CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT NOTE TO INSTALLER:
• Prior to installation of the toilet pan, wall lining and finished floor, ensure the
flush pipe and waste setout align with the toilet pan.
• Installation should be carried out by a qualified, licenced tradesperson.
• Please carefully check the toilet prior to installation to ensure it has not been
damaged during handling or transport, and check that you have all the
required parts.
Periodic cleaning and maintenance should be used to avoid formation of damaging
lime scale deposits. Clean your toilet with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive liquid
cleaner. Stubborn stains and scratches can be removed with a light application of
Brasso or a similar cutting compound. Avoid abrasive cleaners on plastic parts, and
avoid solvents, heat and sharp objects altogether. The use of cleaners incorporating
ingredients which have been identified as harmful effects on ceramic glazing will void
the warranty.

INWALL CISTERN INSTALLATION
For installation instructions of the inwall cistern please refer to webpage of the
particular cistern chosen to be paired with the toilet pan.
It is important to take note of the floor and wall thicknesses in order to correctly
position the flush pipe and waste setout so it aligns with the toilet pan. This needs to
be re-checked at final fitoff. The pan inlet and flush pipe outlet MUST align perfectly.

1Cut the pan connector down to the
correct length and set it in place.

2Fasten the two fixing brackets to the
floor and ensure that they will line up
with the fixing holes on the side of the
toilet pan.

3Install the flush pipe as shown below.
3a. Measure the correct length of the Horizontal Flush Pipe as follows:

3b. Cut the pipe and chamfer the edge of the cut flush pipe.
Apply lubricant to the fin seal to assist install.

1. Push the pipe into
the wall as far as it will
go and mark where the
wall is flush with pipe.
This is length A.

2. Insert the flush pipe and fin
seal into the inlet hole of the
toilet and measure the depth to
the back of the toilet pan.
This is length B.

6Install the toilet seat and test the toilet
for performance.

Push the flush pipe into the toilet pan, and
pan connector as well if using a P Trap.
Then push the toilet pan back against the
wall, ensuring that the pipe connections
are perfectly aligned. To make the
connection easier, apply some lubricant to
the pipes.
Use packers if necessary to ensure the
toilet pan is sitting level and doesn’t rock
from side to side, then fasten the toilet
pan to the fixing brakets. Apply a bead of
silicon around the edge of the pan both
on the wall and floor.
