make sure not to trap the white air tubes.
Check your LED light connectors are connected to

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
Here at Playlearn, we have spent many years developing our Bubble Walls and
Bubble Tubes to ensure they are simple to set up and trouble-free, so you can
spend more time enjoying it and less time setting it up. We want you to love
your Bubble Wall, so please let us know if any questions come up. Please email
us at [email protected] and we will get back to you within 48 hours. The
Bubble Wall is a delicate product and must be looked after and maintained to
get optimal use. Any time maintenance is required (and certainly for emptying
the water!), we recommend that two people do this together.

DISTILLED WATER / REGULAR WATER
Although this product has been designed to work
well with tap water, the product will need higher
maintenance due to algae and the water becoming
cloudy. The water will need changing approximately
once every few months. By using distilled water, the
water and product will stay clean for longer.
WATER

joys in life
THIS PRODUCT WILL USE APPROXIMATELY 3 GALLONS OF WATER
EMPTYING WATER FOR MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
We have provided a maintenance hose to aid in emptying your Playlearn Bubble Wall.
Attach the water pipe to the nozzle closer to the handle on the manual pump and place
the other end of the pipe deep into the panel. Place a large bucket on the floor (or at a
lower point than the end of the pipe) and start pumping until the water starts flowing.

the adaptor to the power port on the controller box (#7) and switch it on
with the remote (#9) or the app (depending which model you have).
Test that the product with is working properly.
Fill Bubble Wall with water until 2” from the top of the panel (#2).
PLEASE NOTE: Jets can take up to 24 hours to reach their full operating
capacity. Please allow this time for them to “break in”.
Place the lid (#1) onto the top of the Bubble Wall. Return the trays (#4) to
the base (#5) of the Bubble Wall. Fill trays with the decoration rocks (#3).
Place the customer support sticker on your Bubble Wall in case you need

CRACKED PANEL If your Bubble Tube is cracked, please contact customer
support immediately.
NO BUBBLES COMING OUT If the pump is not making noise and the
lights are not working, please check that you have completed the set
up instructions. If the connection is correct, but the pump still isn’t
making noise, please contact customer support.
SOME JETS ARE WORKING, SOME ARE NOT On occasion, some of the
air jets break in faster than the others. Since some are fully “broken
into”, the water is bypassing the jets that have not yet “broken in”.
If this occurs, follow these steps: Under each air jet, at the bottom
of the tube, is a small dial that can be adjusted. Ensure that the
dial under the non-working jets are open, by loosening them. Then,
close the dials under the jets that are currently working by tightening
them. This should stop around 90% of the bubbles. By doing this,
pressure will be forced into the open jets, forcing the air bubbles to
break through them. Please keep it like this for a few hours, to allow
the jets to be fully “broken into”. After a few hours, you can adjust all
the dials back to a regular, even setting.
REMOTE CONTROL NOT FUNCTIONING The remote control is designed to
change the colors of the lights and to change the light pattern. If the lights
are on but they are not changing with the click of the remote control, try
going a little closer to the base of the Bubble Tube. The red LED light turning
on doesn’t necessarily mean there is a good battery. If it does not work, please
change the battery. If this fails to fix the problem, contact customer support for
a replacement.
NO POWER First, touch the adaptor and see if it feels warm. If it is cold, contact
customer support for a new adaptor. If the adaptor is warm, check the connection
into the controller box (instruction #5) by removing and reinserting it and press the
“on” button on the remote control. Check that the white wires coming out of the
controller box are firmly connected to the plug and lights. If this still does not resolve
the problem, please contact customer support.
CAUTION Always unplug the power before cleaning and handling. Disconnect and
drain the water if storing away for an extended period of time. Do not operate with
hot or ice-cold water. Do not lift, carry or pull the Bubble Tube by the power cord. Do
not exceed the maximum voltage and wattage on adaptor.
STILL STUCK?Confused? Any further questions? Please contact customer support and
one of our reps or techs would be happy to walk you through it. Call 888-575-0638 or
email [email protected]om.
