécessite la fonctionnalité Bluetooth (Bluetooth Smart,
Bluetooth 4.0, BLE).
NOTE:
Pour connecter la Playbrush via Bluetooth avec les téléphones Android; merci
d’accepter les autorisations demandées par l’application. (1)

6. AMUSEZ VOUS!
Lancez un jeu Playbrush et suivez les instructions pour
vous connecter. Alors, une lumière verte se met à clignoter.
Nous recommandons de se brosser les dents 2 fois par jour.

pour une meilleure hygiène buccale.

Connexion à la Playbrush
Merci de vérier que le Bluetooth de votre Smartphone ou de votre Tablette soit bien
allumé.
Merci de vérier que la localisation a bien été autorisée pour les utilisateurs d’Android 6.0.
Si vous avez des problèmes de connexion, désinstallez l’application, éteignez et rallumez
le Bluetooth puis réinstallez l’application.
Position de la brosse à dent
Assurez vous de toujours aligner les 3 èches ensemble avec la tête de votre brosse
à dents.
Chargement
Votre Playbrush doit toujours être pleinement chargée et la lumière verte allumée. Si la
lumière clignote rouge et vert, la Playbrush a besoin d’être chargée.
La Playbrush clignote rouge pendant le chargement. Si ce n’est pas le cas, merci de

• Si vous prenez un traitement pour tout soin bucco-dentaire, merci de consulter votre médecin avant

• La Playbrush fonctionne avec presque toutes les brosses à dents manuelles, mais plus le manche de
la brosse à dent est large plus la partie élastique de la Playbrush va s’élargir et s’abimer.
• Merci de ne pas tenter de réparer vous-même les dommages de votre appareil.
• Si la partie blanche et la partie colorée sont détachée, la Playbrush n’est plus waterproof, merci de
ne pas les nettoyer à l’eau ou autre.
• Les champs magnétiques puissants sont à éloigner de l’appareil pour éviter tout
dysfonctionnements ou dommages.
• En aucun cas merci de ne pas essayer de réparer vous même votre Playbrush. Cela pourrait causer
des dommages et annulerait la garantie de votre produit.
